Cheney: Laura Would Defeat Hillary
First lady Laura Bush would defeat U.S. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton if the two were to face each other in the 2008 presidential contest, Vice President Dick Cheney said on Monday, according to a Reuters report.
Cheney made the prediction after his wife, Lynne Cheney, suggested the matchup in an interview on CNN's "Larry King Live."
Mrs. Cheney noted the rampant speculation that the former first lady, now a senator from New York, would make a bid in the next presidential go-around. President Bush cannot seek a third term in office. His father, former President Bush, was defeated after one term by former President Bill Clinton.
"You know, people are thinking of Mrs. Clinton running for president. I think Mrs. Bush ought to run for president," Mrs. Cheney said. "If we want to have a Bush dynasty, let's get Laura Bush." :tongue:
The vice president, who again ruled out making his own run for president when Bush's term ends, agreed.
"It's a great idea," Dick Cheney said. "And I think I know who would win too."

Despite the lack of a link I'm going to assume this story is true. This is the sort of crap I would associate with [I]News Max[/I] and what I would expect out of this gang of thugs.. If we wanted a damn dynasty we would have stayed with the King! Oaky, we can do this. We can have a Clinton periodically trade the throne- I mean [I]the presidency[/I], with a Bush every eight years. I would bet the partisan fools on both side of this poor imitation of the "War of Roses" wouldn't be too upset, claims about loving "democracy" aside.
This reveals how they really think about the rest of us.

That's all we need, a clueless society matron. If such a woman can be considered for high public office, then the establishment can put any two-bit moron up for the nomination. Just goes to show that the presidency is a cardboard cutout job with the big corporations and the Jews pulling the strings.
