Sausage Making

Any ideas?
If I could ever find someone to split a hog with, I'd try it. Ideas? You mean recipes, or where to find meat to make sausage out of? Equipment? I never thought Cabell's was bad. The book I have is getting harder to find. http://www.bookchecker.com/0025668609 A search for sausage. You might try Lehman's. Lehman's is real high on some stuff. But, they have hard to find items, and the books are usually some of the more popular. Oh, and checking www.backwoodshome.com might yield some info. Those three sources are about my favorites.
