Sickening. How is it a 'hate crime' if the guy didn't use racial epithets? No mention of that in the report? I guess it's automatically "hate" when you defend yourself in any way, shape, or form against rampaging nigs.
Also, Bloomberg is the most disgusting specimen I've ever seen occupy City Hall. NYC is NWO Headquarters.

A hate crime is easily defined as when a white person wins a fight with a black person. If the black wins its considered justice.

I love how the thieves readily admit they were in the neighborhood to steal a car. If you followed the story closely, even the NY Times once reported that one of Bernhard Goetz's assailants admitted "We were going to rob the white guy", but the national media somehow omitted that fact from the story.

It seems like the Negro car thieves are not telling the whole story; surprise, surprise. When they outnumbered the White, they probably said or did something specifically to intimidate the White not realizing he would come back with two people to even the odds.

Scary aspect of this is how the wording of this story almost rhthmically triggers the years and years of social conditioning newspaper readers have undergone. Part of it, of course, is how you almost have to remind yourself that [u]the cops are actually driving around assisting social-predator car thieves locate their assailants among the residents they'd planned to victimize[/u].
But the scarier part, to me at least, is how ritualistic this sort of thing now is. You are given the actors and the setting and you [B]know [/B] how events will develop. You [B]know[/B] how this will end because black car thieves who successfully steal cars without incident never make the paper - they're considered part of life's great circle....a bright woven patch in the Gorgeous Mosaic. You [B]know [/B] how the story will develop, who the villains will be and every preordained slant of the "reporting" with the cast-iron inevitability of a religious ritual repeated by rote, ad infinitum; even realizing that your emotions [I]are[/I] being provoked and manipulated by an established formula doesn't wholly prevent their provocation and manipulation, because by now - like any rote prayer - the formal ritual of these Shaming Whitey exercises is far more important than the details of what anyone said or did, let alone [I]who was robbing who[/I]. Goetz(jew?) looked like a complete nerd. His would-be robbers probably thought he was going to be really easy to push around, I guess they found out different when he pulled out a gun and started shooting them. Though I don't know if it was true or not,(probably thrown in to make him look "bad") I liked the added touch of Goetz asking one of them, when they were laying there already with a gun shot wound, if they wanted more, or something to that effect. I listened to a little of The Bob Grant Show this afternoon and there were a number of callers concerned about this situation. The latest news blurb I heard on that show was the Negro car thieves threatened the White driver with a screwdriver (probably one of those very large ones used to hammer into the ignition when they steal cars). The negroids want everyone to believe its their hereditary nature to be predators, law of the jungle and all. So white folks can be victims by accepting these predators in their midst. In this day and age when a criminal intends to steal cars or money, there is a substantial risk they will make every effort to injure or kill the owners of the property. So obviously, common sense dictates that a car thief or robber risks getting severely injured if the victim has the will to defend himself. A car thief or robber has no value to society.

I could turn your question completely around and say that someone's right to defend their own life is much more valuable then a person who may be willing to take it from them. Is it so difficult to figure out that if you want to avoid getting shot or beaten,etc that maybe you shouldn't be robbing or messing with other people? Of course that is one of the problems with people in today's society(especially niggers) they never think before they act, they just cry about the consequences later and expect everyone to feel sorry for them. That applies to many different possible scenerios, this just being one of the worst.

