It's "racist" by virtue of the fact it's about the last whites on earth struggling to survive amid a global swarm of non-whites. However, if you're looking for another "Turner Diaries", this isn't it. When compared to that book, it's pretty mild. Still, its got a certain grim realism that lingers with you long after you've read the last page. I got mine on Amazon, but you can also order it here:

I doubt very much that whites are becoming 'extinct.' As time goes on, remaining whites will be descended more and more from individuals genetically predisposed to avoid outbreeding and going childless. At least a core group of whites is likely to remain for the forseable future--unless the 3rd worlders committ genocide against us, which is a distinct possibility if we become too few and too weak.

This website provides the racial breakdown of every public school in America. As depressing as it is (half the elementary schools of most big cities are under 5% white), it will get much worse. In 25 years, cut those white percentages in half (I'm being optimistic). Europe is sliding even faster.

In general, i think we're avoiding discussion of ecological disasters or disease. It's already ravaging Africa and SE Asia, that'll winnow the numbers down rapidly.
When you're seeing 20 year olds dying of AIDS in a population, the population will dwindle. We live far longer than they do anyway, that has to be factored.

In spite of AIDS running wild in black Africa, the African population is exploding. When women average a half-dozen children each, AIDS could be killing half the population but the population would still be doubling every couple of decades.

The key to all this is the West: whatever the Blacks do is fine as long as they do it over there, and not here. Eventually their population boom will be met with famine and starvation. If the West were smart, it wouldn't ship over any food, medical supplies, or other technology.

The US and other "white" countries already ships huge amounts of food to Africa. And, the people in power in the US would prefer to let Africa sink America (for example, massive African immigration) than to cut Africa loose and let Mother Nature deal with Africa.
With the white population shrinking, and the non-white population exploding, the next century is going to be very interesting. Of course, whites will be blamed to the chaos of the 22nd century. Not just 400 years of slavery, but those evil whites used up all the oil... like that's the reason for massive famine and constant war.

After the white race is exstinguished by it's own apathy of self survival the other races will fight amongst themselves and will A) Destroy themselves for the most part. They can't get long with each other except for how to get whitie. Also lack of creativity will stagnate their culture and technology. No whitie, no new inventions. B) The blacks in Africa will surely die off with no whites to save them starvation or affirmative action programs as the Asian groups will not give it to them. C) Asians(chinese in particular) are like coach roaches. They will eat anything and will survive long after the whites die off. Since they are very ethnocentric they won't tolerate much interracial breeding so the blacks who hunger for asian women will starve in that regard too.
I guess the end of the whites could mean the end of all mankind.
