Names & Etc. (Thai/Korea Incidents)
International Politics Dear xxxxxxx,
Thanks for the clarification (the note that went to me but was meant for xxxxxxx).
I, too, think the past is best left behind and settled. I hadn't raised that issue for awhile, so was kind of surprised that it came up again in your note. But, yes, I've had my bitterness, which I expressed to you several time in e-mails and on the phone (while in Lafayette). I do hope you know that I've endured a massive ordeal in these last 3 months (from the multiple Thai assaults, AFTER being fired for no good or discernable reason from Koje College--at which I had just been rehired with excellent reviews, after a winter vacation to Thailand and Laos [at which I had 0.00 problems or altercations]. The firing came out of the blue and, by all communications, had to do with my heavy and public (in writing) criticism of the President and previous President of South Korea...I'd figured the contents had been read by the Dean and Director of English Dept. (the latter who'd told me, point-blank, to my face, that he was KCIA, btw).
I had to play some heavy blackmail tricks on all parties at Koje College, in order not to be officially deported from South Korea--which would prevent me from reentering that country as even a tourist for a 5-year period. My private apartment WAS broken into on my 3rd-to-last day in Geoje Island, and thoroughly searched; I confirmed this with the Dean, and was none-too-happy about the events...
The Dean even (and I'd held my tongue on this for over a year--to he and anyone else) spilled the beans IN A PUBLIC FORUM about my past relationship with Iris. As Iris is in tough circumstances and wanted to finish her degree program there, I said nothing; but was livid beyond words. Finally, upon receiving my termination, I hauled the Dean into his office and lit into him on this matter. At first he denied having said anything of the sort; a few choice words of mine "brought back his memory," and he was embarrassed and ashamed. He apologized, but the damage had already been done, and his orders (and this I have confirmed, by multiple sources) to fire me came straight from the Blue House (from President Roh Moo-hyun's staff...equivalent to the White House).
I was escorted by S. Korean military through the Pusan airport. But the goods I had and have on Koje College officials, from the Dean on down, were damaging enough that the Dean finally agreed not to order my deportation. At one point, in my presence, he had picked up the phone to the Immigration office, to make sure my passport was stamped as "deported." I went over to him, whispered very close to his ear, "I would not recommend this phone call; in fact, sir, if I am deported, you will see the full impact of my capabilities, and they will reflect directly on you. I promise this."
He held the phone, silently, for about four seconds, and then dropped it into the cradle. As this occured in the Administration office, with students and teachers and clerks present, he was, at this point, quite literally shaking. I forced him to hold out his hand and express to me, in a voice that could be heard by all present, that I would not be deported (tho I was still fired). You should have seen the embarrassment on his face. But I had him cold on many counts. He did so. Shook my hand and gave me the promise. He also apologized for my apt. being broken into (and actually LOCKED--the key had been changed) with all my belongings still inside. He claimed that it was a miscommunication with the Daewoo Foundation, which owns the rows of apts. at which I lived. I didn't argue; within minutes, a new key was given to me, and I was back into my apartment.
I told him point-blank, in front of the crowd of persons in the Admin office, not to disturb me or pull that same shit, ever again, until time came that I was scheduled to go to the airport. He apologized again and agreed that I'd be uninterrupted.
My last five or six days in South Korea were hardcore. Just full of tension. My apt. was being monitored by police, security staff and probably KCIA. I'm not dreaming this up.
So I was on The List. My direct boss (not the Dean in question), Dr. Joh Byung-wha, Director of English, was (and presumably is) KCIA. He spit on the floor in his office, IN MY PRESENCE, twice, as I had my last meeting with him. His politics and mine are (though I did not know this at the time of the writing of my 5-part series) starkly different, and I became the enemy. Literally, an enemy of the nation of South Korea (to him and to all he reported to and told).
