I wasen't sure where to post this so I dicided to to it in "the outdoors".
Anyway, I had this idea ages ago but at the time we didn't have the equipment to do it with.
In the wars that we are having at this time and the wars that is to come we could save a lot of lives by using "Spy Dogs".
Now days tv cameras and batteries pack are small enough to be able to place them on small dogs in order to send them into enemy territories, please notice that I say "small" dogs and not "big dogs".
A small dog would be able to hide better and would make a harder taget to hit.
Those dogs would be controlled by small electric shocks on a collar around the kneck..... one=go foward, one short one long=run and so on.
In extreme cases we can also train them to go towars a particular target and then blow them up together with the target.
A small dog would be able to go right past the security ring posted around a head of state in order to take him out.
Remember that in WWII the Germans did train big dogs to crawl under tanks in order to blow them up with the backpack full of explosives.
I am pretty sure that the Army are at this time thinking about doing this, I use the word "thinking" because I haven't seen in the news anything about this being done and Iraq would be a very good place to use Spy Dogs.
I have been experimenting with my male cat and it works (but without the electric shock controller), you ever seen a cat chase a snake from up close?
Warning, don't use the explosives idea with cats........my cat would porblably crawl under my bed an blow me up on purpose.

Dogs are considered extremely dirty by Muslims. If a Muslim gets dog saliva on him he has to do this crazy cleansing ritual to get it off. UN forces in Somalia were using sniffer dogs to search for explosives etc but they had problems with Pakistani UN troops refusing to work with them because of the dog factor. In saner times using dogs against a Muslim enemy who reacted to them like vampires to garlic would be considered an advantage, but these days it would probably be disallowed for cultural sensitivity reasons or some such nonsense.

While I was in the service I gave the US Army two ideas and one of them was used in Nam.
What I do now I do it for my own pleasure and I know that Uncle Sam is reading us and will pass my idea to the proper channel.
Another one one that I made I call it "TV 360" and that's because with one tv camera I can monitor 360 degrees all the way around me by using four or six or ten monitors, it would come handy in places like a four corner street, mall, office and specially in the space shuttle.
Years ago I made a small proto of a sub that would travel at about 15 knots but whenI turned on my invention it would go at 28 with only a 10% use of more power, this idea would also work on large ships and I am not talking about slck surface or a bubble bath.......hint, in places where you have water resistance you would need a double hull.
At this time I am experimenting with this one....... what does a freeway, a water hose and a rail road have in common? they all are used to transport something , freeway=cars, water hose=water and rail road=box cars.
My idea is to use a lazer not as the weapon but as the means to transfer or carry the actual weapon to the target, been working on it for a couple or years now and is only about 15% developed.
Last year I made a "Lazer-Tron", by using a pen lazer and a few here and there I was able to see my own blood from 1 to the 10,00 power only thing is I wished that it was a white lazer light instead of a red one.
And the one that I have been working on for 43 years is my "Mag-Motor" but I am sorry to say that what I need to make it work does not exist, it has only one moving part and it can be placed in outer space, the desert, the polar caps , under water, your car or even in your own house in order to produce energy, oxigen and so on and it will last for as long as the magnets will last.
Of all my ideas the "Mag-Motor" is the only one that I cannot make work but maybe someday I will........ I better take a couple more of my green pills, smoke coming out of my head.
PS: The names "Lazer-Tron" , "Mag-Motor" and "TV-360" are mine as is "Spy-Dogs"........ Ponce

Not long ago, I came up with an idea by myownself. What if- I told myownself in that lonely room- someone could control electronic apparatus by merely MANIPULATING SOUND WAVES in the general vicinity of those mechanisms? Just think- a mere human-generated SOUND could cause all manner of control reactions. I found this to be a mind expanding concept, and soon enough I was touting this concept to high-level executives and military strategists alike. I was convinced my destiny was skyward.
Imagine my crushing surprise when- just last week- I saw my idea had been not only stolen, it had been HIJACKED!! A high-tech firm known as RONCO is advertising my invention dated last New Year's Eve as something called THE CLAPPER!!! I must fight this incursion, and I am gathering my support.
You must help me reclaim my destiny. I'll send you the frequency to my fillings, so please transmit immediately.

Since we're sharing crazy inventions, I had a novel idea for a WMD that hasn't been invented yet, although I'm sure that someone somewhere is working on it. Of the 3 aspects of primitive warfare: kill, rape, pillage, we have honed killing and pillaging to a fine art, but our rape technology is still stuck in the Stone Age. So why not bring rape into the 21st century? What if you could produce some sort of biological weapon that dispersed specially-engineered bacteria that could impregnate the women of the enemy nation with the DNA of the aggressor?
Honour/shame based cultures where rape victims are often murdered by their male relatives such as Islam would not survive this. Imagine if the entire population of the Middle East was George Dubya Bush's first cousin. The whole concept is obviously evil and wrong, but so are nuclear weapons. In my defence, the idea popped into my head after reading "The 120 Days of Sodom" by the Marquis de Sade and then watching a documentary about the Vikings. I'm not a full-time sicko :)

Well the Zionists already have the DNA weapon to attack other people and specially the Arabs. Only trouble is that the real Jews are also Arabs (Semites) and they also would die, however because the Zionists are Khazards and not Semites they would be safe.
Five years ago I made and flew a Hydro Flyer, it cost me $6,500 to make and I sold the idea for $125,000 together with the proto, it is now in Europe and getting ready to be made into mass production.
If anyone copy my ideas they are welcome to them because I already have what I want and for every one that someone steals from me I have one hundred more.......like I said at one time, even while typing here I am thinking about something else.