Well, they're dredging up every detail possible on the white guys to make trying the case in the media an open-and-shut affair.
As usual, no credence is paid to the defendant's version of events: after all, who would doubt the veracity of three swaggering, armed thieves? Invoking the name “Martin Luther King” and screaming “Black Power!” a gang of up to 30 black teens attacked four white girls in Marine Park in what police are saying is not a bias crime.
The March 30 attack was a hot topic at state Senator Marty Golden’s recent public safety forum.
According to witnesses and parents of the victims, four young girls from St. Edmund’s had the day off from school due to Easter recess. They were playing basketball during dismissal from nearby Marine Park Junior High School, when several Marine Park students demanded to use the court.
After adults intervened and asked them to wait their turn, the teens left - but returned in a pack of up to 30, both boys and girls, and stormed into the park.
Witnesses say the attackers were all black and called their victims “white crackers” during the bloody melee, which raged for almost 20 minutes.
“This is not being looked at as a bias crime,” NYPD Deputy Inspector Kevin McGinn said at the meeting.
“When I pulled my car up to the park, I witnessed a pandemonium I’ve never seen in my life,” said Debbie, a mother of one victim who asked to remain anonymous for safety reasons.
Her daughter ran to the car, screaming, “They’re going to kill us,” Debbie recalled. My daughter was so scared and kids were running around like crazy.
Pursued by dozens of teens, some of the girls were “literally running into traffic to save their lives,” she said.
One girl made it as far as a nearby house, but was dragged by her hair back into the playground by a “wolf pack of children,” Debbie said.
The St. Edmund girls were bleeding and beaten to the point where they had cuts, scrapes, footprints and dirt all over them - and the attackers surrounded her car and started pounding on the windows as Debbie tried to herd the terrified children into her vehicle.
Two girls were hospitalized - one with a broken nose and one with a head injury, according to Edith, the mother of another girl.
According to Lt. Mark Molinari, from the 63rd Precinct, five of the assailants, who attend Marine Park Junior High School, were arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault. But since the attackers are all under the age of 16, they are facing charges in Family Court, and were arraigned last Friday.
“I always felt safe in the area and after hearing about such an incident, you start thinking what else could happen. These situations should not be happening, not in Marine Park, or anywhere else, and the safety of our kids should be of most importance,” said Denise Williams, a parent from Gerritsen Beach.
“It’s getting progressively worse in the community - these types of gangs are not only taking away our parks, they‚re ruining our neighborhoods,” said parent Cathy Miller.
“Nobody expects their child to go to a park and get beaten, with footprints on her head and arm, everyone just wants their child to be safe,” said Edith. “Everyone should have the right to be safe from teens, to small kids, to seniors, to mothers with strollers, no one should fear of being beaten while enjoying a day in the park.”[/QUOTE]

I rarely agree with him except on race issues, but often Nicholas Stix is the only guy even writing about these sorts of incidents:

A great many misconceptions have been spread regarding an alleged incident that allegedly occurred in Marine Park, Brooklyn, allegedly on March 30. That was when 20-30 African-American young people allegedly attacked four white females, allegedly shouting “black power,” “white crackers,” and “Martin Luther King.” Many people across the country have used terms like “racist,” “hate crime,” and “bias attack” to describe the alleged incident. Such terms are obviously false. As progressive thinkers have long taught us, it is impossible for anyone Black to be guilty of racism. On the other hand, as progressives have explained, it is almost impossible for anyone white NOT to be guilty of racism. Hate crime legislation was enacted, in order to help people of color against caucasians.
NYPD Deputy Inspector Kevin McGinn, the commanding officer of the 63rd Precinct, had the right attitude, when he said, “This is not being looked at as a bias crime.” However, Inspector McGinn was overruled by the racist city corporation counsel.
New York Post reporters Angelina Cappiello and Patrick Gallahue also had the right attitude, in suggesting that only white supremacists could be angry at the African victims.
Selective Enforcement Every day in New York, indeed, across Amerikkka, African-Americans of all ages must confront white racial insensitivity. For example, the alleged attackers had requested that the alleged victims (and how do we know they didn’t fake their so-called injuries?!?) let them use the basketball court. By the caucasians’ own admission, they refused to hand over the court to the Africans! How much does a young African-American have to take in this country, before she loses her mind, and just goes off?! And why should these proud, young Black women be prosecuted? Other proud African-Americans confront racist whites every day, without being prosecuted.
The Need for Education Instead of being criminalized, the alleged attackers need counseling. Caring, committed, African-American professionals need to explain to these young women that they should avoid confrontations with european-american females attending Catholic school, as the latter tend to have racist relatives on the police force and in the fire department, who have not yet been neutralized. Tell the young sisters to bide their time in such cases. Eventually, the uniformed services will be cleansed of such stains.
The professionals need to emphasize to the sisters that it is safest to confront racist, white males, if you’ll pardon the redundancy. African-American women virtually never go to jail for confronting racist, white males.
The Real Criminals As New York Post reporter Leonard Greene, a truly righteous brother, explained, the publisher of the Brooklyn Skyline newspaper is guilty of a “hate crime.” The Skyline published a “one-sided” story that made the African sisters look guilty, and published angry letters by a bunch of racist, white crackers. As Brother Greene suggested, as with any hate crime, the authorities need to arrest the publisher of the Skyline, the newspaper’s entire staff, and the letter writers. The government needs further to shut down every Web site that has spread this defamation against the African race. The First Amendment does not exist to spread hate. The spreading of such insensitivity cannot and will not be tolerated. No tolerance for intolerance! Where are Sonny Carson and Khalid Muhammad, when you really need them?!
Ultimately, one must ask how any African can be prosecuted in America. The white man’s law doesn’t apply to Africans.