I reported his Dr. Joh's behavior to the Dean (on which he is not on close terms), and the Dean--who was earlier threatening my deportation--who was stunned; and disgusted. He gritted his teeth and said to me, "That is deeply unprofessional; my relationship with Dr. Joh is not good; but even if it were, it would have no impact on the manner in which Dr. Joh expressed himself. I will have a word with him, and I apologize to you on his behalf. There is no excuse for that kind of behavior."
I then began packing and was out of S. Korea in two days, with military guards crossing their arms and watching my every step at the airport.
NOW, you might begin to see why I think--after I'd exited South Korea--that I was not meant to live. My destination (Thailand) was public knowledge; KCIA works hand-in-glove with U.S. CIA. I was attacked not one but THREE times in a 9-day period in Thailand (no incidents in Laos). By sword twice--both of which could have killed me, and one was meant to...until I grabbed it BY THE BLADE (incurring nine stitches on my left thumb, the cut going right down to the bone), pulling the Thai bastard toward me and head-butting him so viciously that HE was tottering on the street before heading off on his motorcycle (which I'd kicked to the ground, it still running), twice before he headed back with the sword (the same punk had, five minutes earlier, slugged me in the face and destroyed my glasses; I stayed upright, God knows how, and he ran off..only to return with a blade a few minutes later. His name is Wattanaya Saya. This is all documented in court reports in Chiang Rai, copies of which I have in my possession currently. Saya served ONE DAY in jail.
A few days later, sans any arrests, I was again assaulted--nearly to death (11 broken bones in my head, including both jaws; 5 in my wrist), I served 11 days in prison. Try to figure that one out.
The other incident was with an English fellow, Charlie Milsom, who held a sword to my throat at Ya Guest House, at 9:00am, in full view of diners and guests (he didn't use the sword, or else I wouldn't be here right now), with an American "teacher," whom I'd never met, at the counter drinking coffee, yelling, "KILL HIM! KILL HIM!!" to Charlie. As I've said, after Charlie lost his nerve, and the American man saying to me, "You Jew boys are all alike," I tossed a scalding cup of black coffee straight into his eyes, then grabbed a blade off the guest house wall (there are many knives at Ya Guest House, dunno why) and chased him (I was barefoot) down the street, the rain pouring down, and after a series of maneuvers on the American's part to lose me, succeeded in pinning him to the ground with my knee and announced, "Now see how it feels." I then cut him deeply, from left ear to jaw. That is when I was arrested for the first time, though never charged, after a Thai police officer interviewed us (and others at Ya Guest House). I paid the American precisely 4,000baht ($100 US), and he (even having a teaching job in Chiang Rai) abruptly checked out of his guest house and disappeared from Chiang Rai.
Weird. All too weird for "coincidence."
Then the Wattanaya Saya incidents, which were meant to kill me.
I'm not a violent man; but, obviously, I can defend myself. The incidents in question were all public; witnesses to each; and are all documented by Chiang Rai police and in a Chiang Rai court, stamped by a judge, and I have each and every one in my possession currently.
Must go now. Some M.D. emergencies.
Back later,
Love, Todd

June 26, 2004
Todd Fahey arrived at my home in Ocean Park, Maine on Monday, June 14 after a series of incidents which ended in his deportation from Thailand. This report is the first public commentary I have been able to find the time to write and will give only a rough overview of the events beginning from the time Todd was fired from his teaching position in South Korea and ending with a summary of Todd's current situation. Although I have not yet formally debriefed Todd, I have had many hours of discussions with him and this report is based on the information he has so far relayed to me. I take full responsibility for any inaccuracies or factual errors which may need to be corrected at a later time; however to the best of my current understanding this report contains the basic truth of the events described herein. As for my own editorial comments, they are based on my personal observations and professional analysis of the situation and should be taken for what they may be worth to the readers.
