Fargo Police: Sudan 'Lost Boy' Rapes Two White Girls News/Comment; Posted on: 2004-06-16 13:26:47 [ Printer friendly ]
Girls were aged 14 and 16 respectively.
One of the much-ballyhooed "Lost Boys" who were brought to America from the Sudan by 'humanitarian liberals,' Chol Deng Chol (pictured), 25, is now under arrest for raping two White girls in Fargo, North Dakota. Prosecutors have charged him with rape -- two counts of 'gross sexual imposition' -- and contributing to the delinquency of a minor while at a "party" to which the group of Sudanese Blacks inveigled a number of teenage White girls, tempting them with liquor.
Chol's tentative trial date has been set for September 7. His bail was set earlier at $15,000: compare that to the $2 million bail imposed on pro-White Artie Wheeler charged only with a gunpowder storage misdemeanor -- or the refusal of bail for White patriot Chester Doles, charged only with a firearms technicality.
The ABC story linked below makes it appear that all of the other "Lost Boys" are innocent and are being "discriminated against" and unfairly associated with Chol -- but prosecutors have stated that, incredibly, they haven't yet decided whether to charge Chol's Sudanese friends who held some of the girls back so they couldn't interfere with the rapes. Prosecutors have further stated that they are not releasing full details of the ordeal at the 'party' for fear of "inflaming" the public.
The families of the victims ought to file a civil suit against the individuals and groups that advocated bringing these rapists to America under the guise of 'diversity' and multiracialism.
If pro-White groups can be held responsible for the bad acts of a few of their members, then the folks who advocated bringing these animalistic criminals to America ought to be held liable as well. And the most indictable criminals of all are those who taught those young girls that "we're all equal" and "racism is evil" and "our diversity is our strength" and that therefore -- of course! -- it was safe to go to a "party" hosted by such "boys."

FARGO, N.D. June 16, 2004 ââ¬â Chol Deng Chol fled civil war in Sudan with dreams of getting an American education and one day returning home to help repair his country. Today he sits in jail in his adopted homeland, charged with rape and facing deportation if convicted. His case has embarrassed many who championed the so-called "Lost Boys of Sudan," one of thousands of orphans resettled in America.
Chol, 25, a second-year civil engineering student at North Dakota State University, was one of the first Lost Boys to arrive in Fargo. He cruised through the GED program at an adult learning center and spoke at the graduation of about 100 students.
"His whole life was to come to America, get an education, go home and help his people," said Pat Gores, who has volunteered to help many of the Sudanese refugees in Fargo.
Chol is accused of raping two teenage girls after a night of drinking at his apartment. He was charged April 28 with two counts of gross sexual imposition and delivering alcohol to a minor.
Chol pleaded not guilty to all three charges at a May 27 preliminary hearing. Authorities said Chol raped the girls, ages 14 and 16, after he and a friend supplied them with alcohol.
Trial has been tentatively set for Sept. 7.
More than 3,000 Lost Boys have been resettled in the United States, most of them orphaned by fighting between the Islamic fundamentalist government and the Sudan People's Liberation Army. Many spent years trekking across the desert and living in refugee camps.
Members of the Sudanese community say about 500 Sudanese families live in the area. There are many success stories, said Julie Hinkel, the city's refugee liaison officer.
Five of the Lost Boys graduated this year from Fargo Oak Grove Lutheran High School. Four of them have been accepted at NDSU. Abraham Madhier, 25, said he and others would like to get college degrees and use their education to help rebuild Sudan.
"Hopefully, we can help in areas of medicine and farming and business," Madhier said.
Chol's case has brought embarrassment and sadness to the community. Many of the Lost Boys feel scared and ashamed, though police have heard no reports of retaliation against any of the Sudanese immigrants, Hinkel said.
"They are very nervous about what they can and can't do," Hinkel said. "Right now, they are in a situation where they want to be friends with everyone, but they are living in fear.
"It's a black eye for a community that, for the most part, is trying to do well to be successful," she said.
Chol has not responded to requests for interviews. His lawyer, Thomas Edinger, did not return phone calls.
Madhier said his friends feel badly about the charges, and are angry that Chol may have put them in a bad light.
"I hope that we are not judged according to one person," Madhier said.
The arrest has led to more talks about rights and responsibilities.
Hinkel said she has led town hall meetings with the refugees to talk about American social customs and laws. Most of them were unfamiliar with the legal definition of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, she said.
Chol's roommates were confused because they were evicted from their apartment even though they were not involved in the incident that led to charges against him, Hinkel said.
"The boys felt bad about it and they were clearly upset and disappointed with their friends," she said. "Ultimately, they had nothing to do with it and yet they had to pay."
Madhier, who lived in Chol's apartment building, said a newspaper story about Chol's arrest was pasted on the front entry of the complex.
Gores said he has a wide range of emotions about the case, both as the parent of a daughter and as someone who has viewed Chol as his son.
"It's an unfortunate situation," Gores said. "You've got lives that have been changed forever. There are no winners."

'Lost boy' rapes are not isolated incidents; African immigration will destroy everything we love.

