I just recenlty found out about this site, which has apparently been around for a while. Despite coming from a family fascinated by various strains of Christianity, I don't get all the denominational differences and buzzwords myself, but whoever blogs at "Little Geneva" is smooth and clever.

He got into some kind of warm water for publishing pictures from Sam Francis' wake. They were taken down.

Hugh, I enjoy this blog quite a bit, although I am not Reformed myself. Harry Seabrook, the blogger, makes some good points, and he has some interesting material. You might also want to check out Badlands, which is another blog that Little Geneva hosts, but which is written by a different author, whose psuedonym is Badonicus. It is linked from Little Geneva. Little Geneva and Badlands are sort of the Kinist version of good cop/bad cop. Little Geneva is always smooth and 'willing to dialog' with its detractors. Badlands is totally tactless, slightly insulting, and extremely hilarious. I recommend both.

Update: Little Geneva, unlike OD, actually did make the SPLC roundup.
Go man go!
So what's LG a reference to? The Swiss home of some form of Protestant reformation?

The home of John Calvin.
Harry Seabrook and most of his running buddies are Calvinist Presbyterians.
So what's LG a reference to? The Swiss home of some form of Protestant reformation?
I think it refers to John Calvin's time in Geneva (1530s-1540s), when he tried to base the city's social and legal organization entirely on biblical principles (or at least his interpretation of those principles.)
