There is a secret Government program for training monkey men. The first step is to poison the victim with a neurotoxin. This toxin creates tiger illusions. The victim wants to believe that he is a tiger who is stalking for sexual gratification. The sex drive is altered. If any attempt is made to have normal sex, the victim immediately has a severe headache in the middle front of the head. The headache can only be relieved by performing oral anal service.
Systematic mind control messages make the victim believe he likes this program. The victim is shown a training video. The video shows a young white man with black tiger stripes painted all over his body. He is performng oral anal service.
After this preparation, the victim is infected with the tiger illusions virus. The virus is delivered with a microneedle. There is a sensation of needle pricks all over the body so that one cannot discern where the microneedle contact was.
After 5 days, a sore appears on the head of the penis. There is a fever. Two weeks later, the sore and fever are gone. About one month after the exposure, there is a fever and headache and then the tiger illusions start. The infection resides in the brain. The neurotoxin as described above is a byproduct of the virus.
The real purpose of the neurotoxin is its usefulness as a receptor chemical for an advanced electronic mind control system. Electronic waves from a remote source target the cognitive and speech functions of the brain.
About four months after the infection started, the victim is subjected to a language training program. For hours at a time, the victim's mind is filled with the words and phrases of this artificial language. All the words have a double meaning. To the Anglo Saxon ear, they are totally vulgar. Four letter words are given new, symbolic meanings so that the victim has a language that is not conducive to good morals as he talks to the other ape men who are in this program.
The next virus in this program causes a monkey tail to grow. The victims are trained by mind control to like their tails.
This program is not science fiction. Organized crime is among us.