In early April, Todd had published a 5-part series of articles he had written which criticized the new government in South Korea, and which caused him to be fired from his job. He was targeted at that time for heavy surveillance; had his hotel room broken into and searched; and it was made clear, in no uncertain terms, by both the administrators of the university where Todd was employed and by certain government officials that he would no longer be welcome to stay in the country, where he had been living for the past 7 years. Though he was not officially deported from S. Korea, he was forced to leave, and not by his own choice. Before leaving S. Korea, Todd posted a few articles describing his situation on various websites and message boards. He also made a first-time public admission of having been an intelligence asset [For the late DIA Chief, Lt. General Daniel O. Graham and Maj. General John K. Singlaub of World Anti-Communist League] since his days at Arizona State University. At that time, I wrote a letter to Todd with an invitation to come to my home in Maine, in case he needed a safe place to stay, should he decide to return to the U.S. I find it important to say that I believed from this moment that Todd had been targeted for neutralization, due to various factors including his political writings; and that his ejection from S. Korea would be the first of a chain of events which can only be described as political persecution, with the intent (at the very least) to silence him, as he had been deemed a threat to the "national security" of several countries, including the U.S. of A and South Korea...
After leaving South Korea, Todd embarked on travels through Southeast Asia, including Laos and Thailand. He was working on a project which involved taking photographs in various locations which he planned to sell, as he had lost his source of income after being fired from his teaching job. From the time Todd left South Korea and began this project, his troubles began in earnest. Without going into detail, I will state that there were a series of physical and assaults upon Todd by agents provocateurs.
When I read of the first such assault that Todd posted on his website, Friends of Liberty, I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that this would be only the beginning of a series of such events intended to neutralize him. I explained to Todd that there was nothing random or "coincidental" about what had happened. I warned him of the pattern that would ensue and advised him to leave Southeast Asia immediately if he valued his life. Our mutual friend, ex-FBI agent Geral Sosbee, concurred with my opinion; having been targeted by the CIA himself while living in Thailand several years ago. By this time, I had reason to believe that a "hit" had been ordered on Todd by CIA, and that they wanted him eliminated.
My analysis was based on my own CIA training in psychological operations; my investigations of many such cases of political persecution; and on my personal experience of having been targeted myself for neutralization since breaking out of CIA black ops in 1994 and becoming a whistle-blower on government crimes and corruption.
My analysis can perhaps best be described, albeit briefly, by an excerpt from a private e-mail to Todd, written while he was still in Thailand, outlining my serious concern re his situation:
First, you make a public admission of having been a spy since you were at university; this after the heat came down on you in South Korea. It's clear that since you are a straight arrow by nature, you are trying to do the right thing, to come clean. You explain that you did the spying for the right reasons, out of Patriotism. The intelligence community, most specifically the CIA, will not "allow" you to operate on your own, once you have decided you had enough of them and want to free yourself from any association with their operations.
Bottom line: No one walks away without a fight, most people are afraid to walk away at all, so they just get in deeper and deeper. You are the exception, as I was. And they USE everyone, no matter what they lead you to think. We've all been used: you, me, Geral [ex-FBI agent Sosbee] all of us. They care nothing for individual persons, they will sacrifice their own operatives and assets; or anyone else for their own agenda. They have no souls, or have sold them to the devil.
So they plan a Psy Op against you. The situation is familiar to me because I've known others who found themselves targeted in this way, including myself. The man who first assaulted you was planted on you, one way or another. Doesn't matter if you approached him or vice versa, he was placed conveniently in your path. They regularly use "outside talent" to accomplish their goals, some are not even trained operatives. Then, you are forced to either a) defend yourself and kick his ass or b) do nothing. So you do the right thing and kick his ass (I would !) But then it's the old double-bind, damned if you do, damned if you don't. You'll either get your ass kicked; or you'll end up arrested for kicking his ass. That was the whole point of the provocation.
