After more than a year in prison the most effective and active critic of Israel and Jewish Supremacism will soon be released from the federal gulag. His persecution was a direct result of his American and worldwide success in exposing the Israeli-Jewish supremacist hijacking of American foreign policy. He is, of course, David Duke and his prosecution on tax and financial matters was authorized by Zionist Michael Chertoff of the Justice Department Criminal Division and head of the Terrorism Task Force. Mr. Chertoff is the same official who urged the destruction of our Constitutional rights before Congress in promoting the Patriot Act, and he is the official who quietly let go over 100 Israeli spies caught in the wake of 9/11.

Mr. Chertoff’s move against David Duke came in December 2002, within 30 days after his appearance on the international satellite channel, Al-Jazeera, to an audience of over 40 million people. David Duke exposed the apprehension of an extensive Israeli spy ring operating in the United States in the period before and after the 9/11 attacks. He offered copious evidence showing Mossad advance knowledge of the event, and he condemned the quiet release of the Israeli spies to Israel so they would be out of reach of the 9/11 investigators.
Newsweek magazine reported that the U. S. Government tried to prevent David’s appearance on Al-Jazeera by threatening the network’s access to American events.
Coinciding with his imprisonment, the Zionists launched a major smear campaign against him in an attempt to undermine his much-deserved support in the patriotic movement. Two leading Jewish supremacists, Abe Foxman of the ADL (Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith) and Mark Potok of the SPLC (Southern Poverty Law Center) misrepresented the facts of the Duke case utilizing their age-old tactic of divide and conquer. While David Duke has been in the jaws of the federal gulag he has been unable to fairly defend himself from their slanders. Most people have only heard the government allegations and rumors in the case, but now it is time for the complete story to come out.
As someone who is thoroughly acquainted with the facts in his case, I will endeavor to fill you in.
Although he was promised placement in a federal camp, which is appropriate for the relatively short sentence and the nonviolent nature of his alleged offense, David Duke was sent to a far more dangerous, almost 90 percent non-white prison in West Texas, far from his home and family.
Could you imagine being someone that the press constantly identifies as being “former Klan leader David Duke” being locked up with 1,600 non-whites, some of them the worst sort of violent criminals? David Duke was at a federal prison in Big Spring, Texas, a place known for riots and mayhem. While he was at Big Spring there were riots, deaths, and disfigurement. In one case, an African-American inmate concocted homemade napalm. He used a microwave to superheat a mixture of baby oil, peanut butter and soap, which can reach a temperature hundreds of degrees hotter than boiling water. He then threw the searing substance on his sleeping victim causing horrendous face and torso injuries. David Duke was locked down at night into an area holding about 175 other prisoners. He was not in a typical movie-image kind of jail with two-man cells. The 175 prisoners are crammed together in large freely connected rooms and each prisoner has complete access to every other prisoner, even as they sleep. There have been cases of prisoners struck while asleep with heavy locks in socks. When riots occur (two happened during his imprisonment) the entire unit is simply locked off, with no guards at all in with the prisoners.
He has been completely in the hands of government officials whose decisions could have easily resulted in his disfigurement, crippling, or death. David Duke bravely dealt with this circumstance and stayed strong.
David was recently relocated to a half way house located in a crime-filled section of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, five months later than promised at the time of his plea agreement. After his arrival there, a local TV station news crew knocked on the doors of a number of blacks in the neighborhood and asked the residents what they thought of the “former Klan leader being in their neighborhood”! As a result, threats against David Duke began. One of the threats reported was that “if David Duke sticks his head out of the door, he will get it blown off!” Through it all David Duke has remained commited and purposeful.
Obviously, while he was imprisoned, I couldn’t share some of these facts with you or the publicity could have led to even more danger to him. Now that David Duke is at the point of release I will share with you the important facts that the Jewish media has kept from you.
