How much you guys want to bet that the true content of the this latest bin Laden tape was edited before being shown to the American public? One thing's already clear: regardless of who's elected President, America is screwed!

CAIRO, Egypt - Osama bin Laden, reading a statement to the American people in a new videotape aired Friday, directly admitted for the first time that he ordered the Sept. 11 attacks and said "the best way to avoid another Manhattan" was to stop threatening Muslims' security.

It was the first footage of the al-Qaida leader to surface in more than a year. The video, broadcast on Al-Jazeera, showed bin Laden with a long gray beard, wearing traditional white robes, a turban and a golden cloak reading from papers in front of a plain, brown curtain.

In Washington, the FBI and Justice Department had no immediate assessment of the meaning of the bin Laden tape. Officials said one part of their analysis will be to discern whether there may be hidden messages or clues about a possible future attack against the United States. But they said it was too early to know that yet.

There was no way to determine when the tape was made, although it did refer to next week's presidential elections in the United States.

"We decided to destroy towers in America," bin Laden said, referring to the World Trade Center.

"God knows that it had not occurred to our mind to attack the towers, but after our patience ran out and we saw the injustice and inflexibility of the American-Israeli alliance toward our people in Palestine and Lebanon, this came to my mind," he said.

He accused President Bush of "misleading" the American people since the 2001 suicide airline hijackings that hit the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

"Your security is not in the hands of (Democratic candidate John) Kerry or Bush or al-Qaida. Your security is in your own hands," bin Laden said.

"To the U.S. people, my talk is to you about the best way to avoid another disaster," he said. "I tell you: security is an important element of human life and free people do not give up their security."

"If Bush says we hate freedom, let him tell us why we didn't attack Sweden, for example. It is known that those who hate freedom do not have dignified souls, like those of the 19 blessed ones," he said, referring to the 19 hijackers.

"We fought you because we are free .. and want to regain freedom for our nation. As you undermine our security we undermine yours."

The image of bin Laden reading a statement was dramatically different from the few other videos of the al-Qaida leader that have emerged since the Sept. 11 attacks.

In the last videotape, issued Sept. 10, 2003, bin Laden is seen walking through rocky terrain with his top deputy Ayman al-Zawahri, both carrying automatic rifles. In a taped message issued at the same time, bin Laden praises the "great damage to the enemy" on Sept. 11 and mentions five hijackers by name.

In December 2001, the Pentagon released a videotape in which bin Laden is shown at a dinner with associates in Afghanistan on Nov. 9, 2001, saying the destruction of the Sept. 11 attacks exceeded even his "optimistic" calculations.

But in none of his previous messages, audio or video, did bin Laden directly state that he ordered the attacks.

The last audiotape purportedly from bin Laden came in April. The speaker on the tape, which CIA analysts said likely was the al-Qaida leader, offered a truce to European nations if they pull troops out of Muslim countries. The tape referred to the March 22 assassination by Israel of Hamas founder Sheik Ahmed Yassin.

Al-Zawahri, bin Laden's Egyptian deputy, has spoken on three recent audiotapes that emerged on June 11, Sept. 9 and Oct. 1 this year. In the latest, he called on young Muslims to strike the United States and its allies.

Well, like bin said, don't mess with me and I wont mess with you , do you blame him?

The US is where it dosen't belong by using lies to entice the American public.

The US will find themselve isolated from the rest of the world for being a bully.

That tape just gave bin about 100,000 more fighters by showing that he is still alive and well.

The draft is coming, take off for hummmmmm not Canda, where?

So much going on at the same time that is hard to keep track as to who is who.

Osama bin Laden has appeared in a new videotape accepting responsibility for September 11 and providing the 'October surprise' needed for his business partner, George W. Bush, to gain re-election.

For over two years we have been highlighting the potential staged capture of bin Laden right before the election that the Neo-Cons would use as their trump card for four more years of empire abroad and police state at home.

FLASHBACK: Staged Capture of Bin Laden Coming Soon

Alex Jones has privately and publicly interviewed many CIA and intelligence agents who told him directly that bin Laden died of kidney failure shortly after 9/11.

We were careful in considering that this could be disinformation but public awareness of this plan and other high-level officials reiterating the same possibility caused the Globalists to back off a full- scale capture for the time-being, but this new video provides them with all the justification needed to fulfil the same agenda.