The officials [Thai police] are part of the op. They're owned by the Agency. They make false promises to you in order to give you a feeling of false security, such as...they will arrest the perp; he must apologize; he must make restitution for your destroyed property, etc. etc. (Meanwhile, he's collected his blood money and is long gone, never to be seen or heard from again.)
So you wait, expecting them to honor their promises, and you believe they will, because that is what YOU would do in their place. Your own honor is used against you, they consider it a "weakness" because THEY have no honor at all, they are treacherous cowards, liars. You believe you can recover your property, from the project you spent so much time, energy and $ on. [The master CD of photographs] So you stick around..... But this too is an illusion, it's what they want you to believe.
They let a little time go by.....then they strike again. Phase 2: A new provocateur is placed in your path. Now, with perhaps a false sense of confidence that justice will be done (based on the last incident) you allow your building outrage at the injustice to be given full _expression, cursing the bastards, etc. etc.
So now, when you are at your most vulnerable: You are alone with no backup; you have(temporarily) lost your objectivity; you are injured and have sustained losses of property and money...NOW they nab you and treat you abusively, telling you to **** off!!!.....and they detain you. It's called dirty pool. And you end up behind the 8 ball.
This whole thing REEKS of CIA Psy Ops. Remember also that they do NOT want you to have any association with me because of my training and background, and because they view me as "rogue operative", a loose cannon who has already done too much damage to them. The training I received (the best of the best, they invested millions in me) is now being used AGAINST them instead of them exploiting me to use my talents against their enemies. The same could be said of you, or at least this is the way they view it.
They sure as hell don't want the information I've been putting out [exposing CIA operations, involving crimes and corruption] to come to light, and YOU are the only one who would help me expose it [publishing my articles on Friends of Liberty]. Everyone else has been bought off or intimidated and they can't do that to you, any more than they could to me, or for that matter, to Geral.
Now, if you stay there, in that part of the world, you are surrounded by the enemy. It's crawling with CIA. If, on the other hand, you can get the hell out and come here, you will have friends and backup. It's not about force or violence, that is what they WANT to provoke you into doing. But no matter how good you are, how brave, how well trained in martial arts, even if you can repel multiple assailants, with or without a weapon, that stuff is for the movies. In real life, it's a bunch of cowardly thugs with guns and unlimited resources against the "lone gun", the hero fighting for what is right. In such a situation, the thugs win, even if only by default. We have to outsmart them to win, and that's not hard, as long as we don't allow ourselves to be provoked and don't play by THEIR rules.
On June 24, I sent a confidential memo to a few friends of mine and Todd's, an update describing portions of Todd's brutal ordeal in Thailand. Here, I have included the most important parts of that private memo, with some additional remarks and editing for clarity, with Todd's permission, to be included in this public report.
I have spent the time since Monday June 14 when Todd arrived here, mostly driving back and forth every day to the hospital. Todd's injuries are so severe that the doctors all said it was a miracle he is still alive. He has 11 broken bones in his head, including both jaws; five (5) fractures on one wrist; 3 broken ribs; a leg injury inflicted by the Thai police, so severe that it requires daily intravenous antibiotic drip treatments and whirlpool cleansings to prevent gangrene and the loss of his leg.
Before he was deported from Thailand, Todd spent 11 days in a prison hospital, 5 days in and out of a coma, never receiving proper medical care from his captors. He was never charged with any crime, and in fact committed no crime, yet was held at this prison hospital for 11 days. He had been brutalized and assaulted by gangs of teenage Thai thugs, who were ordered to attack him. After the assault, he had been left to bleed on the ground for 5 hours, while unconscious. He was also assaulted by the cops.
These atrocities were ordered by someone high up, from what we have found out from trustworthy sources so far. I had known he was targeted by CIA since he was fired from his job in South Korea and I warned him to immediately get out of Southeast Asia altogether. He did not listen soon enough to avoid the brutalities, but now he knows all that I said to be correct. A relative of Todd's (former police chief in Pasadena, California) was able to send someone to escort him out of Thailand through the State Dep't. Otherwise he would have been left to die in the prison hospital and they would have tried to find a way to blame it on him. That was the plan and I have no doubt a hit was ordered on him. Through the grace of God, the plan was foiled.