First, I must tell you that most of what you have read in the press and by the gossip-mongers has been little more than outright lies. In spite of the infighting so chronic among the different groups and leaders in the patriotic cause, most of the effective leaders, thinkers, activists and sincere patriots stand together in complete support of David Duke. You will see an historic turnout of Movement leaders at his Welcome Home Banquet and International Conference on May 28-30. Unfortunately, there are some unscrupulous individuals who, perhaps from their own failures and jealousies, have helped spread some of the Jewish lies in this case. And, there are some who defend David Duke, but don’t know the details. They quote some erroneous assertions in the Jewish newspapers such as those from the New Orleans Times-Picayune, a New York Newhouse-owned, Zionist paper that has long opposed David Duke. Sometimes when people see something in the newspaper they tend to believe that what they read is true, even if they know the source is biased.
I will expose some of the most blatant untruths said about David Duke and this case, but first I want to explore the real reasons why David Duke has suffered this extensive Jewish supremacist effort to discredit and imprison him.
The Motive Behind the Slanders
The indisputable fact is that there is no living person in the world who has done as much to awaken and inspire our people as has David Duke. He has made thousands of speeches, appearances, demonstrations, debates and talk shows in which he has effectively exposed the Jewish supremacist forces that are leading our people to tyranny and extinction. He has faced the wrath and power of the Jewish-dominated media and establishment. David Duke was elected to the Louisiana House of Representatives and came within a whisper of the U.S. Senate. In each of his races he received more votes in Louisiana alone than Patrick Buchanan received in his campaign for President in the entire United States. No one in our Movement is more hated and opposed by our unscrupulous enemies than David Duke.
David Duke has put his life on the line for us countless times. I have been with him on occasions when he faced personal danger. Portrayed by the media as the most dangerous “anti-Semite” and white “racist” alive, he is the most visible target for every black and Jewish terrorist and radical.
One movie made in the 1970s, The Klansman, starring of all people, O.J. Simpson, gave the implicit message that blacks should assassinate David Duke. The film’s Jewish director, on a national television talk show, said that the young articulate Klan leader whom O.J. righteously assassinates is based on the character of David Duke.
Jewish psychopath and JDO (Jewish Defense Organization) terrorist, Mordecai Levy (who was arrested in New York for allegedly trying to shoot someone) put David Duke’s home address on his website and blatantly called for his death. Even though this occurred while David was an official candidate for the U.S. Congress the FBI did nothing about this incitement to murder.
Over the past two years David Duke has become the most vocal American activist exposing the role of the Mossad in the events that led to the horrendous 9/11 attack. He has become the leading writer and speaker in the world against International Zionism and Jewish supremacism. My Awakening and Jewish Supremacism are clearly the most effective and convincing books to awaken our people on the racial and Jewish question. I dare say, after thirty years in the Movement, and after having read hundreds of books on the subject, David’s books are the most convincing books to present our point of view. Can any of his detractors deny that obvious fact?
David Duke’s sojourn in Europe and the Mideast became an acute concern of the ADL and Jewish supremacists everywhere. The ADL wrote of the “terrible danger” he posed by energizing the “anti-Semites of Eastern Europe” and by giving the Palestinians powerful propaganda weapons in the fight against Israel. The Jewish, New York-owned, New Orleans Times-Picayune stated that although Duke is “discredited at home, he is popular in Europe.” It pointed out that Duke has taught at a major university in Eastern Europe, and in fact was awarded an honorary doctorate for the scholarship in his book Jewish Supremacism. David Duke has shared the podium in major international conferences with heads of state and other major figures. One of the largest universities in Europe took the lead in translating and publishing his latest book.
His voice has become increasingly heard and respected around the world. Prior to his incarceration he appeared on a live satellite hookup from Moscow for the Fox News Network Rita Crosby Show. In that interview he exposed the Mossad’s role in the 9/11 treachery. In November of 2002 he was invited to Bahrain and Qatar in the Mideast and his speeches were welcomed by huge, enthusiastic crowds. He even made an hour-long, prime time appearance on the Al-Jazeera Network, exposing the Zionist treason and treachery against the United States before an audience of tens of millions around the world. Within thirty days after his appearance in the Mideast, Michael Chertoff of the Justice Department authorized federal prosecution of David Duke on tax and financial charges.
