The Government has been in control of the weather for quite some time now and is responsible for the recent hurricane activity in Florida. George W. Bush and others inside The Government are using this weather-altering technology against the state of Florida so President Bush will have an excuse to flood the state of Florida with an enormous amount of hurricane relief aid in an attempt to curry favor with Florida voters and win the state of Florida in the next election.

Looks like everything is going according to plan. George Bush and the nefarious characters working behind the scenes inside The Government must be pleased. First hurricane Charlie then hurricane Frances and now hurricane Ivan looms on the horizon. That's three major hurricanes in three weeks and right before the election too. Coincidence. I THINK NOT! And don't be suprised if there is another devastating hurricane immediately after hurricane Ivan hits.