Todd had previously been informed that he was included on Ashcroft's "no-fly" list. Something does not add up here, since once the authorities realized he would have help in getting out of Thailand alive and that his situation had been made public (by me and others) that "no-fly" directive seemed null and void. In other words, the perpetrators knew that a lot of concerned people were watching their every move.
After being released with the help of his relative and deported, Todd had to travel by plane and train for 3 days (Sat- Mon) carrying heavy bags, without his glasses, which were broken from a punch in the face (his vision is terrible without them) and with no shoes, a broken left wrist and ribs.
He has also suffered from symptoms connected to severe head trauma/concussion, such as memory loss (he did not know me on one occasion); black outs and panic attacks and now has (hopefully temporary) severe PTSD from the psychological and physical trauma inflicted on him.
Although I need to document the series of incidents, I have not yet found the time or the strength. What happened to Todd (in which I have been involved, at least since he was fired from his job and forced to leave S. Korea) is an international incident of political persecution and an attempt on a man's life, a hit ordered by the CIA. My outrage knows no bounds.
I want to see justice done and I believe all the criminals who were a part of this --from Dick Cheney [my personal opinion, my reasons will be publicized soon] to the CIA Station Chief in Bangkok, to the Thai police, right on down to the thugs, the provocateurs and gang members who assaulted Todd on several occasions-- CAN be held accountable, one way or another in a court of law. This is by far the worst case of political persecution I have ever witnessed and been involved in.
This case will go to a court of law, one way or another. The madmen running this country(the U.S. of A.) must be held accountable for their crimes against their own people; for their vile abuses and atrocities; their violations of human and Constitutional rights. For beating an innocent man literally almost to death ! If it can happen to Todd Fahey, it can happen to others; more specifically, it can happen to YOU.
Todd Fahey has a hell of a case against all the criminals and thugs who attempted to arrange his elimination. Please, if you are reading this; if you care about Liberty or Justice, do what you can to help see that Todd is vindicated and that justice is done:
Publicize this case far and wide. Send a GENEROUS contribution to Friends of Liberty to help cover expenses for our continuing investigation. Stand in solidarity with those of us willing to fight to the death to defend Liberty.

Fahey's Progress (post Thai assault/battery incidents)
International Politics Hello,
The left wrist being still broken in 5 places, and with all the daily comings and goings to the hospital and various doctors outside the hospital, I've neglected to write regularly.
Thank you all for your prayers and assistance. I won't, as was originally suspected, lose my lower left leg (VERY close to gangrene, and two bone-marrow wounds when I arrived back in the USA...daily STRONG antibiotic drips and cleansing whirlpool treatments on that area saved my life). My head feels better, though my top/bottom and right/left jaws are still fractured (11 broken bones total in my head, according to the MRI and CAT scans). No pounding headaches, ever (some light headedness when I rise too quickly from a car seat or other seat). Being right-handed and with the slow healing process on the left wrist (soft cast), I'm able to lead a fairly normal life.
The M.D.'s believe that I'm out of the woods, so far as the head trauma; I have no infections; the leg is healing miraculously, and I'm (again) VERY right-handed. SO, I'll get through this. My 6 broken ribs (were never X-rayed, though all M.D.'s said they were broken--nuthin' they cd do about it...just a natural healing process; the ribs are now 80% better; no pain sitting up or laying on either side)...
Barbara Hartwell, with whom I'm staying, is not in the greatest shape...residual injuries from various accidents; plus, one of her beloved cats was poisoned (to death) with antifreeze 4 nights ago. We don't know why or how, but she paid the last-ditch bill to try to save the cat (didn't work) and just accrued a sizeable E.R. bill for the now-dead cat.
