Mexican leader criticized for comment on blacks

Mexico's President Vincente Fox draws ire from African- Americans.
(CNN) -- A top U.S. civil rights figure on Saturday criticized Mexican President Vicente Fox's comment that Mexican immigrants to the United States take jobs "that not even blacks want to do."
The Rev. Jesse Jackson called the remark "a spurious comparison" with "ominous racial overtones."
A Mexican official defended Fox later in the day, saying his description was not meant as an insult.
"The president didn't make a declaration in the racist sense; of course there are those who interpret it in that way," Foreign Relations Secretary Luis Derbez told a reporter in the Mexican state of Jalisco.
According to Derbez, Fox was making the point that "Mexican migrants are making great contributions in the United States and that their role is a positive role."
"They've been able to improve the conditions of life not just for themselves but also for the communities in which they settle and, by the same token, the president made the comment in this context to say that a large quantity of the jobs taken by Mexicans are jobs that in the U.S. society aren't being filled."
"I think that what we have to be very clear about is that the statement made by the president was in no way motivated by racism." 'Most poor Americans are ... white'
But Jackson told CNN in a telephone interview that Fox "should not confuse the need for sound legal immigration policy between the two countries, which is important, and the border disputes between the two countries, with a spurious comparison."
"The comparison is diversionary from the issue of a workable immigration policy between the U.S. and Mexico."
Jackson, who said he has never met Fox, planned to call the Mexican president.
Fox made the controversial comment Friday to a group of Texas businessmen meeting in Mexico. He criticized recent steps the United States has taken that the Bush administration said were aimed at curbing illegal immigration.
Fox discussed the role that many Mexican immigrants occupy in the U.S. economy.
Speaking in Spanish, he said, "There is no doubt that Mexicans, filled with dignity, willingness and ability to work, are doing jobs that not even blacks want to do there in the United States."
A State Department spokesman who asked not to be named, read CNN a statement saying, "That level of dialogue doesn't merit comment."
The spokesman also said, "President Bush's commitment to immigration reform that is rational, legal, common sense, decent and compassionate is well-documented."
Jackson said he has worked "for the citizenship rights of immigrants and Mexican Americans" and wants steps taken to avoid making the United States "hostile toward immigration policy."
He said Fox's comment about "blacks" seemed to be about a stereotype. "Most poor Americans are not black, they're white," he added.
But Jackson stopped short of saying Fox should apologize.
"I don't know about that," he said, adding that the comment was "unwitting, unnecessary, and inappropriate."

This one time I am with Fox, all he said was that the illegals are worse off than the American blacks, to hell with the preacher.

Excellent. Now blacks and Mexicans will be at each others' throats and less focused on whitey. And some blacks may be useful idiots if they'll jump on the anti-immigration bandwagon.

Many Blacks have been at the forefront of resistance to the Mestizo Immivasion.
No national Radio host has been better on this issue than the Black Avenger, Ken Hamblin. No Southern California broadcaster has been more forceful on this pivotal issue than Terry Anderson, a working-class Black man. Jesse Peterson and much-reviled Ezola Foster have always been on the right side of this issue while the FReaker/Faux scum have systematically sold out America...
Not a day passes when a Black vs. Mexican riot occurs in the schools and jails of SoCal. When Operation Wetback II kicks in, we can count on several million Negro volunteers.

To a black man the jobs that the illegals are doing is "demeaning" and not to the standards that blacks needs in order to be or feel up to par with the white man.
Where to illegals is a matter of "survival" to blacks is a matter of "status" or in other words.......blacks wants something for nothing.
I take myself as an example, for a long time all that I was doing was to work as a gas pump jockey, security guard and so on but I never conplained because I knew that I didn't have the education to do any better, I then attended school in order to become a machinist and right away I made three times the ammount of money that I was making before.
I then started my own company with my own invention, but that's another story.

Ponce,
Look at the history of the Western Hemisphere. America, with its White majority and Indian/Black segregated minorities (and tiny Mestizo/Asian populations) has become the world's major superpower.
The other hemispheric nations with even second-world status are Canada; Argentina and Chile--likewise White majority countries.
Mestizos have rendered most of the territory between the Rio Grande and Tierra del Fuego a Third-World backwater--why should America import them by the tens of mediocre millions?

Well Howard believe it or not I am against the "mestizos" covering the US like fire ants covering a dead cow.
At the same time I am not talking about those who really want to inprove the quality of their lives for thmselves and their childrens, I am talking about the trouble makers for as you know we even have Americanisnki trouble makers, like someone by the name of Bush.
Years ago the "mestizos" needed a workers card or a green card in order to be in the US but then some smart a*s changed the rules and now is to late to do anything about it.
I see BIG trouble ahead in the US between the "mestizos" and the "whites" and it will be a problem that will never go away and if anything it will get worse.
As you know everytime we fight in a foreign land, no matter if it is with them or against them, we have their people conming into the US in droves and now I am waiting for the same thing to happen in Iraq.
According to Conti she says that "We will remain in Iraq till they can defend themselves'.....they are doing a very good job at this time in doing that against the US.
As far as the US being the "only" superpower??????? not for long, the Zionist state of Israel with around 400 nuclear devices can't wait to come out into the open, is not a matter of size but of quality.
At the same time I am not talking about those who really want to inprove the quality of their lives for thmselves and their childrens,
Flooding our nation will millions of foreign, poorly educated, non-English speaking Mexicans is harmful to our nation. The motivation of the invaders is irrelevent. Wages, just like prices, are a function of supply and demand. Big business is in favor of illegal immigration, because it effectively raises the supply of labor to an infinite level, which drops wages across the board. This is most acute at the lower end of the socio-economic scale, which is where most blacks reside. Hispanics and blacks have thus far cooperated in the fleecing of white people, but this cannot continue, as the number of minorities threatens to simply overwhelm their hosts. These two groups are on a collison course. There is only enough room in the country for one group of dark folks constantly sticking it to Whitey, and they are going to have to fight it out eventually. There are simply not enough white taxpayers to go around.
