Did anybody else pull for Charley? -- could the focus of hatred for everything Bush and the Republicans have done to America (and the Mid East) actually bring (...fill in name of whoever, for you, governs this planet's weather, as in "God")'s wrath on that state?

Why did they name it Charley? -- so Bush could "fight Charley" and ge to be a 'nam hero?

God would sooner send a hurricane to Massachusetts for the homosexual marriage thing than to Florida for the 2000 election for Bush beating Gore after Gore tried to steal election.
Incidently, after Charlie, the next three hurricanes are Danielle Earl, and Frances. I can see the future!

This comment is why I wanted to quaranteen use of "God" in public discourse.
It wasn't just Florida electing Bush.. its what he has done: destroy this nation and destabilize the globe, forf which karmic payment goes beyond sexual depravity to perversion of being itself.
Butt f*ing isn't the same on each other (phew) as it is imposed on another entire people, represented at Abu Ghraib -- and, of course, America. The act, or mental tendency to it, doesn't itself disqualify commiters as deserving to exist, in God's eyes (he he) whereas imposing it on others, esp. those like Arabs in general who are more against it than anybody else, and are the only ones who actually stand up to international Jewry, does. There's Vietnam they haven't paid for yet, either.
(Coming: Danielle, Earl, Francis...the entire east coast goes back into the ocean for cleansing, and California breaks off after the next big quake. No more nice guy, says Mr. God. "I've had it with your "parties" its too late now. You better run to the city of refuge.")

Well, any predictions on Frances??? Itz coming to the other side of Florida! It's supposed to be the biggest hurricane since Andrew?
