Israel requests extra US $2.2bn
A third of the $2.2bn is expected to pay for relocating troop bases Israel is asking Washington for $2.2bn in additional aid to help fund its withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and four small West Bank settlements.
Israeli officials say most of the money will be used to pay for developing the Negev and Galilee regions - where the bulk of the settlers will be moved.
One third of the sum, officials say, will go towards the relocation of Israeli military bases.
Washington has already agreed to provide the aid in principle.
But reports say that the amount is much bigger than previous estimates of about $500m.
An Israeli delegation led by the head of the Israeli prime minister's office, Ilan Cohen, is in Washington for meetings with US officials. The US team is expected to be led by Elliot Abrams, the deputy National Security Adviser.
Israel is the world's largest recipient of American aid, receiving an estimated $3bn annually.
Israeli disengagement from Gaza is due to begin in August.
Approximately 8,500 settlers and the soldiers that protect them are due to be withdrawn from Gaza. Israel will maintain control over Gaza's borders, coastline and airspace.
About 630 settlers will also be removed from four small West Bank settlements.

Yes Blue Bonnet they are, the funny part about it is that I have read nothing new about the five F-16 missiles going from Colombia to the Zionist state of Israel but that was stopped at the airport in Venezuela.
According to some joker in the state of Israel "in ten years Israel will be one of the 10th richest country in the world"......sure, with all the money from the US going there. And meanwhile our own people here in the states are living and begging in the streets, specially our veterans that became derange when they had no choice but to kill in the name of those who are sucking our country down the drain.
There was a "terrorist" bombing in the state of Israel today which made a new martyr and killed two Jews, but you never hear anything about the death of Palestinians or the standing orders of the IDF about killing Palestinian childrens.
The bombers in Londong were from Yorshire, does that means that they were whites or Muslims? must have whites because only one of them die by accident......the one on the bus.

AngelEyes, I don't recall what kind of missiles they were but I do know that there were five of them together with some kind of tanks that contained the fuel, the whole shipment was listed as SPARE PARTS.
And yes that's the place, I first I thought that they were whites because they all din't die (only one) but now they say that all four did die so I really don't know if they were muslims or not.
Having a hell of a time finding the maps that shows the two 36" oil pipe lines going from Iraq to the state of Israel, if anyone here knows what I am talking about and you find it will you please post it for the benefit of AngeEyes who asked me to do so ?.....thanks. :thumbsup:
Something funny: yesterday I was watching CNN and a US senator was talking and he said that the radicals were recruiting in colleges and schools of high learning because those suicides bombs ARE TOO SOPHISTICATED and they needed smart people in order to detonate them.......hahahahahahaah and that was from a US senator??????
