It's time to split the GOP and leave the NRA.

It's time to publically denounce the GOP on issues like illegal immigration and this BATF infringement on the Second Amendment.

Now is not the time to renew membership to the NRA. They should not have endorsed Jorge Bush for either election. The NRA is just as guilty as Bush for this BATF edict.

While I understand and share in your frustration, and believe ideally that no decent human being should desire to see George W. Bush anywhere but on trial for his life before a bona fide and duly assembled jury of twelve honest men, the fact is, the NRA is a single-issue organization, and Bush was, prior to the Nov. 2004 election*, easily and far & away the best President from the NRA perspective since Ronald Reagan, if not farther back to perhaps JFK or Truman.

Of course, some of us realized in our hearts that Bush is the moral equivalent of Satan Himself, and thus everything he has ever said is a blatant, vile, malicious deception, deliberately intended to facilitate the destruction of all those who hear it spoken, and thus knew instinctively that Bush's second term would include "gun control" measures, as is apparently and oh-so-not-surprisingly the case.

The neo-"conservatives," being the very sort of people the Second Amendment is intended to empower us to shoot down in the streets like rabid dogs at such time as such drastic measures were to become appropriate due to the conditions the nation found itself in at a given period (summoning into one's mind a vision of such conditions no longer takes a great deal of imaginaton, within the context of what America is being forcibly and suicidally reconstructed in the image of at the present historical moment), have not surprisingly never spoken out much in defense of our sacred Second Amendment, and the rights it so clearly takes note of (albeit in archaic 18th century English, which some academics like to pretend they are unable to interpret properly, for self-serving reasons which generally revolve around an insincere "misunderstanding," as it were, of the phrase "well-regulated").

*The NRA, an organization thought of as conservative, because most pro-2nd Amendment types are at least somewhat conservative, is not really a conservative organization at all, but merely a pro-2nd Amendment one. The NRA happily endorses liberals (and rightly so, in so far as it IS, and frankly ought to remain, devoted to a single, vital issue i.e., preserving and reclaiming our rights as referenced within Article II of the Bill of Rights) such as by repeatedly advocating the re-election of liberal Democratic then-Governor Howard Dean of Vermont, due to his stated opposition to any and all new "gun control" legislation in the Green Mountain State, as well as supporting the election of liberal Democrat Thomas F. Connolly, in a San Diego swing district of the California Assembly that was leaning Republican, and in which I resided during that year of 1992. Liberal Democrat Connolly, whom I had met a couple times and knew rather slightly (and genuinely liked) went on to defeat a Rockefeller Republican-type with a mixed (at best) record on gun control, in a district previously held by Republicans and thought unwinnable by a liberal like Connolly. They hadn't counted on a liberal who was a pro-2nd Amendment Vietnam combat veteran, which carried a lot of weight in San Diego County at that time (and likely still would carry a bit).

At the time of the 1992 Democrat Primary election, I was one of two Vice-Presidents of the San Diego State University New Democrats (somewhat amusingly, in retrospect; basically our rival SDSU Democrats were for Jerry Brown, we SDSU New Democrats were for Paul Tsongas, while Bill Clinton and the other candidates had essentially zero support on campus, as far as I could discern), and I was the ONLY member of the SDSU New Democrats to agree with Tom Connolly's opposition to gun control when he spoke to the dozen or so of us who regularly attended meetings, a fact for which he expressed his gratitude to me, and his surprise that even one on-campus Democrat official (as it were; the state central committee encouraged us to think of ourselves as official leaders of the party, but an older gentleman, by which I mean he was probably about the age I am now, i.e. 34, from the county central committee, who graciously agreed, albeit without being asked, to attend all our meetings, clearly was the sort of real partisan official that we were merely being encouraged to imagine we were) actually agreed with the NRA position, noting that younger Democrats tend to be the most doctrinaire and Politically Correct of all, which I'm sure many of us would not find an unreasonable statement. I always thought it was a shame some no-doubt Bush supporting GOP weenie beat him in 1994 after just one term in the Assembly, alas. Liberal Democrat or not, he struck me as a sincere, open-minded and genuinely decent man who wanted what was best for society, and knew instinctively tyranny wasn't it. Politics is designed to weed out men of his character, irrespective of partisan affiliation or ideological inclination, and it works too damn well to be permitted to continue.

Which oddly enough, was actually won by Sen. Kerry, yet somehow Michigan's Electoral College delegation, and quite possibly those of Florida and Nevada too, got placed in the wrong column, due to fairly blatant and quite widespread instances of electoral fraud, as I never tire of reminding people. I quite frankly hope that despite his being a bit of a pompous, liberal-leftist, insincere jerk, and Bonesman to boot, who ideally would never be so much as seriously considered for nomination for the Presidency by any party with a realistic chance of winning the general election, that John F. Kerry of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is acknowledged to be the President-elect of the United States of America, with particular reference to the opinions of, oh, say, the Chief-of-Staff of the U.S. Army, and/or the Commandant of the Marine Corps., or perhaps even some underlings fit to relieve those men of their positions by virtue of their apparent refusal to do their duty as spelled out in their oaths of office i.e. "serve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, from ALL enemies, foreign **and domestic.")

A better pro 2nd ammendment organization is Gun Owners of America.

