There is currently a Bill in the U.S. House of Representatives called the Citizenship Reform Act of 2005 (Bill number H.R. 698) that would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to deny citizenship at birth to children born in the United States to parents who are not citizens or legal permanent resident aliens. Non-white, un-skilled, mass immigration is one of the greatest threats facing our nation and our people today. If passed, this Bill would be a big step in the right direction. This is hard to believe but good news nevertheless. We should get a letter out to all our Congressmen

From the link...

As your constituent, I urge you to cosponsor H.R. 698, the Citizenship Reform Act of 2005, introduced by Representative Nathan Deal (R-GA).

H.R. 698 would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to deny citizenship at birth to children born in the United States to parents who are not U.S. citizens or legal permanent resident aliens.

If enacted into law, H.R. 698 would remove one of the major incentives for illegal immigration by ending the practice of granting automatic U.S. citizenship to the children of illegal aliens.

I hope you will cosponsor this important legislation.

I have found if you can get a bunch of people to sign a letter like this (snail mail) with signatures, names, and addresses, you have a better chance of a response by your Congressman.

Pffft. Only because they've been dragged, kicking and screaming into it. They'll do the minimum necessary to cover their butts electorally and not muss the hair of one mexican more than that. So, we need to make sure the "minimum" is not some half-step compromise like and isn't-but-is amnesty.

If that were to stop the influx of illegals I then would say YES but in reality it would make no difference and if it were to pass then all that would happen is that we would have illegal Americans.

It will not be approved.
