Police Woman Faces Ten Years Stephanie Mohr Imprisoned

This was sent to us over the internet, contains excerps from Stephanie Mohr

"I've sent you a photograph of my little boy, Adam (the pic was of this White lady, her White husband, and White son). It's all I have of him right now. Because instead of tucking Adam into bed tonight, I am sitting in a jail cell. A jail cell where I have been sentenced to spend the next ten years of my life for a "crime" I did not commit!

"Please let me explain- I received more than 25 letters of commendation and two awards during my years on the police force. But all that matters to the federal Civil Rights Division of the US Dept. of Justice is that I was a White police officer whose police dog bit an illegal immigrant on the leg back in 1995.

"You may have heard about my case on TV. On the night of Sept. 21, 1995, I was on patrol with my police dog, Valk. The area I patrolled, Takoma Park, had been suffering a rash of burglaries. So when my partner and I got a call for back-up from an officer who had spotted the two men on the roof of a nearby store, we knew we might have found the criminals.

"When we arrived, the situation was tense. The two suspects, Ricardo Mendez and Herrara Cruz, had been ordered down from the roof and told to face a wall. They were shouting back and forth in Spanish, and then it happened.

"Mendez made a move as if to flee the scene. I released Valk, who was trained to perform the standard "bite and hold." That's exactly what Valk did. He bit Mendez on the leg and held him until the other officers and I could handcuff him.."

It goes on to state the myriad of charges and how they were deported. Then:

"...So imagine my shock when five years later, the USDOJ announced it was going to indict me for "violating" Mendez' civil rights by allowing my dog to bite him!....

"...The PG County police training clearly states that if a felony suspect makes a move, we are authorized to release our dogs. The jury agreed and voted to acquit me, 11-1...

"...Everyone from Amnesty Int'l to the NAACP declared the arrest "racist" and demanded an investigation of me and the dept. The DOJ ordered a second trial because of the lone juror who had sided with the prosecution."

Didn't they ever hear of DOUBLE JEOPARY? It goes on to say how they railroaded her with a stacked jury and witnesses who claimed she used epithets, with no proof. HEARSAY my friends, by a bunch of minorities. We all know how truthful they are. They even brought the illegal's back from El Salvador at taxpayer expense to testify against her!!!

SHE WAS CONVICTED in the second trial. Convicted in Double Jeopardy!

She was sentenced to 10 years, and has been incarcerated in Alderson, WV for a year and a half. She's already spent upwards of $35,000 in legal fees and it keeps going up. All this because of two illegals and a bunch of traitors in our own government, and blatantly racist-against-Whites organizations.

This has to stop. When are the people of this country going to open their eyes to what is going on here? This is a good White lady in prison because of an illegal alien resisting arrest, and she is there illegally! Her PS goes on to say:

"If I can be sent to prison for doing my job, sooner or later every police officer in this nation will be behind bars."

I just found this post Faust. Thanks for putting it on.

When I read something like this it breaks my heart...For the terrible injustice to the police officer, and also to see our nation being torn down by liberal lunatics and their insane laws. Thanks again.

Life in the kingdom of the Jews. Ain't it wunnerful???

I don't understand how double jeopardy was allowed. Does West Virginia law permit it?

In any case, this is one more example of how topsy-turvy our justice system has gotten. It caters to a foreign power (Mexico) at the expense of a citizen and a civil servant and with complete disdain for due process of law.

Frankly if the Mexican had died at the teeth of the dog I wouldn't have seen anything wrong with it. Illegal aliens are invaders. Especially Mexicans as their government teaches them how to invade and encourages them to do so with an ideology of reclaiming territory "rightfully" theirs. Invaders take their lives in their hands. If all they get is a bite on the leg they should consider themselves lucky.