They are a no compromise outfit, and their head guy, Mr. Larry Pratt was even on the Sanhedrin Pharisee Lying Communist's shite list a few years back for speaking to a states rights organization of some such "thought crime".

FromSubject: Fw: New BATF Importation Ban! Important News Alert From Inter Ordnance!

----- Original Message ----- From: xxxxxxxx To: Sent: Sunday, July 24, 2005 Subject: Fw: New BATF Importation Ban! Important News Alert From Inter Ordnance!

(Note: This will effect the M-1 Garand parts that are being re-imported from Denmark and Korea!)

Dear Friends, here is a copy of a letter I just sent out to our customers. It may be of interest to you.

-David

Dear Inter Ordnance Customer,

Yes, you read it right: As of 10 September 2005, the importation of barrels, frames and receivers of military surplus, NFA and "non-sporting" firearms will be FORBIDDEN! This means that, unless they have passed US Customs by 10 Sep 05, imported replacement barrels, frames and receivers will be for the future unavailable to the US market.

Unfortunately, BATF passed this ruling on 13 July 2005, without warning and effective immediately. This means that, unless importers (like IOA) already had approved import applications for these items on July 13th, no further applications would be approved thereafter.

For the full text of the ATF letter, please go to http://www.atf.treas.gov/firearms/071305openletter.htm

What does this mean to you, the Inter Ordnance customer and fireams hobbyist? In regards to the firearms affected,

 1. The US supply of foreign-made replacement barrels and receivers will be frozen as of 10 Sep 05. Replacement barrels, if otherwise unavailable, will have to be made in the USA at higher cost. Available replacement barrels will skyrocket in price due to high demand and zero supply from overseas. The effect will be similar to the machine gun import ban of
 2. The importation of "parts kits" or "parts sets", as we know it, is over. From now on, all machine gun parts kits can only be imported without a barrel, no exceptions.

 3. Even replacement barrels for that old Mauser infantry rifle are forbidden as well as for live, registered machine guns, sporting semi-autos like AR-15, AK-47, etc. or any gun that cannot otherwise be imported whole. There are no exceptions!

 4. Prices for barrels will rise drastically and, one day soon, the price of a barrel alone will be more than all the other parts of a gun combined.

We at Inter Ordnance therefore strongly urge you to take another, harder look at our wide variety of barrels and parts kits still available and get them while you still can. Five years down the road, you will be glad you did!

The following barrels can no longer be sold separately since we will

need them for future "barrel-less" parts kits importations:

MG 34 8mm MG 42 8mm MG 15 8mm ZB 37 8mm

The following barrels will be sold subject to availability, prior sale and the needs of Inter Ordnance:

Sten Mark III Haenel MP 41 PPSh-41 in 7.62mm & 9mm Bren Mark I Bren Mark II MG 42 .308 Win.

The following "parts kits" all come with a barrel at this time, subject to prior sale:

Sten Mk III Bren Mk II AKM-47 (stamped receiver type) G3A3 G3A4 MG 42 8mm MG 42 .308 Win.

For the items listed above as well as all our items, please visit www.interordnance.com and read the detailed descriptions and prices.

Remember, WHEN THESE BARRELS ARE GONE, THERE WILL BE NO MORE RE-SUPPLY FROM OVERSEAS!

Thanks for taking the time to read this and we look forward to your call, fax or online order.

If this message has been sent to you more than once, we apologize. This message has come to you as many times as you have applied to our mailing list. Due to the urgency of this matter, we have not had the time to clean up the list and we ask your indulgence just this one time.

K.O.:

"...the fact is, the NRA is a single-issue organization, and Bush was, prior to the Nov. 2004 election*, easily and far & away the best President from the NRA perspective...."

The NRA is more interested in raising funds to maintain their palace near DeeCee, than taking a stand for the Second Amend. This is demonstrated by their, "lesser of two evils" endorsement of Jorge. What they willfully ignore is, one still gets evil, even with the lesser of the two.

Going with Jorge, rather than a Constitution or Libertarian party candidate, was a way for them to keep contributions coming.

It was rightly predicted by many on the forums, that Joge would start turning on 2A six months after being re-elcted. Bush has to turn on 2A because the UN and the NWO find it as an obstacle in their path to turning the world upside down and inside out.

CWRWinger has it right. :furious:

With all due respect to Kevin O'Keefe, the NRA has basically morphed into a shill for the Republican Party, whipping up donations by scaring people at what "could happen" if the GOOPs are ever defeated, in the same way they whipped up donations during the Clinton years, by scaring people into thinking they were saving the 2nd A from sure extinction. They may have been different in the past, but now their literature is indistinguishable from RNC press releases.

They've also veered hard into political correctness, recently electing a jewish woman (S. Froman) as their president, who pretty much barely knows which end of a gun to point at the target. WTF? I guess they're trying to portray a "softer" image to the public or something. :nerd:

This ruling is going to f**k a lot of people, not just gunowners. It's going to put a lot of importers out of business or at least cripple them, but since when has the BATFE ever been concerned about inflicting damage to other people?

Well, the lesson is, if you want to build up a G3/HK91, AK or FAL from a kit, better get one now.

Oh, and if you look close at the fine print, you find out that the ultimate authority for this comes from the AG's office (with Prez approval of course). Guess who that is? Bush's favorite Mexican, Gonzales.
