SCIENCE CONTINUES to prove that race does indeed exist. The Human Genome Project has unlocked human DNA, and medical advances are being made based on targeting genetic sequences individual to each race. Thousands upon thousands of years of separate racial development have led to a great diversity of human races, which have in turn formed separate cultures with vastly different values and achievements. Yet despite the scientific fact of race, powerful forces are eager to downplay or even deny that fact while at the same time attempting to obliterate all racial, ethnic and cultural differences worldwide, with the goal of "uniting humanity" into one global, anonymous mass. Open borders, "outsourcing," and the growth of corporate and governmental globalism are all elements in the systematic destruction of human biological and cultural diversity.

The reasons for this attempted genocide of human races are complex and varied. Partly they are economic. With the welcome collapse of Communism in the early 1990s, the economic system of capitalism was left triumphant in the entire White world. The motor force of capitalism is the desire for profit -- and racial differences, borders, and differing customs, laws, and languages are often a barrier to maximum profits. As a result, in the United States, massive Third World immigration -- legal and illegal -- has taken place, undermining the hard-won gains of American workers, while also severely degrading the social environment in many communities. Meanwhile, the American worker has been forced to compete with overseas Third World labor, thanks to "free trade" policies; with the result that nations such as China have flooded the U.S. with cheap imports while the U.S. manufacturing base has been gutted and sent overseas. Vast corporate war-chests purchase U.S. politicians of both parties who have aided and abetted the policies which are rapidly destroying the U.S. as a nation. Another reason for anti-racial policies in the White world is egalitarianism. Egalitarianism is the idea that all people are essentially the same. What few differences exist, in this view, are the result of environmental factors such as "racism," which must be eradicated in order to usher the world into an era of peace and plenty for all. Further, especially in the United States, Jewish interests hold a massive amount of power, far beyond what one would expect based on their population numbers. Jews dominate the mass media, which shapes opinion and cultural values, and have a strong hand in the political scene at all levels. As Professors Kevin MacDonald, Revilo Oliver, William Pierce, and others have shown, Jewish evolutionary strategy -- which includes but is not limited to Judaism and Zionism -- has pushed for "pluralist" and ultimately mixed-race societies. Jews in such societies feel safer in asserting themselves, since instead of standing out in stark contrast to their host population, they become merely one of many racial minorities. This is the primary reason that Jewish interest groups have been at the forefront of nearly all the negative changes which have taken place in the White world during the last 100 years. In asserting the primacy of race, National Vanguard does not play the game of "superior" and "inferior." Racial differences are relative, and as such are a good thing which we seek to preserve. National Vanguard members have respect for separatist co-thinkers of other races, so long as they do not threaten our survival and self-determination, which are not negotiable. They want the same things we do: the preservation of racial differences in homogeneous, geographically-defined separate nations.
Although National Vanguard sees multiracial societies as untenable in the long term, we do not advocate the overthrow of the United States government, and we eschew violence or illegality of any kind in the strongest possible terms. We are simply recognizing facts when we point out that no civilization has ever survived racial mixing, let alone on the scale which has engulfed the U.S. since the 1960s. Considering economic factors, the chaos being created by Zionist-inspired U.S. meddling in the affairs of other nations, and the certainty that multiracialism is a death sentence for any society that attempts it, it is inevitable that at some point the distribution of power and authority in America -- and the rest of the White world -- will change dramatically. We want to lay the groundwork for a healthy White nation to emerge from the chaos ahead. We need an organized effort to prepare as many White men and women as possible for that future. National Vanguard seeks to be that organized effort.
Tasks and Goals
Before we are able to address our needs as a people, we need to lay the foundation for a culture of resistance. We are not going to suddenly wake up one day and find ourselves with millions upon millions of White people in agreement with us and willing to fight for racial independence. Nor is it practical, even with the impressive media arsenal National Vanguard has amassed, to assume that our message will educate more than an elite group of activists now. We must count upon real events to push White people in our direction, and we as an organization must be prepared to take advantage of these events -- and be a credible alternative as the existing order fails.
