As just one example, I've pointed out in the past that Fox News articles are blatantly pro-homosexual marriage.
At the GOP convention, the Republicans are putting on a liberal face. Schwarzenegger, Laura Bush, Rod Paige are going to speak, according to the home page of Fox News. Yesturday it was McCain and a couple of NY mayors.
Bush, running as a "compassionate" conservative has been pandering to liberals, from big government spending to doing nothing effective on social issues.
One might expect there to be some conservative protest against the GOP. Indeed, there is. But, the Fox News headlines reads "Far Right Protests GOP". Congradulations to Fox News far marginalizing mere conservatives.
Liberal and Far Left groups have been demonstrating against the Republicans. Yet, I haven't seen any Fox News headline reading "Far Left Protests GOP", or anything at all that attempts to marginalize the leftist protesters. Far Left groups demonstrated against the Democrats during their convention. I didn't see Fox News call any of them Far Left.
When are we going to stop hearing the nonsense that Fox News is conservative?

Happy---There is no ideology in today's politics! It's strictly race/nationality /religion, with corporations/corporatism being the vehicle and the closest thing to an ideology.
Really, jewperson Murdoch, heck of a nme for a jew, owns/runs Fox...that's all you need to know.
When are we going to stop hearing the nonsense that Fox News is conservative?
The reason you hear this is because in the national pysche, Republicans = conservative, and Democrats = liberal. Therefore, when Fox News displays its obvious Republican bias, it is mischaracterized as a conservative bias. In reality, of course, neither of the major parties, nor any major publication, nor any major network, nor any major corporation is actually conservative.

Here's another good example: http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/09/01/wed/index.html
This article claims that in the RNC convention, 'conservatives have snatched the stage from moderates.' It would be hard to think of anything more untrue. Nobody speaking during the entire week is conservative in any meaningful sense.

FOX NEWS is in the business of perpetuating the myth that only Republicans and Democrats exist in our Glorious Democratic Paradise. Period. They scare the mooing herds of soccer moms and nascar dads by using the words "far right", so close to the phrase "far out", thereby deligitimizing political ideas outside of what Sean Hannity says is legitimate political discourse.
FOX News follows this same pattern of deligitimizing any Third (or Fourth) political party by labeling anyone not on the Republican side, a Democrat. In the minds of the mooing herds of soccer Janes and Nascar Bobs, Democrat=Liberal=Evil, thereby there's no need to even mention the Far Left.
FOX News isn't liberal biased, it's pure totalitarian.

Happy,

I listen to a few minutes of Limbaugh today and he was gushing about how Schwarnegger's speech was "pure conservativism" and what a great conservative Bush is. As someone who has read Limbaugh's first book (some say ghost written by John Fund) which was pretty conservative, I found his comments laughable. He must really get a kick out of lying to and betraying people. Needless to say the dittoheads ate the b.s. up.
Anyone who thinks FOX News is rightwing is either stupid as hell or appallingly ignorant.
