We join the coalition of groups and individuals writing to you today that are united in our profound concern and dismay that repeated calls since September of 2003 for police action to halt the Internet hatemongering of Tomasz Winnicki in London, Ontario have gone unheeded.

We have witnessed Mr. Winnicki's extensive vilification of women, the Christian, Jewish, homosexual, African-Canadian and other non-white communities through his hundreds of postings on Internet website forums using the pseudonym Thexder_3D . This material appears to go well beyond the prohibition against the willful promotion of hate propaganda found in s. 319 of the Criminal Code. We say this in full knowledge of the high standard of proof that the courts have established for such prosecutions.

We are at a loss to understand how it is that Mr. Winnicki continues to be able to poison our communities with his vitriol.

To the Mayor of London, we call on you to ensure that this matter is investigated by the London Police Service with the urgency and attention it is due. These are stones of hatred that are thrown from London into the worldwide pool of the Internet and whose ripples radiate outwards affecting all those around you.

On 26 March 2004, the Attorney General stated, “the Ontario government does not tolerate hate crimes, racial intolerance or discrimination of any sort. There is no place in civil society for these types of actions. These crimes will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

On 28 July 2004, the Minister of Community Safety said, “the battle against hate and prejudice cannot be won single-handedly. It requires a concerted effort on the part of all right-thinking, honest, humane people and organizations to take on this struggle by speaking out.”

We are speaking out again and asking you to work with us to give positive meaning to your words in this case. In light of your commitments, we urge both of you to make certain that there is timely action and co-operation in this case between the law enforcement and Crown Attorney professionals that are responsible for stopping hate in our province and to ensure that they have the full resources they need to do so.

We look forward to your response as soon as possible.

This Winnicki sure doesn't seem to be the best possible advertisement to WN ideology - such vulgar Linderian style alienates way more people than attracts. In fact, people like Linder and Winnicki are great help to multicultis and Jews in convincing the public that "truth is no defense".
