South Africa has always had some of the highest rape a murder rates in the world and large parts of South Africa are completely lawless. Africa is the most violent and aggressive continent in the world. No where is life is cheaper than in Africa.
Now a days African criminals simply bribe corrupt prison guards in order to escape from prison.