Between my being fired (a total surprise to me) 3 weeks after signing a 2nd-year contract at Koje College (South Korea) for what seems to have been a retaliatory order/strike on my 5-part and very detailed series (State of the Nation: South Korea), certain persons way up (I've confirmed this; no speculation; no paranoia) wanted me OUT of S.K. I was not--as was originally threatened by the Dean--deported, but Barbara believes that I'd be walking into a death-trap, shd I returned to S.K.
A hit-order was placed on me in Thailand, so that country is now impossible for me to visit.
Some very tough luck in a very short span of time.
Much more to come, but I've got to guard my left wrist for now.
Love to all, and pls. spread this note to Colleen, Grandma Porter, Uncle Art and Chris H., who helped me through the Thai exit process (otherwise, according to all U.S. doctors and nurses I've seen so far, I would be dead by now--as there was no medical treatment in either the Thai hospital or prison; and I was in and out of a coma for 5 days).
Love to all, and thank you again for all the help. I'll be alright.
Todd

Sounds like Todd is a real Stephen Segal type of guy..grabbing swords of CIA assassins and headbutting the perp into oblivion. No way to grab a sword blade with enough force to pull an attacker in, headbutt him, and get only 9 stitches. And, unless one is trained CIA or such, if they want a person dead, the person dies. I have to sound the BS alarm on that story. They could get to Vince Foster and Ron Brwon, but Todd is just to tough for them?
Ah, yes, and don't forget those generous contributions, LOL. Sorry, but that's just too too much to take seriously.

The fellow does certainly seem though to have a lot of enemies and a certain propensity for making more though. I wouldn't doubt that some of these injuries are quite real though, whatever the real story behind it.
It may seem to some cynics here like another "Triskelion" affair, but hey -truth is stranger than fiction. And the same goes for real charcters as opposed to fictitious ones.

TBF: For the past decade, I have written of and thought that psychedelics could and should become the basis for a new religion. As a Believer in God (that aggregate force which is, essentially, inexplicable, & for whom every sect has its own definition), I don't find myself shying away from the name "religion" anymore. For the world, my life, what is, to be devoid of a creator who is supernatural, a "first-cause," as it were, is more frightening to me than admitting the obverse.
Another Tim Leary (Protestant vs. Irish-Catholic - and political). I knew the orignal from the mid-70's; tripped only 4 times, only one (the second) containing psychodelic content, and it was of like a descent of New Jerusalem, which I did not know what to do with, so left, as not for me. But from weed only, I am the distillate of pure 60's experience relating to religion. I was gonzoing Eliade before TBF ate 'shrooms or Hunter Thompson loathed himself in LasVegas. They all lost their way. I didn't. They never learned how to match the language with the experience, being over-excited by the latter. Read Leary's last stuff. Drugs are not needed, and, aprt from doing permanent, subtle damage to the extremely hi-level neural brain equipment required for sustained supra-terrestrial sign-use processing, making it human, so to speak, can become an irreversible impediment to objective development which, properly pursued through a teacher who has attained it (coating of the higher being bodies), is the metaphysics of human destiny, is the metaphysical work (To Be). It is something that goes through, then beyond "religion", but only through those connected at some level with the Christ (physically: Light; qualitatively, White; spiritually (not: politically) Right). Truth (for example, about ancient civilizations, and what they "worshipped" as "Gods") is much older than any organized or tribalized ethnic religions. If invoked by name by modern-day "priests" -- like Linda "The truth matters" Tripp, lying through her wazoo, assuming she has a wazoo -- it can only condemn them, and whoever goes along with the mere textual sign-use, to hell, which it sounds like where TBF has wound up. I could have told him. But wouldn't, unless asked. Let 'em go to hell with the jews, save yourself, bros. And, America (will follow).

The psychedelic religion thing reminded me of something else I ran across some time ago. I tracked down the link.

Anyone know anything more about this?
