Number of U.S. servicemen killed February 2004: 20 Number of U.S. servicemen killed February 2005: 52*

This time last year the media portrayed the Iraq "war" as dire with no light at the end of the tunnel. Now they all seem to be onboard with the neo-con vision in spite of the fact that three times as many US soldiers were killed this month versus the same month last year.

I heard three more US soldiers were killed today, Friday, by an IED. Ah, you know that I know that you know that way too many Americans just don't care (except for the families of the 1500 slain servicemen) and continue to live high on the hog (courtesy of MasterCard), attending to their little petty daily dramas and living their bourgeois existence with aid from their idiot boxes. Meanwhile the lying, insane, and arrogant bastards who usurped every ounce of power that the people once had in this country continue to lie, steal, and dream up more nightmares for the hapless citizen to bear all over again.

Yep, America sleeps good tonight. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end.

US OUT OF IRAQ!
