Here again the problem is at the fedgovinc level.

BOSTON, Aug. 12—A New Hampshire judge on Friday threw out a novel strategy that two police departments had tried to use to combat illegal immigration.

**The Federal Courts do not seem to mind when local police arrest US Citizens for breaking Federal Gun Laws. Do they now? **

WTF????? Hmm, we have a law, that is being broken, by illegal aliens. That's right to negatives make a positive. Therefore either they aren't illegal or they aren't trespassing. The mere fact that someone who is in this country illegally makes them a criminal. The courts who supposedly are to uphold the laws that are created by the people (in theory anyway). So our courts have decided that we can't have a lawfull society. Which means that anything goes. Does this logic work?
On Friday, the judge, L. Phillips Runyon III of Jaffrey/Peterborough District Court, said the towns’ actions could not be upheld because such immigration matters must be left to federal authorities.
This is a bald faced lie by an open borders neo-con stooge, Oh he's a judge...sorry for being redundant.
The federal government has also entered into the first formal agreement with a state to permit the state's enforcement of immigration laws under section 287 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. And it has issued regulations allowing state and local police agencies to enforce immigration laws when there is an emergency due to a mass influx of noncitizens.
