Interesting that she came back to the country that kicked her out to start with and rather than coming here in a raft of intertubes like the Cubans she came by plane and not once but twice and problably first class.
Also she didn't have any trouble getting out of her country, if she was really in any danger she would be on a watch list at the airport.

I've met two Kenyon immigrants in the last year. Extrapolating, there must be millions of Kenyons in the US now. What's the point of letting millions in while rejecting the one who is claiming asylum? To pretend that the US government still pays attention to immigration?
FYI, English is the official language of Kenya, so all Kenyans speak fluent English (save maybe for some elders). I wish I could say the same about America.

This is madness. Since the invader is apparently taxpayer money, maybe a class action lawsuit against the SF court can possibly battle this kind of insane decision.
