This is interesting. Funny how the media shrills against this "dangerous racist" and his "phony" scientific beliefs.

Associated Press August 6, 2004 EUGENICS0807

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- An openly racist candidate is the apparent winner in a Tennessee congressional primary.

James Hart, a believer in the discredited, phony science of eugenics, handily defeated write-in opponent Dennis Bertrand in the Republican primary for the Eighth Congressional District.

With most of the votes counted, Hart held a big lead.

Hart, 60, doesn't expect to defeat Rep. John Tanner, a Democrat who's represented the district for 15 years. But Hart said he wants to get out his message -- that people from what he calls ``less favored races'' should be discouraged from reproducing or immigrating to the U.S.

His definition of less favored races'' includes people on welfare and those fromsub-Saharan'' African countries.

Hart said the Republican Party would like him to go away -- but he'll probably go to the GOP convention.

he also seems like an atheist to me. if he would not try to re-define God, to suit his own purpose, he would do better.