At most, the police will question them, but are terrified of a racial storm if they really investigate. Black criminals are not being dissuaded, they are being encouraged.

I used to work security at the main Toys 'R Us store in New York. We would catch black females shoplifting all the time. With one exception, the managers always let them go. The young ones would laugh their heads off.

unfortunatly, there is allways a lot of pressure not to reveal the anti-white nature of certain crimes commited by Blacks.
A few month ago, in South Carolina, a white man was chained behind a truck while he was told racial slurs. Yet, the local PD did not press hate crime charges.
A few years ago, when 8 years old kevin shifflett was murdered, the local PD also hid the racist motivation from the public.
In 1998, in washington state, the local PD also hid the racist motivation in the beating of 18 Years Old Brendan Rice.
Exemple of denial, when it comes to anti-white racism, are a dime a dozen and they generally get very few media coverage, generally only local.
Who heard of Geraldine Davidson in Texas ? This 84 years old retired school teacher was abducted by four young blacks, three of whom had burglarized a home a few weeks before, spray painting on its walls "white people should die. They stuffed geraldine davidson in a trunk, drove around town and showed her off to other blacks in several locations. They bounded her, beat her up.
Then they tied a cinder block to her ankles and drowened her in a river. It only made the local media...

The press is notorious for codling minority offenders. In my local paper, The Journal News, the race of the crime suspect, who wasn't caught, is almost always mentioned when the offender is white. On the other hand, the paper hardly ever mentions a suspects race as black or hispanic. The paper writes,
"A discription of the suspect was sketchy".

The "Zebra Killings" have faded away in people's memories due to either negligience or willfull censorship.

Coincidentally on Court TV, they just showed a clip of what looked like anarchy in a far away African sesspool, but it was actually LA during the Negro Riots that occured after the police were found innocent of the charges against them for arresting the intoxicated, seemingly insane Rodney King.
Some savage Negroes threw a piece of cement point black into the head of a truck driver and laughed as the truck drive did death throws, but managed to survive. The "court" found the Negroes guilty of "mayhem," nothing more. Snouter? you can say what ever you want about the riots but not about Rodney King, number one= he had not been drinking and number 2= I also would seemingly appear to be insane if nine cops came at me with three of them hitting me with night sticks and one with a tazer.....how about you?
Would you be happier if Rodney King just lay down and die like the Jews in "The Piano Player"......that was disgusting and it showed me once again that the Jews are "brave" because of their weapons and not bravery or moral character.

Rodney King was apparently on PCP the night he attacked the cops and then resisted arrest. His arrest record indicates a number of driving while intoxicated and under PCP.
Maybe he should just have pulled the car over, instead of leading them on a high speed chace. And once finally caught, he should not have attacked one of the officers, and should then not have resisted arrest. Too bad the cops didn't finish him right there. It would have saved a lot of taxpayer money and there would be one less savage with a lengthy arrest record.

And even if he would have died I don't think the situation could have got much worse then it did with the niggers going completely insane. The scariest part is that they know they can do that type of thing from time to time and people all to often are going to accept the lines about how they are just acting out on a justifyable anger, and that we need to understand where this is coming from,etc.:rolleyes:

I wonder if there are any stats comparing how many times Ted Turner's TV stations showed the arrest of Rodeny King compared to how many times they showed the 1992 Negro riots of LA and the many, savage, anti-White attacks made on innocent people.
There is no doubt that public policy today takes into consideration that Negroes will riot if certain decisions are made.

