A 15-year-old girl was severely beaten Tuesday evening in what police described as an unprovoked attack by a construction worker.
The girl was treated at Mary Washington Hospital, where she received about 30 stitches for injuries to her face and the back of her head, according to Robin Kocher, the new public information officer for the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office.
The girl also suffered a fractured bone on the right side of her face and a broken nose.
The suspect, 28-year-old Jose D. Ramirez of Prince William County, was charged with aggravated malicious wounding and abduction with the intent to defile. He was placed in the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond. Both charges carry potential life sentences.
Kocher said the incident occurred about 7:15 p.m. in the 200 block of Olde Greenwich Drive in Spotsylvania, near the Fredericksburg city limits. Ramirez, who police said is an illegal alien from El Salvador, was working on a townhouse there as part of a construction crew, Kocher said.
Police said he whistled at the girl as she walked by, then became enraged after the girl did not respond. Ramirez is accused of then running after the girl and pummeling her in the face and head, Kocher said.
According to authorities, the attacker then tried to drag the victim, fleeing into some woods only after a co-worker yelled for him to stop.
Fredericksburg police Officer Steve Johnson found Ramirez a short time later outside nearby 227 Farrell Lane, city police spokesman Jim Shelhorse said. Shelhorse said the suspect refused to comply with Johnson's demand to get on the ground, even though the officer had his gun drawn.
Other officers came to Johnson's aid and finally got Ramirez into custody with the help of a Taser. The city officer then turned the suspect over to Spotsylvania deputies, since the initial attack was in the county.
Police said the girl did nothing to provoke the attack and they aren't sure what triggered the suspect's action.
Prior to being taken to jail, Ramirez gave a statement to Spotsylvania detectives at the scene of the attack.
Ramirez reportedly has been traveling around the state doing work for various construction companies, Kocher said.

I know the area around Fredricksburg-Spotsylvania; I walked all of the highways and byways back in the early 70's before the area started to develop as a white flight suburb of Washington.
I could have easily gotten in on the ground floor of the building boom in the area.
It really hurts me to see this wonderful area trashed, and the people subjected to these greasy mestizo invaders.

these charges carry a life sentence? No death penalty? Why the hell didn't the cops pump him full of lead when he didn't do as they asked? This is the wonderful "culture" that is becoming our own. Now that whites are a minority we should demand culture sensitivity training to all of the illegals.

[/QUOTE] It is an understatement to say I am so tired of these beaners. This story, with the spic basically getting pissed because the white girl ignored him is typical. One of my favorite weekend(or former favorite) hangouts is a small neighborhood bar, that just a few years ago was mostly, if not all white and only attracted people who I grew up with or who lived in the area. Now it is starting to attract a growing amount of spics who are extremely agressive. I had my own lovely experience with one of these wetbacks over the weekend. He started off trying to talk to me, though he could barely speak English and I just ignored him, which led to him falling me all around the bar and following me outside when I went to smoke,etc. I made a few snotty comments to him and my friends(all female) bitched at him and told him to go away,and he still would not! Finally and thankfully he got tossed out by the bouncer(who happened to be a big nigger, ironically.lol) Like this story and others prove to me time and again is that even while forced to deal with crap like this, you have to be careful what you say, since with these ****ers, especially you don't know how they are going to react. very scary. A few of the white guys I talked to later gave me the impression that they somehow found this amusing.

Americans see this kind of behavior as desperate loser seeking attention, when in reality the mestizos think that acting this way is perfectly ok and that if females don't respond in kind then they have a right to avenge their manhood. As evidenced by the story here. Get yourself a gun and use it.

What do you think, I had a homosexual spic following me around?:eek: As for hanging out there, I guess all I can say was that I kept on hoping the "atmosphere" would change, I knew especially a lot of the older white regulars were not too happy with the spics basically taking over their bar, and I was hoping they would act in such a way to make the spics feel unwelcome, but I can see now that is not going to happen and will not be going back there anymore.

You are asking for trouble if you do.
I definely would NOT patronize a place that employ's mestizo kitchen help.
Negroes in the kitchen can be problematic---it all depends on how closely they are supervised by White people.
These are the sad facts of life.
