Fairfax County (website - news) police say the lady of the house began screaming when she walked into her three-year-old daughter's bedroom Thursday night. Investigators say Humberto Vivas apparently got into the home on Glengyle Drive and passed out drunk in the girl's bed.
According to police, Vivas fought with the woman and her husband, until officers arrived to haul him off. No one was hurt, and Vivas is now facing unlawful entry and drunk in public charges.[/QUOTE]

:thumbsup: What I like is when individuals tell me that we are wrong to keep guns in the house (we have locks on everything but quick hands)
How the article would have read if this had occured at our house:
Vienna , VA- Dead drunken Mexican found in bed
Police say that the woman of the house screamed "Oh like hell" along with some NRA slogans before she "let loose" on the unwated houseguest...
She then put the body out on the curb with the rest of trash and freshly bagged leaves- next to the recycleables.....making sure that the Mexicans bottle of beer was placed among the glass items:thumbsup:
A new mattress was ordered and the family had breakfast at the same time as they do in every good Christian household:thumbsup:

Golfing buddy of mine worked a few years on the "family crimes" unit. (He's a cop.) His comments on the crimes against children? In certain parts of town, it is a cultural expectation to indulge in pleasures of the flesh with minor relatives.
Makes me sick.

You are right. Where I live an 9 year wetback was found to be with child. Her mother's bother ran home to Mexco after the cops got the girl to them who did it.

.[/QUOTE] Little off topic here but seeing LULAC made me think of a friend who is next door neighbor to the Presidente of LULAC's son. The son is married to a white woman and my friend (he's a real handy man) was over talking to her about the remodle on their home. When he asked her about painting the living room she said and I quote, "Well my husband can do that cause he's the Mexican." I told my buddy we are wiring him and sending him back in to get that on tape!!!!

However, if you shoot a drunk Mexican who is having himself a siesta in your daughter's bed then expect to explain yourself in court. Home intrusion, according to the law, does not give you the right to shoot someone.
You can only shoot someone in your house if your life is threatened. In other words you can only use enough force as is necessary to subdue the intruder.
The Mexican immigrant is always portrayed as a struggling, disadvantaged soul who is trying his best to improve himself in America. It's one of the greatest accepted heresies since the racial equality lie. More often than not the mexican immigrant only wants to exploit America for her hospitality and never intends to assimilate or embrace American life and culture.

[/QUOTE] Well if he's a dead Mexican whose going to argue that your life wasn't in danger? Besides it depends on what state your in. Florida just changed it's laws so that you don't have try and get away first, you just shoot.
