So do you think that she is going to confirm if Jeff Gannon is her missing son, Johnny Gosch? It will be an interesting show.

I'm not sure Ms. Gosch truly knows if "Jeff Gannon" is her son.
I do think she suspects and believes that the two are the same. But absent a confession or DNA, it'd be impossible for Noreen Gosch to come out and say it--without getting pegged for slander or libel.
I've sent to Alan Stang some suggestions for direction in his line of questioning, and so I'm sure he'll be able to nudge her into saying as much as she can.
