TROY - Police arrested three illegal Mexican aliens on rape charges Monday after a distressed woman arrived at the police station with nightmarish details of how she was allegedly sexually assaulted outside The Ruck bar on Third Street over the weekend.

Arrested on various sexual assault charges were Wisner Roblero, 23, Heder Roblero, 24, and Ausel Ovideo Gonzalez, 28, in connection with allegations stemming from a brutal rape that occurred on Saturday shortly after 3 a.m. Wisner Roblero was charged with first-degree rape and unlawful imprisonment. Heder Roblero was arrested on attempted rape, sexual abuse and unlawful imprisonment and Gonzales was charged with one count of sexual abuse and unlawful imprisonment. All three suspects were located at what is believed to be their residence at 118 Third St., which is a few doors down from the bar. The weekend investigation also resulted in the arrests of 14 individuals identified as illegal aliens, but only the aforementioned three were said to be involved in the alleged rape. Police say the unidentified woman arrived at the station not long after she was allegedly raped in the Church Street Alley between Ferry and Congress streets. According to her accounts, she left the rear of the noisy Ruck bar to make a cell phone call. While speaking on the phone, several men allegedly approached the woman and asked her to join them. When she refused their offer, the victim said they grabbed her and forced her into a walkway between two buildings near the bar. That's when she said two of the men had forcible intercourse with her as she was held down. According to authorities, the suspects then fled the scene and the victim, aided by friends, went to the police station and gave a generic description of the men and said they all spoke Spanish. An investigation based on the woman's statements eventually led police to an apartment near the bar at 149 Fourth St., where a group of individuals were found to have personal items belonging to the victim. The six individuals, including two women, were arrested on a criminal possession of stolen property charge and illegal alien charges. As Troy Police continued to canvass the area near the bar, they ended up at 118 Third St., where they arrested eight more individuals on immigration-related charges, three of whom were also arrested on the rape charges. Police would not comment on the information given by the victim that led them to arrest the three suspects or the statements made by the defendants, but did say they were positive they found the right men. "We can't comment on the victim's statement, but based on the information and evidence, we're sure these are the men who grabbed her," said Det. Sgt. John Riegert. Others arrested on illegal alien charges include: Juan Anegron, 31; Otoniel Roblero, 22; Baldemar Gonzalez, 28; Mirsa Masariggos, 23; Onyeda Roblero Guzman, 19; Marilu Gonzalez-Sanchez, 20; Jose Mendez Vazquez, 19; Horacio Ramirez-Isidro, 21; Angel Joiner-Galvez, 20; and Fredy Angel-Galvez, 22. All those arrested are currently being held at Rensselaer County Jail pending deportation proceedings. However, the three men allegedly connected to the rape will remain in America and could be sentenced and incarcerated here if they are found guilty.

I wonder if the victim feels enriched by the diversity? There was an incident here in Tennessee last year in which a whole vanload of illegals (Mexicans) were picked up by the local police. The police called the INS to come pick them up, and the INS refused. The told the police that if they wanted the Mexicans deported, that they would have to drive them to the border themselves. Otherwise, they were to just let them go. Pathetic.
