Here it is. Ta-da!
Oh, and so this thread isn't a total waste of space, here is something I wrote for National Vanguard (albeit with just a dash of pseudo-plagarism that I believe is well within ethical standards) which they opted not to publish:
Once upon a time, in the authentic America which existed until about 40 years ago, the police and other law enforcement authorities were more-or-less unquestionably on the side of lawfulness, the natural order, and White America's interests generally. Sadly, the Politically Correct dictatorship foisted upon us by the Jews and their leftist and neo-"conservative" allies has largely changed that previously happy state of affairs, and thus despite numerous individual exceptions, the law enforcement establishment can be reasonably regarded as hostile to those values it used to uphold, as well as often pervasively corrupt and proactively malicious in the service of our enemies. Restoring law enforcement to its proper role as defenders of White civilization and White culture, and forever severing its links to such criminal organizations as the so-called "Anti-Defamation League of B'Nai B'Rith" and other forces of anti-Western infiltration and indoctrination, will naturally be among our very first (and, I suspect, least difficult) tasks once our racial community's natural elites have resumed their proper place at the head of the national political leadership.
Until the arrival of that much-anticipated reordering of societal authority (an event which once appeared dim and distant, but which today could actually come into being within the course of the present decade, if we continue to zealously commit ourselves to this frankly sacred task, and are perhaps just a little bit "lucky"), we can not afford to give vent to our widely shared, conservative-style instincts which tell us the police are our natural allies, due to our supposed common enmity towards the criminal element. We must, unfortunately, be at all times highly conscious of the precise nature of all our communications and other interactions with law enforcement personnel, so as to avoid falling into any legalistic pitfalls. Our enemies are counting on utilizing those pitfalls as a vital weapon in the arsenal they are now wielding in their low-intensity war against those of our people who have rejected the lemming-like stupor of the vast majority of our kinsfolk, and who are thus presently engaged in ostensibly legal activism (keep in mind our enemies don't perceive anything we do as legitimate, and regard their collective will as the law before which all others must bow in the manner of chattel slaves, as it states very plainly in their noxious anti-Gentile handbook, the Talmud) directed at undermining the Judeo-Bolshevist-consumerist-Feminist/homosexualist/multiculturalist fraud which presently masquerades as the American government, media and academia.
To that very necessary end, it is important that all member of the National Alliance, and indeed all those who are sympathetic to the goals of the Alliance, or who find common cause with the ideas expressed here at National Vanguard, visit the following link: http://natall.com/leaflets/index.html From there, download the wallet-sized leaflet entitled "Know Your Rights." Its in .PDF format and contains some very solid advice. However, it seems to me that in light of the emerging police state we see emerging under the despicable regime of the war criminal and electoral fraud who squats in the White House he inherited from his father, and with particular reference to the creation of the Department of Homeland Security, and its new chief administrator, the virulently anti-White, Zionist fanatic Michael Chertoff (who's wife heads the New Jersey State chapter of the so-called "ADL"), the subject needs to be more thoroughly discussed (Mr. Chertoff, it must be noted, is largely responsible for the unjust imprisonments of patriot Chester Doles and well-meaning religious eccentric Matthew Hale). Some hopefully useful tips appear below.
In the event you are stopped by the police, ask "Am I free to go?" If not, you are being detained. If yes, walk or drive away.
If you being detained, ask "Can you tell me why you are detaining me?" In order to lawfully detain you, the officer must have specific reasons to suspect your involvement in an actual crime, and should have no difficulty telling you the reason. Do not complain on the scene if the officer's reason is unjustifiable; complaining will simply remind the officer to write something better in his report.
Needless to say, never, EVER resist physically! Do NOT run from the police or otherwise offer anything which may be reasonably construed as physical resistance to the officer's verbal commands and/or committing the crime of resisting arrest. This applies no matter how strongly you know yourself to be innocent. Do not EVER so much as casually brush against the coat a police officer may be wearing!
Remember, you never have to answer any questions. Anything you say WILL be used against you in court. In Texas, and no doubt some other states, you must give them your name, date of birth, and address. What you say to the police is crucially important. It can give the police an excuse to arrest you they would not otherwise have.
Always try to remember the name(s) and badge number(s) of any officers involved in your arrest, citing, or detainment.
If an officer tries to search you, your home, or your car, say repeatedly, "I do not consent to this search." The police are allowed to pat down your clothing if you're being detained, in order to look for weapons, and they're allowed to search your person if you're being arrested. Your car can be searched without a warrant, so long as the officer has probable cause (but since we are engaged in lawful activism, that should rarely, if ever, be an issue, other than in cases where the police abuse your Fourth Amendment rights by conducting a search without bona fide probable cause). To protect yourself, make it clear that you do not consent to any search, and ask why they are searching you, your home and/or vehicle. Remember the reason(s) they give you. If they claim to have a warrant, ask to see it, and ask for a copy for your own records. Whether or not they have a warrant, you can protect your rights by making it clear you do not consent to any search. Remember, they certainly wouldn't ask you if they didn't need your permission!
