We were watching Live8, and listening to Bono and Bob Geldof talk about the human tragedy in Africa, and I looked at Brad and said, "We just have to DO something!" I mean, come on - all you read in the trades is Live8....starving Africans could [B]not [/B] be hotter right now. Besides, little Chopstick's growing fast - he needs a playmate!
Now, I'd love to stay and chat longer, but Mia Farrow's kids are invited over for a playdate, so we're right in the middle of moving the dogs and cats to a safe place. Ciao!
[B]Jolie, Pitt Taking Home Ethiopian Orphan[/B] By ANTHONY MITCHELL, AP
ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia (July 7) - Angelina Jolie and her "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" co-star Brad Pitt are in Ethiopia to pick up the orphaned baby girl she is adopting, an official said Thursday.
Pitt, Jolie and Jolie's 3-year-old son Maddox arrived Wednesday. The couple have refused to speak to The Associated Press about the adoption.
Tesfeye Berhu, manager of the Wide Horizons agency, which arranged the adoption, said the exact cause of death of the baby's parents isn't clear, but he suspects they died of AIDS, which has killed more than 900,000 people in Ethiopia.
Jolie has named her 5-month-old daughter Zahara Marley Jolie, according to People magazine's Web site.
The twice-divorced Jolie has often talked of adopting a second child. The 30-year-old actress has told People that she and Maddox, whom she adopted in Cambodia, are "very happy to have a new addition to our family."

The couple have been photographed together near her Buckinghamshire, England, estate, while he rides a dirt bike with Maddox. They have also been photographed with Maddox on a beach in Africa.
Pitt, 41, and his wife, Jennifer Aniston, announced their separation in January. Aniston filed for divorce in March, citing irreconcilable differences. Pitt has denied Jolie is the reason for the split and Jolie has said she's never had sex with Pitt.
Ethiopia, a country of 70 million, has more than 5 million orphans, their parents lost to famine, disease, war and AIDS.
In 2003, a record 1,400 children were adopted from abroad, more than double the number in the previous year. The number of private adoption agencies in Addis Ababa, the capital, has doubled in the past year to 30.
Ethiopia has strict laws to thwart dubious adoption agents and fraudulent paperwork. Agencies charge adoption fees of about $20,000 per child.

This may sound hopelessly old-fashioned and unhip, but here goes -- Pitt and Jolie are both attractive folks. If they are so in love, why don't they just get married, get busy, and have a white baby? Do they hate their own race so much that they must travel halfway around the world to find a baby of another race to foster?

The AIDS-ridden Africans apparently don't have the energy to do anything except to impregnate others. This particular infant should be tested for AIDS and should not be allowed into the West if positive.
It is pathetic that these celebrities feel it fashionable to pick up a little mascot to represent their liberalism.

These people are looking for pets, not children. Or little fleshy footballs of politically correct leverage to toss around, like gays wanting to adopt children. It's an absurd spectacle.
Though usually, I enjoy how liberal regard for blacks is lain bare by the decision of most of them to adopt Chinese baby girls --- guaranteed to be admitted to Stanford! Grabbing a blackie is a bit more daring. But with so many piles of cash in which to fluff around, Ndugu's little sister could quite easily be primped, fed and stuck with a nanny 24-7 so as not to disturb anyone's social life --- then trotted out for great photos with that so-chic Robert Mapplethorpe black-white skin color contrast.

Angelina Jolie is a sick animal. I was think about starting a thread on this topic. She already bought a Cambodian boy a few years ago now she is getting a Ethiopian girl as well.

In the case of Brad Pitt it is the result of ten plus years of assault by the tabloids that have driven him to seek the "politically correct leverage" of an Ethiopian baby. It is insane that a man with his genetic heritage would want to rear a black third worlder. Suicidal self loathing. It aint pretty.

Brad and Angelina adopting a poor child from another culture or country isn't really a topic, but we made it such. Angelina, whom I do not completely read as a new world order socialist. I have seen she has been outspoken for some third world countries, yes, but who exactly is she helping out in each case. She has helped or spoken for the Buddhist monks, whom you know have been killed, tortured, imprisoned by the chinese state for years. She is against the machine in that scenario. Adopting a child in some poor country to give them a chance in life I see as an act of compassion to a child only, who by being adopted assures her never to experience the good-old african rape which is common among children, sometimes being sold out by her very parents. I'm sure G8 will ultimately cure rape and make civil those that aren't being civil due to personal choice not our foreign policy. The G8 money along with the hundreds of millions we have given recently, i'm sure will go to worthwhile social progarms such as mugabe's culturally popular social program, "Move Whitey", or possibly start their own people's navy.
Aids is another toll she will avoid. Without parents, she probably wouldn't have had a chance at life, while now she has the opportunities we take for granted. If she had parents that cared for her, she wouldn't be up for adoption. Lets worry about illegal immigration rather than legal immigration. I commend her for now, although many may argue she should bear her own children or adopt american children, but it is a matter of preference and hers to make. She has the resources to accomplish much in this world is she truly wants to as I believe she is a member or delegate type ambassador of the U.N. This does make me wonder her true motivations but so long as genocide doesn't occur under her watch, like it does anywhere else the UN is peacekeeping, I am led to believe she is truly acting as a valid humanitarian until I read or hear otherwise. She seems legit, but who knows, maybe she's actually a commie secretly preaching anti-capitalist theory and sending her children to some upper-class parochial madrassah.
Uniformed like Sky Captain, she'd make one hell of a dominatrix. meow.

We are decrying the psychological pathology that makes an attractive white woman wish to wet-nurse two foreigners instead of bearing her own children, at a time when the white race is, quite literally, dying out.
