Rick Stanley, Constitutional Activist, former U.S. Senate candidate, Enemy of the State, and self avowed extremist on the order of our forefathers of America, gave the following media release for your use:
Arrest, Treason, Militia. Judges Rose and Marshall conspired to arrange two felony convictions from those three words. Those three words give notice of judicial misconduct. They are not threats.
Null, Unenforceable, Retroactive. Those three words are from the law here in Colorado, from SB-25, that made the gun law ordinance that I was arrested, convicted and sentenced to jail for, in Judge Rose's court, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, OVERTURNED & ILLEGAL.
I gave notice to these judges that they violated the law. The real law, not their interpretations of how three words made them "feel" threatened, and that could somehow "influence" them to do the right thing regarding the illegal conviction that was perpetrated against me in Thornton. No one seems to care that an American citizen was jailed for 102 days for an ordinance that is NULL, UNENFORCEABLE and RETROACTIVE.
You see Judge, those three words aren't how I "feel". Those three words are the law as written in SB-25 here in Colorado. Judge Rose and Judge Marshall violated the law and Rick Stanley was jailed for 102 days in Adams County.
That "fact" has been covered up by this trial. Much has been made by the government beauracrats about me being a danger to the community. Based on what??? Based on what real incidents? Based on Free Speech words, not actions where there are real victims, real property damage or a real crime. I have been convicted in "this" court of using protected FREE SPEECH WORDS. That is my crime in this court.
I have been accused by government beauracrats in their reports to this court that I show no remorse and that I have contempt for the conspiracy by government officials who are trying to cover up their crimes against Rick Stanley, an American. That is correct.
I have violated no law. I have exercised the rights of EVERY american with my actions, my words and my honorable intention: I have acted with integrity. I have been honest. I have been forthright.
I expected the judiciary to do the same thing. I still expect the judiciary to do the right thing. To date I have been disappointed in the expectation that justice would prevail and the law upheld, to exonerate me.
I am being sentenced today Judge, because NULL, UNENFORCEABLE & RETROACTIVE AS WRITTEN IN THE LAW, meant nothing to two Judges in Adams County. Judge Rose and Judge Marshall violated the law and covered it up with new charges of "Influencing a public official".
I am innocent of this charge. You can't influence a public official unlawfully through a court pleading. It is a First Amendment right to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievance.
This Court should do the right thing. This court should overturn this conviction because, quite simply Judge, it is violating my protected free speech right to "even threaten a public official in a public forum", per the US Supreme Court. That a Public trial is not a public forum, based on this court's opinion, could cause a conviction, because the jury did not know of this Supreme Court ruling is the reason I was convicted. CAUSE and EFFECT, Judge.
I have mentioned the oath of office to uphold and defend the constitutions, that each judge in this country swears as a condition of his employment. I took that oath when I joined the Army in 1972. I have honored that oath to this date. I ask another judge, once more, to honor and defend the constitutions, the Supreme Law of the Land.
Over turn my conviction. Uphold my right to protected Free Speech and to petition the government for redress of grievance. I have already been jailed for an ordinance that is NULL, UNENFORCABLE and RETROACTIVE. I was violated by men who have no honor or integrity. The only victim here is Rick Stanley, on behalf of the American people. I love my country judge. I despise what is being done to me and therefore, the rights entitled to, by every American.
If that is a crime here in Adams County, then so be it. I await your decision as to my fate, Judge. May God give you the courage, the wisdom, to guide you to uphold justice, not conspiracy against God given, unalienable, protected and Constitutionally guaranteed rights of ALL Americans.
Judge, one last thing must be addressed by me.

Just count all the voices that once were on the web. But more significant look at the twisted editorial shifts from site that once published a consistent traditional message.
Suggest that after 911, the true motivation of the ââ¬Åfifth columnââ¬Â emerged. The litmus test is now enforced by the counterfeit conservative sites.
Do you really think there is a BETTER !!!
Engaging upon ground that is the province of only State justice, will get a re-education sentence. When folks begin to see it does happen here, maybe a few will learn that the servants of the people actually act as approved lynching hangmen of dissenters.
