Very true, but we need to keeping thinking about it. There is such a thing as flying under the Radar. Hard to do I know.

It could be done, but not the way he wants. If you have private individuals and create a community you will be set upon by the Empire. It can be done other ways, but it requires more commitment to the community than "I'm gonna buy my own land and others can move close" but closer to a lives, fortunes, and sacred honor type of commitment.

This is, I think, a great plan however it is still perhaps too early for that? Also, first a political party is needed to gain regional control.
On a side note, am I the only one with trouble to reach the AR website? It seems to be down, perhaps because of the current LA power outage.

Never mind, it is working fine now. I just never had trouble accessing it before. The first thing I'm going to do tomorrow is download their entire website using Webstripper. Those articles they daily post are so informative and useful for propagandistic purposes.
