It's happening this weekend- right here in Atlanty! The City too Busy to Hate is hosting a celebration of Black Unity and defining the African-American Agenda!
Saw a report on this on local news- reported by a leading journo-star named JaQuitta Williams- about the Road to Health (tm) [?] discussion. Plastered behind Rev. Jackson and the other intellectuals on the panel- on a huge banner inside this New Birth church- were hundreds of Golden Arches logos along with the Kaiser Permanente bug. Talk about your Union-- this be convergence, child! Got your Union health care crisis, the Union's favorite killer-grease nutrition provider, your cheapjack so-called health insurance provider to the "underserved" of that Union- and Jessie, Al, and Tavis (tm) to serve it all up at the New Birth Missionary Baptist church!
I'm lovin' it, yo!
Check out the corporate sponsors at the link. And don't miss the big Anheuser-Busch Companies (who bring us grateful honkies those smooth King Cobra and Jaguar Malt Liquors we demand) sponsorship Tavis (tm) scored this year. To your health, Black Union!