David Duke had to decide between three difficult choices. He could remain fairly comfortable teaching and writing in Eastern Europe, but never again be able to return home or to freely travel in the European world. He could fight the charges in federal court, or he could accept a plea agreement and do limited time in federal custody. He communicated with me extensively, as well as with other major leaders of the Movement, before making his decision. Of course, his first impulse was to fight the charges in court. The gross unfairness and injustice against him brought out his natural defiance. But, the way the legal system is now conducted, it would not have been a fair fight. More like a suicidal charge similar to the Confederate charge up Cemetery Ridge at Gettysburg.
He would have been tried in New Orleans, a 75 percent African-American city. In addition, federal court rules, as dictated by the Supreme Court Batson vs. Kentucky decision, would have prevented his attorney from using any preemptory challenges of black jurors. In every trial attorneys have the right to strike a number of jurors without showing any cause. If a prosecutor or defense attorney believes a jury member to be detrimental he can dismiss that juror. The Batson vs. Kentucky rule decrees that the right of a black to sit on a jury supersedes the right of a defendant to get a fair trial! The black component of the jury pool, plus the Batson rule, would have meant Duke would not have faced a jury of his peers. As I have pointed out before, such a jury would probably convict “the former Klan leader” David Duke of anything the government wanted.
If David had gone to trial the feds would have piled on multiple counts and charges, as they can easily do in tax matters. A conviction could have imprisoned and effectively silenced him for the rest of his life. I hope that none of you harbors any illusions about “justice” in the U.S. federal court system. Over the past few decades the government has destroyed most of our precious constitutional rights. Not only would the trial and jury have been stacked against him, the Jewish media would have dishonestly reported the trial for months.
It was a very difficult decision for David Duke, but after conferring with many other leaders in the Movement, he wisely decided to accept a plea agreement. It was the only way he could be relatively sure that he could continue his work for our Cause. And now he will soon be among us again at the International European American Unity and Leadership Conference.
Since David’s incarceration there has been a concerted effort by the Jewish supremacists to lie about him in order to purposely split and weaken the patriotic ranks. What better for them than to defame and slander the most effective critic of Zionism? Accusing David Duke of being anti-Semitic or “racist” will not weaken his support in the patriotic movement. No, the most effective way to hurt David Duke and his work is to try to erode his base of support. That is most effectively done by suggesting that he is somehow greedy, immoral, cowardly, hypocritical, etc. It is the same tactic that every army uses in propaganda deployed behind enemy lines. The Mossad’s motto is “By deception Thou shalt do war.” No one on earth is better at slanders and smears than the Jewish supremacists.
In a recent writing, I pointed out that the way the Jewish Bolsheviks overthrew the Czar was by spreading completely unfounded allegations of satanic sexual activities of the Czarina with the monk Rasputin. The tactic was meant to weaken the Czar among his most loyal supporters. The Jewish supremacists realize that the most effective way to weaken an enemy is to undermine his core support. And let’s not forget the Talmudic hatred that rises against anyone perceived as being their enemy.
You may have seen the recent movie about the young Adolf Hitler on a major TV network. Within the first fifteen minutes he was cursing his father and beating his dog. It portrayed him as escaping death in the war because he happened to be beating his dog when a shell came in! Whatever one may think of Hitler, there is not a shred of evidence to any of that, and the movie’s lies were exposed in a USA Today review of the film, even as the same critic praised the movie! There are no holds barred when it comes to hatred and lies against enemies of Zionism. Just a casual scan of Zionist publications across the world shows that their number one enemy is David Duke. This is especially true since the publication of his earthshaking new book, Jewish Supremacism.
The leading attacks against David Duke have come from the leader of the Jewish hate-group the ADL, Abraham Foxman, and the Jewish supremacist Mark Potok of the SPLC. Predictably, there have been some poison-pen letters about David Duke circulating on the internet that are simply a repeat of the allegations of Foxman and Potok. Thankfully, it is only a small number of people who send out such trash, but unfortunately there are too many in our Movement quick to gossip and do the work of our mortal enemies.
