Immigration may cause race riots, Howard says

Britain could face a spate of new race riots if immigration gets "out of control" and the public do not have confidence in the "system", Michael Howard suggested last night.
In a claim that threatens to raise the temperature in the immigration debate, Mr Howard warned that the country had to "be vigilant if we are to make sure we continue to have good community relations".
The Tory leader's remarks came after he was accused by a member of the public of pandering to racism by making immigration a key election issue.
A member of the audience on ITV's Ask the Leaders said last night: "You don't realise what it is like for me. You are pandering to xenophobia and hatred in our country."
[I]But in an angry exchange Mr Howard accused the man Dean Velani, 18, an Asian member of Labour Students, of trying to "abuse" and "insult" him.[/I]
"It does not take the debate much further to pin labels on me or abuse or insult me in the way in which you have just done," the Conservative leader replied. "What I say ... is if you disagree then tell us what you would do to deal with the problem."
Mr Howard's appearance came amid reports of unhappiness among senior Tories about the way his campaign has focused on asylum and immigration.
The Tory leader was challenged over his focus on immigration by the presenter Jonathan Dimbleby. "Are you fearful that if there are more newcomers than is desirable there will be more Burnleys, more Oldhams?" Mr Dimbleby asked.
Mr Howard replied: "I think that when people believe that there is no proper system, that immigration is out of control, I think that these anxieties ... make it more difficult to have good community relations."
He said the country had to "be vigilant if we are to make sure we continue to have good community relations". He refused to disassociate himself from an election advertisement issued by Bob Spink, a Tory candidate in Castlepoint, which said "What bit of 'send them back' don't you understand Mr Blair?".
Mr Howard said it referred to failed asylum seekers living illegally in Britain.
The Tory leader also rejected claims that highlighting asylum was making life worse for ethnic minorities living in Britain.
Mr Howard was forced to fend off accusations that he was playing on a "primeval" fear about immigration.
Roger Chandra, who said he was a disillusioned Conservative voter, said the Tories were deliberately combining the issues of immigration, asylum seekers and terrorism. "You mix those up, you are playing on the fear of people," he said.
Mr Howard said: [I]"controlled immigration is the key to ensuring Britain's security, managing public services and guaranteeing good community relations."[/I]
He was on the defensive over plans to cap the number of people coming to Britain and faced questions over plans to process some asylum seekers offshore.
Ajmal Masroor, who was acandidate in West Ham, east London, appealed on the website of the Muslim Public Affairs Committee for volunteers to help his campaign.

Howard is a first generation Jewish immigrant himself. Michael Howards father was born in Romania, and his mother in Ukraine.
Apparently Howards grandfather, Maurice Hecht, [I]entered Britain illegally[/I] some time in the 1930s.
Makes you wonder what this guys real agenda is doesn't it!
I am willing to except that Howard is a ideologic Conservative. However, I suspect that he is anti-EU for some what more personal reasons. The neo-liberal-cons denied him a US visa because he dared to question the legitimacy of there little war so I suppose as Jews go there are worse. It's got to be said, on both sides of the pond main stream Conservative parties are a joke.

I liked it better the first time around, when Enoch Powell (RIP) made his famous "Rivers of Blood" speech in Birmingham, UK, 20th April, 1968. Maybe this time Britons will take heed.

Britain has been in decline for the last forty years. If Europeans are not be usurped by invading hoards. Our words must be matched by deeds.
The English working class are indolent degenerate savages and their deviant liberal establishment are self serving, pacifist, traitors. Taxation in this Britain is completely out of control and Britain can not hope to maintain it's present level of social spending.
The Asian are slowly taking over Britain whilst the foolish British, continue to feather the nest of millions of worthless migrants.
Whilst British Asians statistically commit much the same level violent crime as British blacks (who together commit 65% of all violent crime). Yet the black are the ones solely tarnished with a reputation for criminal violence. Hence our peoples perception on this matter is some what out of sink with the reality.
Jews like Howard understand that the Asians despise the Jews and present a real danger to the Jews interests.
The Jews as we know are intent on setting whites against Asians, Arabs and blacks. They both want and promote racial tensions in order to profit from them.
That said: the Jews and their lackeys lack of humanity, arrogance and elitism is there greatest weakness and we must endevor to turn this coin on it's head.
Europeans are still a wealthy people and our efforts to guide and develop other nations even whilst under a imperial banner or in confict against us, have never gone entirely unnoticed by the world.
Europe in order to counter Asia's rise, must assert control of the both development of it's regional markets. Europe must use Eastern European immigration in order to push out the most undesirable and subversive non-Europeans from our homeland.
However, any policy of enforced repatriation is such a bitter pill that it must be somehow sweetend by development aid and alliance building.