It's been done, or at least it's been done by proxy.
Rape is no big deal when Israel can broadcast 24/7 pornography into targeted societies. Of more importance is the destruction of competing ethnic groups, especially those who do not offer profitable exploitation scenarios.

Israel Developing an Ethno-Bomb

ISRAEL is working on a biological weapon that would harm Arabs but not Jews, according to Israeli military and western intelligence sources. The weapon, targeting victims by ethnic origin, is seen as Israel's response to Iraq's threat of chemical and biological attacks.
Yesterday Saddam Hussein, the Iraqi leader, backed away from the brink of war and agreed to resume co-operation with the inspection teams seeking his suspected chemical and biological weapons plants.
Kofi Annan, the United Nation secretary-general, said he believed Iraq had met UN requirements. As Britain and America stood by to bomb Saddam, however, Tony Blair's office said compliance must be unconditional.
The White House, which is threatening Iraq with the biggest onslaught since the Gulf war, said President Bill Clinton's advisers were assessing whether Iraq's offer was adequate. The Pentagon is ready to bomb within days.
Last week Downing Street warned Labour MPs that Saddam could be only weeks away from completing the construction of offensive biological weapons mounted on Scud missiles. Israel was hit by Scuds during the Gulf war and fears it would be the prime target.
In developing their "ethno-bomb", Israeli scientists are trying to exploit medical advances by identifying distinctive genes carried by some Arabs, then create a genetically modified bacterium or virus.
The intention is to use the ability of viruses and certain bacteria to alter the DNA inside their host's living cells. The scientists are trying to engineer deadly micro-organisms that attack only those bearing the distinctive genes.
The programme is based at the biological institute in Nes Tziyona, the main research facility for Israel's clandestine arsenal of chemical and biological weapons.
A scientist there said the task was hugely complicated because both Arabs and Jews are of semitic origin. But he added: "They have, however, succeeded in pinpointing a particular characteristic in the genetic profile of certain Arab communities, particularly the Iraqi people." The disease could be spread by spraying the organisms into the air or putting them in water supplies.
The research mirrors biological studies conducted by South African scientists during the apartheid era and revealed in testimony before the truth and reconciliation commission.
The idea of a Jewish state conducting such research has already provoked outrage in some quarters because of parallels with the genetic experiments of Dr Josef Mengele, the Nazi scientist at Auschwitz.
Dedi Zucker, a member of knesset, the Israeli parliament, denounced the research yesterday. "Morally, based on our history, and our tradition and our experience, such a weapon is monstrous and should be denied," he said.
Some experts said that although the concept of an ethnically targeted weapon was feasible, the practical aspects of creating one were enormous.
Dr Daan Goosen, head of a South African chemical and biological warfare plant, said his team was ordered in the 1980s to develop a "pigmentation weapon" to target only black people. He said the team discussed spreading a disease in beer, maize or even vaccinations but never managed to develop one.
However, a confidential Pentagon report warned last year that biological agents could be genetically engineered to produce new lethal weapons. William Cohen, the American defence secretary, revealed that he had received reports of countries working to create "certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic-specific". A senior western intelligence source confirmed last week that Israel was one of the countries Cohen had in mind.
The "ethno-bomb" claims have been given further credence in Foreign Report, a Jane's publication that closely monitors security and defence matters. It reports unnamed South African sources as saying Israeli scientists have used some of the South African research in trying to develop an "ethnic bullet" against Arabs.
It also says Israelis discovered aspects of the Arab genetic make-up by researching on "Jews of Arab origin, especially Iraqis".
The British Medical Association has become so concerned about the lethal potential of genetically based biological weapons that it has opened an investigation, which is due to report in January.
Dr Vivienne Nathanson, who organised the research, said: "With an ethnically targeted weapon, you could even hit groups within a population. The history of warfare, in which many conflicts have an ethnic factor, shows us how dangerous this could be."
Porton Down, Britain's biological defence establishment, said last week that such weapons were theoretically possible. "We have reached a point now where there is an obvious need for an international convention to control biological weapons," said a spokesman.

If attacked by Arab nations the Ashkenazim who have ruled Israel since 1948 would remorselessly wipe out the Sephardim with such ethnic weaponry...and find some Talmudic justification for that genocide.
