Influential US senators Joe Lieberman and John McCain have called for Russia's suspension from the Group of Eight industrialised powers accusing it of abusing democracy and political freedom.
The two former presidential candidates introduced a Senate resolution urging President George W Bush to take action to suspend Russia's G8 membership.
The action came ahead of a summit next Thursday between Mr Bush and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Bratislava.
"In 2003 I warned of a 'creeping coup' in Russia against the forces of democracy and market capitalism in Russia," said Senator McCain, who ran for the Republican presidential nomination in 2000, which he lost to Mr Bush.
"Since then, Russia has actually moved backward," he said.
"Mr Putin has moved to eliminate the popular election of Russia's 89 regional governors, has cracked down on independent media, continued his repression of business executives who oppose his Government, and is reasserting the Kremlin's old-style central control," Senator McCain added.
"The coup is no longer creeping - it is galloping," the Arizona Senator said.
Senator Lieberman, who ran for the Democratic presidential nomination last year, said: "We must openly confront anti-democratic backsliding in Russia for the sake of all those who look to the United States as a beacon of freedom."
The G8 also includes the United States, Britain, Canada, Japan, France, Italy and Germany.

The US want's everyone tu turn against Russia because Russia is selling weapons to Syria, Saudi Arabia and others and are helping Iran build their nuclear plant................so, guess who is behind the US to go against Russia?

Oh Boy... it's getting deep! Allow me to translate: Mr. Putin has removed Jew influence on government, removed the Jew strangle-hold on media, and has put the "KABOSH" on monopolistic and corrupt Jew business activity. What Vladimir Putin has done in Russia is what we should do here in the United States.
These idiots in the Washington beltway are going to force Russia into creating another "Axis Powers" alliance. And we've all seen what usually happens once that occurs.

Putin damn near 'went bitch' for Junior and all Junior did to thank him was screw him, from NATO expansion to criticizing him for Chechnya to subverting the Ukrainian elections. This retard Junior couldn't answer an easy improptu geography quiz given to him by a reporter in 2000 but is now is firmly convicted that this or that regime should be removed or this or that country threatened. If I were Putin I'd put my Strategic Rocket Forces at DefCon 4 until this dangerous moron and his minions are out of power. I'd also start launching thermonuclear weapons into geo-synch orbit, armed with suicide triggers for any EM pulse attack. I'd also make it clear to that war-mongering Kraut, Rumsfeld, that he better start reining in the dangerous Christ-killer hawks who appear to be willing to destroy most of the world and its people for that pseudo-country.

The G8 also includes the United States, Britain, Canada, Japan, France, Italy and Germany. As if these other countries had any room to criticize Russia about a "lack of political freedom." There isn't even freedom of speech in most of them -- e.g., simply giving a Nazi salute can get you imprisoned in Germany. Now, I'm not a Nazi, and I happen to think that Nazism is counterproductive to our cause; but the point is that "freedom" isn't freedom if it has needless exceptions. "Freedom of speech" to Lieberman and his Tribe is defined as "the lack of legal obstacles to speech unless it's offensive to Jews and/or their agenda."
Getting back to Russia, I think the Jews and their tools are targeting her because she is the primary bulwark that's keeping the Jews from dominating the world through the US. Once the Jews have control of the US and Russia, that will be the end, folks. They're making good progress in controlling the US, but apparently they still have a long way to go in Russia.
It's funny how things turn out, isn't it? As a child growing up under the fear of a nuclear war with the USSR, I never expected that one day I'd actually be glad about the existence of Russia.

You got that right about Russia. I spent a good bit of my life learning about them so as to defeat them in the event of WW III. Now I find myself wishing that Putin would jack slap the hell out of Bush when he sees him. Walter has a post releted to this. It certainly explains what McCain and Lieberman are really upset about.

And I also admit that the book of Revelation is the most difficult to understand. But, still, I'm beginning to believe the following scenario: The Revived Roman Empire of Revelation will be some sort of Washington DC - Jerusalem nexus. It will be ruled over by the Jewish Antichrist, probably an American or dual Israeli-American. The great whore of Babylon will rise from the pro-Israel dispensationalists. A Rick Warren type could be the false prophet.

Is fun reading you guys and your religion, there has been more fights and killing in this world in the name of religion than all the wars put together.

John McCain is the sockpuppet of William Kristol and does now agitates on behalf of the Chechens on command from the Weekly Standard cabal as he did on behalf of the Albanians five years ago. Meanwhile, Joe Lieberman's presence in the Democratic party proves that the neoconservative worldview has made major inroads into both already minimally distinguishable parties.

I also know for a fact that Jesus is the Torah Giver, the Giver of the Law. The Law that is perfect. Is the mediation of men that was imperfect. Heb 8:8
And furthermore, God does not change, nor does the Sabbath, or the Feasts or the Festivals.
So if you are saying that The Feasts and the Festivals of the Lord should not be kept, you are saying they were imperfect. Scipture does not bear this out.
God does not change. Man changed the doctrine and made up all kinds of other feasts, festivals and sabbaths to their own liking.
In other words, Jesus Yeshua is the Holy and Annoited One of Israel, and he came only for the Lost sheep of Israel, the Whole House.
The House of Judah and the House of Ephraim, which are two sticks that will become one in His Hand.
See Ezekial 37 and Romans 11.
Yeshua is God. His is the rock that was with the church in the wilderness.
His word does not change.
