Book Prescriptions

I have decided to start a new approach to book finding. Since the internet has made locating and acquiring almost any specific title the matter of a few clicks, I am offering book prescriptions.

A book prescription is a suggestion of titles based on a reader's profile. It can be narrowed to very specific and hopefully previously unknown books which you will be glad to find out about.

The Basic Reader's Profile

Based on three (3) basic pieces of information:

Time, Place and Event.

This is based on my 3 Keys to Ancestral Memory outline.

"Time" can best be formatted in this sense as a decade from the last century, though earlier editions are possible, of course.

"Place" is simply a city/county, within the US, Canada or UK for starters. In the case of small towns, an additional, larger city nearby is recommended for backup.

In this instance "Event" is best treated as a "Subject" heading.

A Sample Basic Reader's Profile

Time: 1930s

Place: Asheville, Buncombe County, NC

Event (Subject): White Nationalism

Sample Results

With the above profile we are led quickly to any of a number of titles published by William Dudley Pelley. I have worked backwards from my familiarity with Pelley's writings in choosing this sample.

Of course every town has NOT had a specific publisher dealing with a particular subject in a given decade. However, it is an interesting experiment to discover that MANY cities we personally know well have had interesting books printed there on subjects of interest to us during a time we hold dear.

How often does the Profile provide "hits" for us?

Fine-tuning the Profile and offering alternative keys should guarantee that we can ALMOST ALWAYS find something we never knew about before.

An expanded profile includes three (3) choices in each of the categories, in order of greatest interest. Using alternate Time, Place, Event (Subject) keys will give us more flexibility. We can give more details and more obscure references in our first choices and "easier" criteria in 2nd and 3rd.

Random Expanded Profile

The Reader's Profile Stormfront users are being invited to provide here could look something like this:

Time: 1) 1930s (preferably 1933-35) 2) 1950s 3) 1980s

Place: 1) Asheville, Buncombe County, NC. 2) Ogden (provide county if known), UT. 3) Philadelphia, PA.

Event/Subject: 1) Channeled Messages/Spiritualism 2) White Nationalism/Race/Antisemitism 3) Military History/Germanic Tribes

I will create a book search based on your profile and provide the results here.

Please submit your profile so we can start writing some book prescriptions.