Without a shred of concrete evidence other than what they have read in the Jewish press, some people trust the allegations of the government against David Duke. Let me cover some of those allegations. Duke was alleged to have filed a false tax return and to have committed mail fraud. First, I will show you the details of the tax charge. When you examine them carefully they completely refute the mail fraud charge.
How The Government Refutes Its Own Case Against Duke
The simplest and most effective way to expose the bogus nature of the federal prosecution of David Duke is to examine the first charge against him: that he evaded taxes by filing a false tax return. The details of this bogus charge will also show you that the mail fraud charge is also groundless.
The Bill of Information of the formal charge states that David Duke filed a false tax return for the year 1998 by stating his Gross Income to be approximately $18,000 when his Gross Income was actually about $65,000 for that tax year.
Here are the facts. In 1999 the government began an investigation of the Louisiana Governor’s relationship with David Duke. It seized all of David’s personal banking and business financial records, including receipts, logs, and bank statements. To make sure that David was not in violation of federal tax laws for not filing, his accountant prepared a tentative return for 1998 with the limited records available. He marked tentative on the return and accompanied it with a letter to the IRS stating that the return was not complete because the federal government held most of the financial records for that year. With the return Duke sent in a letter stating that he expected to have a greater income and more expenses than shown, but that the government had his records. Duke obeyed the law by filing a return, marked it clearly that it was incomplete, and went ahead and paid three times more than he expected to owe. The government returned the accompanying letter and date stamped it proving their receipt of it.
Now I would like you to notice the Bill of Information from which I quoted. In it the government states that David Duke’s gross income was about $65,000 in 1998. Remember that it specified Gross Income. Gross income is an amount that does NOT include expenses. As a proprietorship, the Duke Report’s expenses come out of that $65,000 figure. So the $65,000 income that David is alleged to have received does not allow for the costs of running his office and publication. The $65,000 doesn’t even allow for the salaries of staff personnel, maintaining computer and other equipment, printing, preparing and mailing the Duke Report, or money used for maintaining his website, his travels and appearances for our cause.
So, the government in its own allegation, said that David Duke’s gross income was only $65,000. That amount is only the average household income in the United States! Considering his accomplishments, even if he personally had received every penny of that $65,000, it would be the best bargain patriots could ever have for their money. And frankly, it is amazing that he has accomplished so much on so very little.
The second government charge was mail fraud, and the Jewish newspapers have had a field day saying Duke “bilked his supporters.” The admission in the tax charge that Duke had a Gross Income of $65,000 shows the fraud charge to be ludicrous.
Anyone who really knows David Duke well, knows that he is frugal and modest in his living standards. In his modest Mandeville home he lives in one bedroom. Two other bedrooms are taken by staff members. Most of the house, the dining room, den and upstairs is used for office space. He has little privacy there. He has never in his life bought a new car. He has made some money from intelligent investments and other business ventures and he has spent a great portion of that on the Cause.
While David Duke was still in Big Spring Prison he received a letter from the IRS about the 1998 tax year. The IRS sent him a refund and acknowledged that when he had filed his 1998 return he had overpaid his 1998 taxes by over $6,000. When he got his refund check from the IRS for the same 1998 tax year that he had supposedly falsified he joked that he deserved to be in jail “because anyone who overpays his taxes to this rapacious government should be locked up!”
The Facts and Nothing But the Facts
The second allegation, that of mail fraud, is just as unfounded as the tax charge. One only has to look at the official Bill of Information. A Bill of Information is the legal document in which the government states the specifics of the supposed crime. Any lawyer can tell you that in every alleged mail fraud the government specifies a dollar amount. David was alleged to have exaggerated his financial need, and to have spent some of the money he received in help as his own income. But, in Duke’s case, the government does not give a dollar amount, not even a ballpark figure. It is a nebulous, vague charge solely meant to defame. If there had been any significant amount of money involved, it would certainly have been included in the government’s official statement detailing the “crime.”
To illustrate the ridiculous accusations against Duke, you can read in dozens of Controlled Media articles that “Duke claimed he was in danger of losing his home to debt, when in fact he sold his home for a profit.”
