I just recently finished reading this [url="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0970378408/ref=pd_sim_b_1/103-7744886-0822263?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance"]slim volume[/url] by Michael Hoffman, and I must say that it is excellent. I don't necessarily agree with everything Hoffman has written elsewhere, but this book is very well-documented. It makes an excellent follow-up piece to [url="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0745308198/qid=1117811032/sr=8-1/ref=pd_csp_1/103-7744886-0822263?v=glance&s=books&n=507846"]Jewish History, Jewish Religion[/url] by Israel Shahak.