I SUBMITTED the following letter to the Fargo Forum in regard to the recent "lost boy" rape allegation. The Forum has reported on this case, but with an obvious lack of enthusiasm. They have an annoying habit of printing these sorts of stories in the metro section of the business page, rather than in the front page section of the paper. When a group of Lost Boys graduated from the local Lutheran high school a few weeks ago, it made the front page. Anyway, the letter:
On April 28th, Chol Deng Chol, one of the "lost boys of the Sudan", was charged in Fargo with two counts of gross sexual imposition. Specifically, it is alleged that he raped two girls, aged 14 and 16, at a party after he and a friend gave them alcohol. He has pled not guilty.
Many liberal apologists will try to explain this incident away. They will tell us that this "lost boy," if he is indeed guilty of rape, is atypical, and that most African refugees sincerely want to become productive, law abiding Americans. They will tell us that it is unfair to hold an entire group responsible for the actions of one of its members.
Well, it may be true that the majority of "lost boys" are not rapists or criminals, per se. It may be true that some of them sincerely want to become productive Americans (although it is naive to believe that they can possibly feel the way our European ancestors did upon arriving here). A few of them might even be capable of doing so. But to insist that we can not judge a race collectively is sophomoric nonsense. As long as we fail to recognize this, the liberals, Lutherans, and others will continue to manipulate our emotions with stories of individual success or heartache. What we need to do is look at the big picture with a cold, objective mind.
A little independent research should convince anyone that there are biologically distinct races of human beings, and that these races differ in their collective tendencies and capabilities. The European race and the African race are two of the most distinct races. Wherever they live in the "white" world, people of African descent are significantly less successful and significantly more criminal than their European hosts. Everywhere they live, they rape, rob, and kill way out of proportion to their numbers. In every single legitimate IQ study ever conducted, the African average is at least one standard deviation below the European average.
In America and Europe, the average "black" IQ is usually found to be about 85, which is 15 points below the "white" average of 100. Most of the blacks in these study samples have some degree of European ancestry. In studies conducted in Africa (dealing with subjects whose ancestry closely matches that of the "lost boys"), the average IQ is often found to be in the 70s. Liberal social scientists have tried for decades to explain this difference through some combination of environmental and cultural factors. For decades, they have failed. Read the work of Arthur Jensen. It will convince you that the IQ difference is biologically rooted. Read also the work of J. Philippe Rushton. It will convince you that the races differ, for biological reasons, on a wide variety of characteristics, from intelligence to rates of maturation, and from criminality to the incidence of STDs.
This is why South Africa and Rhodesia have decayed so rapidly since the whites there abdicated power. It is why Haiti needs to be rebuilt, by us, yet again. It is why Sudan is in such a terrible mess that refugees like the "lost boys" are constantly clamoring for acceptance into our First World paradise. And it is why, if we continue to let them in, they will inevitably alter our paradise to suit their collective, immutable racial character.
This recent incident is not a fluke or an accident. We can't isolate Chol, and other individuals like him, from the greater African community. Indeed, this incident is the sort of thing we can expect on a regular basis from an unacceptably large percentage of Africans. It's in their genes. The fact that a majority of Africans are not criminal is a red herring. No society can handle even a substantial minority of criminals. We can deal with our own criminal class. Theirs will destroy us.
Think about the type of community you want your children and grandchildren to inherit. Stand up and oppose further African immigration into Fargo-Moorhead.

That's probably a North Dakota-ism for rape, out of their Penal Code, but it makes you wonder; when the average White is arrested for rape in North Dakota, does the media use this term? Or do they just employ the colloquial "rape?" Let's find out!
After consuklting Google, I'd say this term is used fairly regularly (albeit presumably only in North Dakota and whatever other jurisdictions may happen to recognize this term). Upon searching for "gross sexual imposition," not only did I get "about 4,830" results, but I got the following ad, on the right of the Google screen, as a "Sponsored Link:"

The link is to a law firm in Woodland Hills, California, which makes me curious: If the term is used in California, why haven't I heard of it, and shouldn't it come up more? ("forcible rape" come up over 40,000 times and "rape" comes up over 14.4 MILLION times). So maybe it is just a PC way of saying "rape" that is used in order to shield certain defendants? Results inconclusive.

Recognize that the traditonal paleoconservative approach to politics has been an abject failure, having had ZERO political successes in the last 60 years.
Adopt new a new approach to politics more suited to the realities of today's world.

Because I detect an insufficient recognizition among paleos that race and biology are important. Many paleos write as if race and biology are of minor importance simply because they're not the be all end all of human life.

Well that is subject to debate. I don't think you'll find too many paleos here who think that race and/or biology is unimportant, but you're right in that it isn't the be all and end all of human existence. So we see that there's a place for everything and everything should be in its place.
I sense frustration from you and that is certainly understandable. Believe me, I understand it and so do most here. You have to hoe your own row, but I think you make a mistake by letting that frustration lead you down the dead-end path of doctrinaire racialism, which only debases man and exterminates our higher natures. Best of luck, though.

I found Frances's claims about the failures of paleoconservatism to be persuasive in context. What Frances was arguing was that there was a lack of needed revolutionary spirit, of a type at odds with the rhetoric of some paleoconservatives. More generally, he seemed to me to be claiming that paleoconservaties needed to address the issue of race more strongly to succeed.
The analysis was, I think, predicated on comparing the amounts of effort put in by people he termed 'paleoconservative,' with the amount of results achieved. If one applied this analysis to 'doctrinaire racialists,'--well, one couldn't. Their number relative to the vastness of the issues that concern them makes it impossible to tell what the effort-to-result ratio is.
As to whether it is far to say in general that 'paleoconservatism' has failed: I would want to know what is meant by this term. What is or is not a feature of paleoconservatism? I've read a lot of article here, and they generally identify paleoconservatism with isolationism, protectionism, controls on borders, and support for a Christian identity at the national level. Is this really a very definitive understanding of paleoconservatism? Probably not. Thus the movements future is uncertain (follows from the fact that what the movement is, is uncertain.)
