A nice big lump of coal in White America's stocking just in time for Christmas...

Maybe they can just quit arresting minorities when they kill whites, since it's bound to be racism that drove 'em to it in the first place, re. "Bang Bang" Vang's excuses.
Coming soon to a neighborhood near you, the "rehabilitated" Carr bros on parole?
I'm not a big fan of mob justice, by any means, but it certainly does have it place.
The Kansas Supreme Court on Friday threw out the state's 1994 death penalty law, ruling that it was unfair because it gave prosecutors an advantage when jurors were asked to balance aggravating and mitigating circumstances at sentencing.
The court's 4-3 decision throws out the sentences of all six men on the state's death row, including a serial killer and two brothers convicted in a notorious mass shooting in Wichita...
Brothers Reginald and Jonathan Carr were sent to death row for the 2000 deaths of four Wichita residents and the wounding of a fifth who were forced to engage in sexual acts and withdraw money from ATMs before they were shot as they knelt in the snow.
Will someone show the Carrs where the justices live?

Garnish the wages and attach the estates of the Kansas Supreme Court to pay for the cots, and all those many thousands of hots the Carrs will now get to eat. If you live in Kansas and pay taxes and are white, today you are a fool, thanks to your meninblack.
Although even the death penalty would be insufficient unless the two primates were forced to fellate each other first, with their family members in attendance, forced to watch.

Would that a fellow inmate there in the Kansas state pen would do the work the state supreme court won't. Let's pray for that.
I wish Kansas was Texas.

But Scott Peterson is going to die, y'all.

I wonder how my namesake would have dealt with thugs like this during the border wars in Missouri and Kansas. I suspect it would have involved a horse and a rope. Seriously, if a society can't summon the moral courage to declare, unapologetically, that scum like this deserve to die, then the cultural immune system of the West has truly been depressed to dangerously low levels.

Although I am black, I can almost understand why some whites use the word nigger to describe certain negroes; especially in the case of these two scumbags.

Tex? as you know I don't have a religion but I am ashame of you for saying that and you claim to be a Christian?
Looks to me that, like the Jews, you would be willing to place Jesus on the cross if you disagree with him.

Can't be easy for you to say.
But, frankly, the anti-white double standard in this and the Hmong mass-murders--while the press obsesses over Peterson; Mathew Shepherd and James Byrd--is the greater outrage.

Howard Campbell, Jr.
And speaking of the Mathew Shepherd case:
Two awful things happened in Laramie, Wyo., six years ago. First, a young man " a small, gay man " was beaten beyond recognition and left tied to a fence...
Aaron McKinney and Russell Henderson, the men now serving life sentences for murdering Shepard...They were also broke and drunk or drugged up on the night of the murder...
So was Shepard's murder a hate crime or was it something else? "20/20" comes down on the side of something else, amplifying the meth connection, which I first reported in Harper's in 1999, and exploring Laramie's drug subculture, through which Shepard seems to have become acquainted with McKinney. Some gay advocates of hate crime laws have already blasted the network for raising the question. Michael Adams of Lambda Legal Defense says ABC is trying to "de-gay the murder."
... What happened in the Shepard case wasn't justice, but special treatment.
A third awful occurrence in Laramie should have drawn bright circles around the inequities of that kind of treatment. In January 1999, Henderson's mother, Cindy Dixon, was found dead. She had been raped and struck and left in the snow to die. No powerful advocates spoke for her. She was likely to come to a bad end, people said, what with the drinking and the men, and then her son.
Nobody took the measure of hate. By the time the Dixon case was wrapped up, they weren't even talking murder. A man pleaded guilty to manslaughter, and the same judge who sent Dixon's son to prison forever sentenced her killer to four to nine years. He got out last year.