It is foolish to think in macro terms of "revolution" when no foundation is in place. What this means is that each of us is responsible to educate both ourselves and others and become involved in developing a counter-culture, making NV a living, breathing entity that is responsive and connected to the real struggles of White people. We are not interested in perpetuating the images or ideology of past historical experiences. While respecting the healthy traditions and great achievments of the past, we proudly declare that we are something new.
White people today, under the influence of the largely Jewish media and an anti-White educational system, have little sense of identity. We seek to reclaim our culture and make the question of White survival part of the national discourse. We are not interested in doing our enemies' work by presenting our message in the worst possible terms, or embracing the media stereotype of White nationalists as marginal people. We will show White people that we are just like them -- except that we have the courage to openly recognize race as a real issue. To do this, we need to present this image as a real fact that we practice, not as an empty ideal that we mouth while also embracing behaviors and ideas that undermine us.
Law
No task that National Vanguard faces involves illegality, either explicit or implied. Illegal activity, for any reason, is strictly prohibited.
We will rigorously defend our rights to freedom of speech, freedom of association, freedom of conscience, freedom of the press, and all other freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States. NV members in other countries will operate under the laws of their nations.
Under current circumstances, it is regrettably true that some rogue elements within law enforcement agencies are hostile to our goals and will use questionable and/or illegal methods to harm us. Therefore, members should not engage in discussions with employees of law enforcement agencies, except for officials who are in charge of issuing demonstration permits or the like. All such communications must be authorized by your Regional Coordinator. Members should also refrain from communicating with anti-White organizations or their members, even if goaded, and we must never harrass or initiate confrontations with non-Whites. Our outreach is to our own people; it is they we must engage and address.
Community Building
The essence of community building is interpersonal relationships, expressed through cultural participation, with a view to helping to build alternatives to the prevailing system in every sphere from politics to business to entertainment. This network of alternatives includes:
Business: Encouraging our members to establish their own businesses, employing one another, providing a degree of economic self-reliance while demonstrating ethical practices that are absent in the current debt- and exploitation-based system.
Education: Helping to foster effective pro-White educational alternatives, including scholarships, homeschooling resources, and networks that help to facilitate a healthy replacement for the prevailing miseducation of our youth.
Cultural Activities: Participation in ethnic organizations and activities, such as dance, language, art, political, educational, and religious; with a view not only to recruiting new members, but also to internalizing and strengthening our own sense of culture -- and building a new culture of resistance. We also seek to host our own cultural festivals and similar events. Well-planned activities build confidence in the organization from within and without, and build good will and name recognition within our target audiences. Networking: Providing one another with friendship, comradeship, support, etc.
International Solidarity: Understanding our place in the world, and working with others on issues that effect the race as a whole.
Conferences, etc.: Our European co-thinkers, especially in France, have been highly successful in developing an intellectual counter-culture. Conferences are a major undertaking in this aspect of our work, allowing activists to develop themselves ideologically and avail themselves of the insight of leading racial thinkers. Politics: While we have a duty to present our ideology in a forum outside the system, we also need to be engaged with the decision-making systems in our communities -- sometimes electoral politics, sometimes other venues where local issues are decided. Membership
Quality, not quantity, is the key. We are not interested in recruiting mainly out of the inchoate pro-White "movement," which has been a source of endless defeat for our race. We mainly want to challenge and engage intelligent, thoughtful White people who have so far been unreached by our ideology.
Ownership: National Vanguard wants to avoid the idea of the organization as a self-referential isolated subculture, personality cult, or mail-order regalia and trinket store. We want to be an organization of activists. In this respect, members need to seek psychological "ownership" of the organization, by working hard to develop themselves as well as National Vanguard's resources. Each member is expected to work hard to make our common vision a success. We are results-oriented, with a view to producing capable, competent activists qualified to present our ideas to ordinary people.
Mentoring: New members will be provided with a mentor, an experienced member well versed in the ideology of the organization, who will serve as the new member's point of contact with National Vanguard. At our present point of development, our Local Unit Coordinators will often fill that role, but we anticipate that as we grow a much more extensive network of mentors will be required.
Initiative: Members of National Vanguard are known for their sense of initiative, which the organization seeks to foster. In seeking to build a positive reputation for the organization, members collect the names of authors of local letters to the editor with views similar to ours for follow-up; call in to radio programs; and get our message out on Internet discussion groups. The opportunities for thoughtful, well-aimed outreach are endless.
