Thus not only are the racial gaps artificially narrowed, but also the overall deterioration in the test scores is concealedââ¬âat least in popular opinion. The admissions departments of American universities might know whatââ¬â¢s going on, but I never received a call from the Board of Regents telling me that I should add 60 points to what I thought I made on the SAT back in 1983.
When you remove from the composite SAT I score both the 400-point ââ¬Åminimum paddingââ¬Â and the amounts gained from ââ¬Årecentering,ââ¬Â the average White student still has 554 points, while the average Black student gets only 328 points. The Asians keep 574 points, and the mestizos retain 393 points. If we normalize these figures to a scale on which the White score is made the standard at 100.0, then the other groupsââ¬â¢ scores go like this: Asians 103.6, mestizos 70.9, Blacks 59.2.
Letââ¬â¢s compare these rectified SAT results with scores from a standard test of IQ, the Stanford-9 test. When 4th-, 6th- and 9th-grade students in Fairfax County, Virginia, took the Stanford-9 test in 1999 and 2000, the Whites did better than the other races overall. Lumping together the three age groups and averaging scores for the two years, the scores went like this:

On 29 August 2000, ABC News posted an article online that seemed to suggest that Blacks were leading the way in a resurgence of academic excellence.
Why must we believe that every black has the potential to be a rocket scientist lest blacks be subhuman?
Over the past decade, the SAT is being rigged to close the racial gap. This engineering goal has proved to be insurmountable. Rigged tests, massive spending on black educating, dumbing down whites... yet the gap remains.
Even Asians right off the boat seem to score better on the SAT than blacks who have been here since America was founded. If it's not genetics, why don't we tell blacks to put down the RAP CD?

It's funny. I always knew something strange was going on at my old high school but I didn't know they were manipulating SAT scores. Oh, the stories of corruption I could tell about.

An analogy question measures how well you can use the knowledge you already have. Blacks do particularly poor at using the knowledge they have, so the SAT test is shifting to a test that measures aptitude to one that measures "achievements" (knowledge of 9th-grade material). The SAT is no longer the Scholastic Aptitude Test but the Scholastic Assessment Test.
If you take 10 questions that 70% of whites scored correctly on, and blacks scored 50% correct on, save for one that blacks scored 30% on, that one question will be removed. This kind of test manipulation to help blacks has resulted in the elimination of analogy questions.
A chimp can easily regurgitate information. It takes a bit of intelligence to apply that information.

Oh, it's even more insidious. The folks behind the SAT began "weighing" some questions differently in the 1980's - just as an experiment, of course. When it wasn't having the desired effect, then recentering became the ticket. This has boosted the number of people scoring over 1350 significantly - but overall, hasn't helped the blacks or browns much at all. They are actually getting worse. In the SW, especially here in good ol' Cali, the may-hee-canos are doing worse than blacks in school - lower test scores, higher dropout rates, the whole shebang. This is what the elites and zhidsters want as the new slaves, the new filler to replace whitey. Savages all.
