It sure is a good thing that jolly old England won WWII, thereby saving freedom loving people from the evils of those nasty totalitarian "nazi's".

Horse Held for 'Hate' News; Posted on: 2004-10-23 16:32:19

Truth is funnier than humor: Are horses no happier about the mass invasion of England than the English?

Pet owners are warned that they could be made responsible for the racist actions of their animals under Britain's hate laws. This warning came after astonishing scenes at a English magistrates court earlier this week. "Trigger," a former brewery dray horse of some twelve years but who now entertains children who may pet him and ride on him at fetes and fairs was brought before the court for alleged racist behaviour, namely that on April First this year, "Trigger" did cause a racially aggravated assault by rearing up on his hind legs and throwing to the ground Ali Khan at a country fair at Follyton near Luton, Beds.

Charge: "He rides for Whites only"

The court heard how the eleven year old suffered some bruising, but because Trigger had happily given rides to youngsters from the White English community at the fair — only to throw off Master Khan — the prosecution alleged that Trigger had clearly behaved in a racist and offensive manner, causing the Khan family to suffer low self-esteem and claims of being ridiculed following the attack. They sought compensation from the Bedfordshire Equine Association for Retired Drays (BEARD) for hurt feelings, and for being victims of an unprovoked "hate"-crime.

(Pictured: another more famous horse named Trigger, rearing.)

Standing by his friend and accomplice was Trigger's owner, BEARD's secretary, Major Brittan (Black Watch-retired), who was called to the dock where he provided evidence that Trigger was no hater. With emotion in his voice, the octogenarian major who had seen action in Tripoli during the Second World War said that the now notorious horse "loves all children", allowing photographs of Trigger at the Dunstable Gala, and the Woburn village summer carnival to be passed around as exhibits. He suggested that a flash camera used by Khan's parents had caused alarm to Trigger for which he did rear up. Trigger had no intention of assaulting the invaders' young boy, he added, and testified he believed the accused had no idea about the ethnic origin of the riders who mount his saddle.

Court warning on "racist pets"

22nd October 2004
Pet owners have been warned that they could be held responsible for the racist actions of their animals under Britain's anti-hate legislation.

This warning came after astonishing scenes at a English magistrates court earlier this week. "Trigger", a former brewery dray horse of some 12 years but who now entertains children who are able to pet him and ride on him at fetes and fairs was brought before the court for alleged racist behaviour, namely that on April 1st this year, "Trigger" did cause a racially aggravated assault by rearing up on his hind legs and throwing to the ground Ali Khan at a country fair at Follyton near Luton, Beds.

"Rides for whites only" claim

The court heard how the eleven year suffered some bruising but because "Trigger" had happily given rides to youngsters from the white english community at the fair only to throw off Master Khan, it was alleged by the prosecution that "Trigger" had clearly behaved in a racist and offensive manner, causing the Khan family to suffer low self-esteem and claims of being ridiculed following the attack. They sought compensation from the "Bedfordshire Equine Association for Retired Drays" for hurt feelings, and being victims of a unprovoked hate-crime.

Co-accused, "Trigger's" owner, BEARD's secretary, Major Brittan (Black Watch-retd) was called to the dock and provided evidence that "Trigger" was not a hater. With emotion in his voice the octogenarian major who had seen action in Tripoli during the Second World War said that the now notorious horse "loves all children", allowing photographs of "Trigger" at the Dunstable Gala, and the Woburn village summer carnival to be passed around as exhibits. He suggested that a flash camera used by Khan's parents had caused alarm to "Trigger" by which he did rear up. "Trigger" had no intention of assaulting the young boy, he added and the accused had no idea about the ethnic origin of the riders who mount his saddle.

Tip of the iceberg

Mohammed Iqbal prosecuting, said that the news of the incident had appeared in the local newspaper and following the fair, other Muslim parents had contacted him with similar stories. There appears to be institutionalised racism within the equine world and he further suggested that retired shire horses are in particular prone to hate-crimes. Iqbal told the magistrate that "they (Shires) adopt an aristocratic English, arrogant and superior stance no doubt still thinking they live in a world of privilege, superior to horses of other races and contemptuous of those they view as being different". He dismissed the photographs of Trigger posing with Muslim children as "unconvincing forgeries" as there is no significant community of Pakistanis in Woburn he added.