Anyone who cannot see the sheer audacity of this development, its staging and timing, is blind. This is an incredibly transparent stunt.

Recall the Cornell University study which confirmed that whenever a terror alert or a terror threat is issued, Bush's approval ratings show a significant jump.

FLASHBACK: Study: Terror Warnings Up Approval Ratings

We have an entire archive of mainstream news articles in which terror tapes, alerts and arrests are staged or manufactured at politically expedient times.

A tape in which bin Laden appeared in September of 2003 was studied by experts and found to be compilations of old tapes.

The Bush administration have played down the importance of bin Laden for two years, with Bush himself even saying he wasn't worried about him.

FLASHBACK: Bush not worried about bin Laden

Now four days before the election and on the heels of a white man with a US accent acting as a 'vote for us or die' spokesman for the Bush administration, Osama enters the stage.

This is not the first time bin Laden has popped up at the most opportune moment.

During the build up to the war in Iraq, attempts were made to link bin Laden with Saddam Hussein. There was no evidence to support this assertion and yet bin Laden appeared in a video to tell the world that he and Saddam had the same agenda. Colin Powell seemingly knew about the tape before its public existence. Powell pointed to the tape as evidence of the connection and yet when journalists pointed out that no such tape existed, Powell said the tape would soon be airing on Al-Jazeera.

Low and behold the tape was broadcast only hours later.

FLASHBACK: Another dubious ‘Bin Laden tape' comes when the US needed it the most

In the tape released this evening, bin Laden takes full responsibility for 9/11 for the first time, according to the Associated Press.

The first time? Weren't we told that bin Laden accepted responsibility for 9/11 in a tape released in December of 2001? That tape has been flushed down the memory hole. Why? Because the tape showed a fat guy that didn't even look like bin Laden and the government later had to back away from its authenticity, it was an obvious staged fraud.

FLASHBACK: The Fake bin Laden Video Tape

Furthermore, bin Laden heaps praise on the so-called ringleader of 9/11, Mohammed Atta, saying that he only had 20 minutes to carry out the attack.

Did Mohammed Atta get NORAD to stand down on the morning of 9/11?

Was Mohammed Atta running the wargames which confused NORAD personnel into non-action on 9/11?

Did Mohammed Atta warn Pentagon officials not to fly on the morning of 9/11?

Did Mohammed Atta warn Mayor Willie Brown not to fly on the morning of 9/11?

Was Mohammed Atta responsible for a 1962 Joint Chiefs of Staff plan to conduct terrorist attacks in US cities to be blamed on a foreign enemy as a pretext for war?

Was Mohammed Atta (after a heavy night's drinking in a strip club the night before) solely responsible for the hundreds and hundreds of examples of prior knowledge and government involvement that are archived on this website?

9/11 Prior Knowledge/Government Involvement archive

Bin Laden also highlights Bush's non-reaction to 9/11 as it unfolded, pointing out that his reading of the pet goat story gave the terrorists more time to pull off the attack. This is a blatant ploy to tarnish anyone else who questions what happened on 9/11 with the same brush. You said the same thing as bin Laden! You must be with bin Laden! You're a terrorist!

If bin Laden is truely alive and working indpendently against George Bush, then he would know that releasing this tape would only fire up Bush's base of support and any undecided voters. It makes no sense that bin Laden would do this unless he is working directly for them or this is a manufactured tape.

The WhatReallyHappened website has already put out a blurb questioning if the image of bin Laden in the new tape even looks like the real bin Laden.

The Latest Bin Laden Video Tape Is A Fraud

For anyone who has been living under a rock for over 20 years, bin Laden has been a committed CIA employee from the very start. In the spring of 186, he met with high level US government officials at the Hilton Hotel in Sherman Oaks California, under the pseudonym 'Tim Osman'.

FLASHBACK: When Osama Bin Ladin Was Tim Osman

FLASHBACK: Osama Bin Laden Alias Document

As recently at July 2001, bin Laden was meeting with CIA officials.

Make no mistake, this is the October surprise we were all waiting for. Bin Laden's scripted comeback beats that of even the Red Sox. In one way we can count our blessings that it wasn't a terror attack, but this is the military grade propaganda which Bush will ride all the way to re-election on Tuesday night.