Think about that statement for a moment and realize its absurdity. Because someone sells his home for a higher price than he had paid for it many years before, does that prove he was not in financial difficulty? In fact, is it not it true that when people sell something dear to them, it is often because re in financial need?
I remember this time well. As soon as David was elected to the Louisiana House of Representatives, he was the only elected political leader in America who openly stood up for European-Americans and against Jewish supremacism. The government began a huge campaign against him.
The government began a massive investigation and audit of every aspect of his personal, political and business life. The IRS audited four years of personal income tax, the State of Louisiana audited his state taxes, the government audited the records of his white rights organization, the State of Louisiana audited his campaign for Governor, and the federal government audited his campaign for the U.S. Senate. They were determined to drive him out of office.
They were like wolves out for blood, seeking anything they could misrepresent as illegal or improper. David even had to pay large legal fees from a legal challenge to his winning of the election. Obviously, he had to hire excellent accountants and tax attorneys to protect himself from this onslaught. His legal bills amounted to tens of thousands of dollars. He had to borrow significant amounts of money to pay these bills.
He was in financial need at the time of his appeal, and did in fact sell his home of many years to pay off his debt and put a small down payment on his present home in Mandeville. His Mandeville home was bought in 1994 and is currently mortgaged to 90 percent of its value. I don’t want to bore you with these details, but I want to show you how easy it is for the government and Jewish media to distort the facts. Alleging that David Duke “sold his home for a profit” should show even Duke’s harshest critics how ridiculous this whole prosecution (persecution) was.
The sensational allegation against David is that he gambled away supporters’ money. Again, there is no specific allegation of any amount in the Bill of Information. In spite of spurious rumors of large sums of money bantered around, there is not a shred of evidence that he gambled or otherwise wasted even a penny of supporters’ money. If anything, there is ample proof that he has supported the cause unselfishly over the years.
Unlike almost all other fraud cases, his plea did not call for a single penny in restitution. There was no restitution ordered because there was none asked for, needed, or justified. In short, my friends, there was no crime. Of David Duke’s thousands of supporters, not even a handful felt wronged in any way. The clear fact is that David Duke would never have been prosecuted in this case if not for his political beliefs.
An independent economics professor at a major university did a complete analysis of all of David’s financial records and stated “There is not a shred of evidence of tax or mail fraud. In fact, it can be shown that over the years he has funded much of his work from his personal business activity. An example is the electronic telephone campaign that he personally devised and implemented for Rep. Jenkins’ U.S. Senate race. He used the money he legally and properly received from Jenkins not for himself, but to fund his efforts to educate the public with his message.” (Prof. Ron Schroeder)
I hope that I have given you a clearer view of the whole sordid affair of political persecution against David Duke.
David Duke suffered over the past year in the American gulag simply because he has been such a talented and dedicated fighter for us. He was in peril because he has been courageous on our behalf for over 30 years. During all those difficult years, through all the disappointments, danger, character assassinations, hardship and tireless work, he has never wavered, never given up, never thrown up his hands and walked away to as easier and more lucrative life.. And now, after this time of extreme danger and difficulty for him, there are those who try to disparage him, who spread the poison of the Jewish supremacists. There are those who do the bidding of our mortal enemies who are so anxious to bring him down.
The inescapable fact is that David Duke was in a federal gulag because of his work for us. We owe him our deep gratitude for what he has done for all of us and the ideals for which we fight.
David remained strong and courageous in the gulag. He spent every spare moment reading and researching our issues, and working on his next book. He is not bitter or broken, but is anxiously awaiting his coming freedom so he can continue his efforts to awaken our people in America and across the globe. He is looking not to the past, but to the future, a future for our people that he will help lead.
May he return to us safe and sound. However, no matter what his fate, his words will always be with our people to help guide us to victory for our heritage and freedom.
I hope all of you reading this will do whatever it takes to come to David Duke’s Homecoming on May 28 and show him how much his efforts and sacrifices are appreciated by all of us. He deserves our support now more than ever! I will be in New Orleans to shake his hand. Will you join me?
