Greg Bear is a wonderful SF-writer from California, most famous for his 80's novel BLOOD MUSIC, which concerned the end of the world at the hands of nanobugs out of control.

VITALS, a more recent work, might be of interest to some on OD. http://www.gregbear.com/A55885/Bear.nsf/pages/300066

It casts a lot of light on the horrors of Stalinism, and is basically an attempt to re-cast Hitler conspiracy theory type fiction (a la the Boys from Brazil) with Soviets occupying the central role.

It also features an ex-Harvard Professor massive anti-Semite who talks endlessly of government conspiracies, some interesting scenes showing the weirdness of reactions to anti-Semiticism by Gentiles, much talk of libertarians, mention of Charles Murray's work on race and IQ, etc., etc. Really, the perfect OD novel, except that it is not explicitly white racialist (or anti-white racialist--although the main character seems to be, to a tepid degree).

Sounds like a good one.

Here's another you might check out...

Utopia X by Scott Wilson

Book Description: Populist Huey Long once said that when fascism comes to America it'll come in the guise of anti-fascism. And in America in the year 2048 that is just what has happened. Multiculturalism, praised by many contemporaries, has become an absolute and indomitable force in a future where a tyrannical regime hands down the ultimate penalty to anyone accused of politically incorrect actions or attitudes. Liam Eustace is a lonely corporate nobody struggling to get by day-to-day in a world that rejects him. But when he's mistakenly identified as a seditious military rogue he becomes swept up in a maelstrom of danger, deception and intrigue. Suddenly, Liam finds himself among a motley crew of rebels and patriots, not knowing whom to trust, and in possession of secret information that could bring down the most powerful man in the nation. He's scared, desperate and running for his life in a utopia that's more Hell than Heaven.