Bin Laden Says He Ordered 9/11 Attacks

Associated Press

CAIRO, Egypt (AP) - Osama bin Laden, addressing the American public four days ahead of presidential elections, said in a video aired Friday that the United States can avoid another Sept. 11 attack if it stops threatening the security of Muslims.

Reading a statement, the al-Qaida leader refrained from threats of new attacks and instead appealed to Americans.

"Your security is not in the hands of Kerry, Bush or al-Qaida. Your security is in your own hands," bin Laden said, referring to the president and his Democratic opponent. "Each state that does not mess with our security, has naturally guaranteed its own security."

Admitting for the first time that he ordered the Sept. 11 attacks, bin Laden said he did so because of injustices against the Lebanese and Palestinians by Israel and the United States.

It was the first footage in more than a year of the fugitive al-Qaida leader, thought to be hiding in the mountains along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. The video, broadcast on Al-Jazeera television, showed bin Laden with a long gray beard, wearing traditional white robes, a turban and a golden cloak, standing behind a table with papers and in front of a plain, brown curtain.

He gestured and his hands were steady as he spoke.

The FBI and Justice Department had no immediate assessment of the tape. Officials said one part of their analysis will be to discern whether there may be hidden messages or clues about a possible future attack against the United States. But they said it was too early to know that yet.

Al-Jazeera said it broadcast one minute of the five-minute tape. There was no way to determine when the tape was made - but it offered evidence that bin Laden was alive and actively following events. Sen. John Kerry emerged as the Democratic candidate in the spring.

Bin Laden said he wanted to explain why he ordered the suicide airline hijackings that hit the World Trade Center and the Pentagon so Americans would know how to avoid "another disaster."

"To the U.S. people, my talk is to you about the best way to avoid another disaster," he said. "I tell you: security is an important element of human life and free people do not give up their security."

He accused President Bush of misleading Americans by saying the attack was carried out because al-Qaida "hates freedom." Bin Laden said his followers have left alone countries that do not threaten Muslims.

"We fought you because we are free .... and want to regain freedom for our nation. As you undermine our security we undermine yours," he said.

He said he was first inspired to attack the United States by the 1982 Israeli invasion of Lebanon in which towers and buildings in Beirut were destroyed in the siege of the capital.

"While I was looking at these destroyed towers in Lebanon, it sparked in my mind that the tyrant should be punished with the same and that we should destroy towers in America, so that it tastes what we taste and would be deterred from killing our children and women," he said.

"God knows that it had not occurred to our mind to attack the towers, but after our patience ran out and we saw the injustice and inflexibility of the American-Israeli alliance toward our people in Palestine and Lebanon, this came to my mind," he said.

Bin Laden suggested Bush was slow to react to the Sept. 11 attacks, giving the hijackers more time than they expected. At the time of the attacks, the president was listening to schoolchildren in Florida reading a book.

"It never occurred to us that the commander-in-chief of the American armed forces would leave 50,000 of his citizens in the two towers to face these horrors alone," he said, referring to the number of people who worked at the World Trade Center.

"It appeared to him (Bush) that a little girl's talk about her goat and its butting was more important than the planes and their butting of the skyscrapers. That gave us three times the required time to carry out the operations, thank God," he said.

In planning the attacks, bin Laden said he told Mohammed Atta, one of the hijackers, that the strikes had to be carried out "within 20 minutes before Bush and his administration noticed."

U.S. authorities have long said they believe bin Laden is hiding in a rugged, mountainous tribal region of Pakistan that borders Afghanistan, but there has been no firm evidence of his whereabouts for three years.

I am undecided as to whether this video is real or fake. However, I have a question. Everyone has been assuming that the release of this video helps Bush, but does it? When I saw it, my first thought was more along the lines of 'Bush claims to have been hunting this guy for almost 4 years, and there he is, alive and well, and still making threats.' Am I the only one who thought this?

Q, He may be attempting a form of reverse psycology. I think he would love for Bush to win and then do something as stupid as invading Iran. While I think that Kerry has this in him as well I think that the likelyhood of this happening is greater with Bush.

Bin Laden makes more sense than our own government and media. It's so f*cking sad that our government doesn't negotiate with anyone.....so sad in fact that the US is going to collapse because of it's sheer ignorance and stubborness and arrogance. Actually, Bin Laden strikes me as a paleo-conservative. Does Bin Laden claim he wants an Worldwide Islamic takeover?? From what he says and has been saying, I don't see it.