I wonder why in the world one of the negros admitted to an intended crime, for which evidence is notoriously difficult to come by. I wouldn't chalk it up to Negro brazeness or stultitude. All "what is more important, a life or someone's property" obfuscation aside, Walter is absolutely correct - if someone violates either your person or your property, HE and not YOU is solely responsible for whatever measures you may deem proper to repulse his invasion of your inviolable personal sanctum. After all, we are not talking about someone shooting someone else over a choleric verbal exchange.
Such criminalization of the victim has already reached absurd heights in the United Kingdom. Morally benighted Judges over there are venting their wrath at householders presumptous enough to remonstrate with marauding thieves ransacking their homes. That there could even be debate on this issue, much less a coming consensus (we trail the Canadian police state by a few years, the UK by about a decade) shows just how far this country has descended into insanity and depravity.
I was wondering if the would-be car jackers will even be charged with anything, much less subject to a blizzard of gratuitously ancillary "conspiracy", "violation of civil rights", "unlawful evasion of taxes", ..., charges. Although the past few days have unveiled much unflattering info on Minucci - he's 19 and has already baseball-batted a 60-year-old man and stabbed another (white) kid before this latest incident....add'ly, he's appeared on GROWING UP GOTTI, worshipfully ass-felching one of the Gotti grandkids with his plans to get a four-tiered John Gotti tattoo to go with his 'tat of Jesus Christ (!).

What probably happened was the guy was driving by saw three niggers checking out cars and or already trying to steal them, told them to stop it, got threats hurled at him, and came back to put a end to the nigs short career of crime. I doubt this is the frist time that place had niggers ripping them off.
I have a feeling that mayor jewberg does not have to worry about nigs behind his million dollar gated community but just like rich social marxists,will never tell you why it is has to be gated. And I still do laugh at people who think the pigs are there friends.lol

A black man who was with a friend who was badly beaten in a bias attack in Howard Beach last month has been arrested in an armed robbery on a subway train, police said Monday.
Richard Wood, 20, was arrested on charges of stealing a gold chain and a wallet from an 18-year-old subway rider at gunpoint Sunday night on an A train in the East New York section of Brooklyn. Police said a second suspect, who was carrying a handgun, is being sought.
Wood, of Brooklyn, was being held for arraignment last night in Brooklyn Criminal Court on charges of robbery, grand larceny and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police said the robbery occurred about 9:37 p.m. between the Grant and Pitkin avenues stations when Wood and a man who pulled a gun approached the victim and demanded his wallet and chain. Both suspects fled after the train stopped.
Wood, who also uses the name Richard Walker, was arrested about 45 minutes later on the corner of Pine Street and Blake Avenue. Police said the victim identified Wood as one of the two robbers.
Wood and a second man, Richard Pope, 25, an ex-convict with a long arrest record, were present when two white men chased down Glenn Moore, 22, about 3 a.m. June 29 in Howard Beach and beat him with a baseball bat. Moore suffered a fractured skull in the attack.
Pope, who has been convicted five times since 1997 on drug and assault charges, has said he was looking to steal a car in the mostly white neighborhood, but had not told Wood and Moore about his intentions.
Nicholas Minucci, 19, who was on probation for a previous felony assault, and Anthony Ench, 21, have been charged with assault as a hate crime and other offenses.
A third white teenager, Frank Agostini, 19, has told investigators that he, Minucci and Ench went after the three blacks because two of them had earlier commented on his gold chain and he felt threatened, according to law enforcement sources.
Agostini, whose father is a detective in the Brooklyn robbery squad, admitted throwing a punch at Moore, the sources said. He has not been charged.

Good questions. I don't know the race of the victim of the Negroes has been revealed. But I am sure Mayor Bloomberg will be making speeches condemning the hate if it turns out a White was a victim. :whstl:

I would have made a comment on this thread sooner, but you guys have pretty much summed up my general feelings about this whole Howard Beach "hate crime" incident.
Bill Clinton, our first black president, the same guy who claimed that Harlem was like his second home, once said -- in an obvious reference to blacks -- the people who are constantly sheltered from the consequences of their own actions never really grow up. This Richard Wood character is a classic example -- a typical street thug trying to hide behind white guilt and hate crime legislation, running off to the Thought Police when he gets busted again. In the Howard Beach case, he and his pals were looking to steal a car, tried to boost a gold chain, and got beat down by some Howard Beach whites -- probably some tough wops who skipped their diversity workshops. They got charged with a hate crime, naturally, but now Woods gets busted again and tries to work the hate-crime system to beat his robbery rap. What a laugh! :lol:
Being black, I have to say that I will never understand the concept of "hate crime." It sounds like something out of the former Soviet Union, and laws like that are just another form of race hustle and dodge for losers like Richard Wood. They have no place in Western society and neither does he.