Who may be a member: Due to the generally deplorable understanding of race, it is necessary for us to emphasize that White people are the descendants of all historically European peoples, including the Irish, Slavs, Spaniards, Italians, Greeks, as well as the Germanic, Scandinavian, and Anglo-Saxon peoples, etc., so long as there is no discernible trace of non-White admixture. National Vanguard celebrates the cultural diversity of the White race. Our beautiful languages, traditions, and cultures are a strength. We are pan-European in our views and stand unconditionally opposed to conflicts between White peoples. Outside forces often exploit one White ethnicity against another. We do not excuse anti-White hatreds or historical "scores," and will consistently work towards reconciliation and unity in places such as the Balkans and Northern Ireland. Our watchword is no more brothers' wars.
Core Values
We believe that:
White people have a fundamental human right to exist, and thus have an unconditional right to territorial and political self-determination.
White people have a right to their own cultures, languages and traditions, free of non-White influence, and the right to choose the social and economic model under which they wish to live.
White people will only attain these goals when they have reached a higher level of self-awareness, including an understanding of what is needed to achieve them. The main task of National Vanguard now is to educate Whites so they can achieve this self-awareness.
The world is currently facing a conflict between wealthy, powerful transnational elites and ideologies seeking to forge humanity into a raceless mass, versus those -- including National Vanguard -- who seek to retain human difference and allow each race of people to fulfill its natural potential.
The current power structure in the West is fundamentally a threat to the survival of our race, and such power must be radically redistributed. We recognize, however, that there are good, ethical people who happen to work within the system, people who share our views -- or will soon share them.
The Long View
In the long term, National Vanguard seeks to help create a set of conditions that will allow White people to achieve self-determination.
This includes another major task of the organization: long-range infrastructure building, including independent media, education, community building, philosophical development, social networks, outreach, viable business models for all of the above, and political development.
National Vanguard recognizes that we are a part of history, and stands proudly in the tradition of Western thought that came out of the Classical period, the Renaissance, and the Age of Enlightenment. We understand that such values as freedom of religion and of the press, while often exploited, are fundamentally unique and healthy expressions of the White mindset.
While National Vanguard is historically-minded, we do not accept any one historical model as gospel. Overemphasis on past historical periods sometimes reopens old wounds of division between Whites and retards our goal of reaching ordinary White people today.
Women
National Vanguard recognizes that White women, at 51% of our race, are a vital part of our struggle.
While woman's role as mother and teacher of future White generations is paramount, and must be honored and supported in every possible way, women may certainly fulfill roles as leaders, teachers, and mentors in keeping with the traditionally high status of women in non-Semiticized White cultures. We do not accept Semitic-linked and homosexual- or misogynist-tinged denigration of women in National Vanguard.
Faith
National Vanguard is a secular organization and respects the separation of church and state, a goal long fought for by our ancestors.
While Christianity has historically been the faith of millions of White people for over 1,000 years -- and has influenced great works of European art -- many churches today play a dangerous role in favor of racial integration, and, especially in certain U.S. sects, in promoting Zionism. We urge our members to have courage in exposing these dangerous trends, while also respecting the fact that Christianity is the lifelong faith and cultural focus for millions of White people. We recognize that atheism, paganism, and New Age belief systems also have some malign currents which threaten our racial survival.
We affirm that freedom of thought, freedom of inquiry, speculative philosophy, and the scientific method form a core part of Western man's legacy and must never be restricted by any dogma, religious or otherwise.
National Vanguard recognizes the right of our members to practice whatever faith, if any, they choose, so long as our race's survival and progress is a primary value of each member, in no way subsidiary to or lower than any other value. If a member sincerly believes there is a conflict between his faith and the requirements and values of National Vanguard, he must resolve the conflict or make a choice between the two.
Your part
The lives of future generations of White children depend on what you do today. Our people will not survive more than a few generations of globalism and anti-White government policies. Whites are still a majority of the population, and a decisive majority of inventors, productive workers, creative thinkers, and decision-makers. Once a critical mass of White men and women commit themselves to our goals -- and just a few percent of the dedicated, capable portion of the population is all it will take -- we can make the necessary changes to our society in a very short period of time.