Happier days (taken- June 1998). "Trigger" (on left) in action working for his former brewery family masters.

He called on the bench to set an example to horses everywhere that such behaviour has no place in today's much celebrated and harmonious diverse society and that if any horse or other animal caused suffering to a member of society's ethnic communities, such action would not go unpunished.

Shock at sentence

The court was adjourned for lunch, after which the Magistrate Rebecca Rosenthal announced that the bench, following deliberation over a "singularly spectacular lunch" at Boozy Rouge's in town had found Trigger guilty of racially aggravated assault and declining a custodial sentence due to lack of adequate Prison facilities for horses, she imposed 100hrs community service working in the Muslim communities of Luton until such racist behaviour had been eradicated and that a strong message of non-tolerance of hate behaviour was to be delivered to the equine world.

Awarding costs and damages of £8,500 to the Khan family for suffering from "equine hate", Rosenthal went on to say "Trigger's" advanced age was no barrier to punishment and she said she would be writing to the world-famous animal psychologist Dr. Doolittle who lives near Dunstable to initiate a "race awareness programme" among both working and retired horses who have contact with children.

She deferred verdict on Trigger's owner, Major Brittan pending background social and psychiatric reports.

PS: An 11 year old primary schoolboy was arrested and charged with "racism" in the Scottish Borders town of Innerleithen last weekend. He will now face the Children's Panel. Councillor Shami Khan, who is also a member of the Edinburgh Pakistani Society, welcomed the police action against the boy. Who is smiling now?

FBI Investigates Police Dog News; Posted on: 2004-09-18 12:34:35

German Shepherd suspected of a hate bite - NAACP on alert.

The Palo Alto Bowling Alley, located on the Palo Alto-Mountain View, CA, border, is close to Stanford University and Los Altos Hills, an upscale White community on the San Francisco peninsula. But it has been plagued with crime problem for many years. Black and Mestizos often come from East Palo Alto — a crime-ridden multi-cultural ghetto around one mile north, known in the early nineties as the "murder capital of the world" — and hang around the alley, causing problems for residents and the police.

On Sept. 4th, Patrick Terry, a 6'7" Negro of Jacksonville, Fla, was having an exchange of words with his girlfriend in front of the alley. An undercover police officer rode up to the couple on a bicycle and asked if everything was OK.

"None of your f* business!" a menacing 25-year-old Terry replied, according to the original Palo Alto Daily News article. Fearing for his safety, the officer pulled a service revolver, ordered Terry to the ground and called for back up. Shortly after, a canine unit arrived, but the dog — relying on his natural animal instincts and not some phony ADL sensitivity training — jumped from the patrol vehicle and bit the belligerent African while being subdued.

As National Vanguard readers may imagine, the usual suspects are all over this case, including the NAACP. Some hysterical Jews are even comparing the actions by police and canine to the recent abuses at the Abu Ghraïb prison near Baghdad. The highly politicized FBI is conducting a preliminary investigation on whether any "civil rights" violations have been violated.

Meanwhile, the police officers involved may become another victim of the blight Blacks bring into a community and the forces preventing them from doing their job.

I believe it. When I was a child my family had a Scottish terrier who didn't like blacks. We didn't teach him this. We lived in an all-white neighborhood in Decatur, Ga., a suburb of Atlanta, until the early seventies. The only blacks that my dog, Buster, would see were the black garbagemen "stealing" our trash, and naturally he would growl and bark at them behind the fence. Well, we moved to SC and had to rent a house in a mixed race neighborhood, and Buster busts down the screen door and guess what he goes after, some black boy, whom he thinks is another garbageman! Today that black boy's family would have sued Buster for a hate crime. Buster died at the ripe age of eleven, a racist to his dying day.

It is a joke from the BNP website, spoofing the modern obsession with racism.

The point of the article was is to draw attention to this rather more (and it would be funny if it wasn't) serious matter at the end:

This is no joke. Last year no less than three police cards and a black maria were called to the scene in Burnley (I think) when a fourteen year old boy held up the letters 'BNP' written on A4 paper on the top deck of a bus.
