"Judge throws out deportation case" http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2005-07-21-immigrant-students_x.htm I forgot to record the lead paragraph, but the story involves those 4 students who were recently apprehended on the Canadian border for no proof of citizenship. They apparently were smuggled into the U.S. illegally as toddlers.
"Judge throws out deportation case"
This one is particularly galling. Now, according to this idiot federal judge, the US is forbidden from enforcing it's immigration laws because the border patrol "profiled". Makes sense, no reason illegal aliens from Mexico should look "hispanic".

I also particularly like the article in today's AZ Republic reporting that many banks are funding home loans for illegal aliens using only their IRS Taxpayer Identification Number. Nice ..now the banks are openly aiding and abetting illegals. What do you bet that no RICO or criminal conspiricy charges will be forthcoming.
