is OD going to make a decision ? Fact - Ponce keeps posting and he is obviosly not on the same level as us.. but I suppose I will deal with that, even though it makes OD look like a loser board. I know you don't want to kick him out, nor do I. But his constant posts have recently irritated me.

(Or if not, institute your own variety). Ponce isn't hurting anyone. I don't see any need to start any fights, especially now.

Exactly. Thanks, Okie.
If you go into your User Control Panel, down the left hand side there is a 'buddy / ignore' list. Click it and it is pretty straight forward from there.

Ponce could help himself inordinately if he'd simply stop using commas for periods. That kind of thing gets right up my nose.

I'm currently using the ignore feature with regard to Gabrielle. It works splendidly.

Ponce is quite active on another forum I browse. I can vouch for him... he's a good man.
Crazy as all-get-out, sure, but his heart's in the right place.

Exelsis? Whant don't you like about my postings? Is it that I go to the heart of the matter without going around in circles in order to say something?

Ponce,
Who was it who said, upon introduction to the Aztec King, "My men and I suffer from a terrible disease of the heart--- which can only be cured by gold. Do you know where we might find some?".

Surely that must be Hernan Cortez, the royally appointed Governor-General of Ponce's own native Cuba (and subsequent ruler of Mexico).

And please don't forget Juan Ponce de Leon my 14 great grandfather and first governor of Puerto Rico. First white man to step on Pascuas Floridas (Florida) and wounded at the same, die in Cuba.
Two generations before Juan these two brothers with the name of Ponce saved the life of a Count who was from the state of Leon and for saving his life he gave the two brothers the name of his city and gave them a tittle and it became Ponce de Leon.
I am the Count of Villareal from the state of Nuevo Leon in Spain but that tittle and a dollar will only buy me a Coke.

Ponce,
I guess now you know who to look out for on GIM.
Actually, I'm a little higher on silver... still compiling my stash-- a couple 1 oz. generic rounds at a time.
Of course, my friends and family think I'm nuts.

What I don't like seeing on OD is fighting between members. If Ponce bothers you, then ignore him. If he's breaking the rules, then leave it up the moderators.
Be civil and gracious, not petty. It's the white thing to do.

Very sparingly. Recently the web managers cracked down and instituted a strict "Contempt of Host" clause, whereby the slightest criticism of the Grand Leprechaun would result in immediate banning.
I've gotta think I played a small part in that policy being enacted. I used to waste hours a day refuting Sean's every sentence. Some of my sniping hit pretty close to home.... exposing him personally as a hypocrite (and politically, a liberal) in ways his followers were loathe to recognize.
There are actually many intelligent posters there...a fraction of those are salvageable. If I recall, if it werent for Hannity forums I wouldn't have found OD at all.
I'll stop by for old time's sake, and post a link to OD while I'm there.