If issued a citation, ALWAYS sign it; you can (and frankly will) be arrested for failing to do so. The proper place to fight a ticket is in court.
If during a search, or an arrest, the police take anything from you, they must give you an itemized receipt for every item seized, including your wallet and its contents, clothing, and any packages you were carrying when arrested.
If you are arrested or detained, say repeatedly, "I don't want to speak until my lawyer is present." Even if your Miranda rights weren't read, refuse to talk until your lawyer/public defender arrives. Do NOT talk to the inmates in jail about your case.
If you are arrested for a jailable offense, and you cannot afford a lawyer, you have the right to a public defender. If you raise bail, this right might be taken from you.
Within a reasonable time after your arrest, or booking, you have the right to make a local phone call, be it to a lawyer, a bail bondsman, a relative, a friend, or ANY other person you deem appropriate. The police may not listen to a call to your lawyer.
You may be released with or without bail following the booking. If not, you have the right to go to court and see a judge the next court day after your arrest. Demand this right if it is not forthcoming. When you appear before the judge, ask for an attorney.
If the police knock and ask to enter your home, you do NOT have to admit them unless they have a warrant signed by a judge (or unless you are on probation or parole). However, in some emergency situations (like when a person is screaming for help inside, or when the police are chasing someone) officers are allowed to enter and search your home without a warrant.
Remember, there are NO "simple questions." Unless they are investigating a traffic accident, you can be sure that they want information about someone. Rule number one to remember when confronted by the authorities is that there is NO law requiring you to talk to anyone. Even the simplest questions may be loaded. Never answer anything. Always assert that you "have nothing to say."
DO NOT INVITE THE INVESTIGATOR INTO YOUR HOME! Such an invitation not only gives him the opportunity to look around for clues to your lifestyle, friends, reading material, etc.; it also tends to prolong the conversation.
Never open your door to an officer. They can shove their way in. Don't open your door with the chain-lock on, either. Police are known to kick in doors. Either shout "I have nothing to say," through the shut door, or go outside quickly (maybe through a back door) and lock the door behind you.
NEVER agree to go to the police station for questioning. Simply say, "I have nothing to say."
If you are arrested, the police can search you and the area close by. If you are in a building, "close by" usually means just the room you are in. If an officer comes to your home with an arrest warrant, this is a good reason not to take him up on an offer to go get, say, some shoes. The only reason he would make such an offer is to get a chance to search other rooms in your house. Remember, go directly outside and lock the door. You won't need your shoes in jail.
If the police abuse you or violate your rights, write down details of the incident immediately. Photograph any injuries inflicted by the police and get a medical report describing them.
Due to a very immature and stupid mistake I made, based on my undisciplined fervor in the summer of 1999, I have spent the last five years undergoing felony probation with the Intensive Supervision Unit of the Santa Clara County (California) Department of Probation. I will be completing my five years of probation on Wednesday, March 30, 2005. I have not been subjected to even a single violation of probation, which is quite unusual for such a lengthy period of probation, particularly within the context of the Intensive Supervision Unit. I can thus say with certainty, having utilized several of these tactics during a period where I have hand delivered approximately 1,000 National Alliance flyers, and have otherwise been engaged in pro-White activism (and have thus repeatedly been the subject of fruitless criminal investigations here in California, and in the state of Washington), these tactics are useful and should be kept in mind at all times when dealing with contemporary law enforcement officials.

Kevin,
Congratulations on your 1000th post!
On a related note, you may be interested in the efforts of Jack McLamb, a retired Phoenix police offficer who has been trying to educate members of the military and law enforcment community as to their need to respect the constitutional rights of the citizenry vs. acting as mindless drone enforcers for the New World Order crowd.
From Jack's website:
Our association's singular goal is to prevent our brothers and sisters in uniform from being unwittingly used to enslave the people of free nations under the anti-God, anti-Freedom (United Nations-led) world government system.
We understand two most important points concerning the globalists' plan:
They intend to gain, through any available means, total dictatorial control over all the peoples of the world.
They cannot realize their goal if their would-be enforcers (we police and soldiers) refuse to assist them in their treachery.
Our motto spells out this truth: IF POLICE OFFICERS AND SOLDIERS WILL NOT ENFORCE TYRANNY, IT WILL NEVER BE ENFORCED!
