I know that at least in the recent past, NH, AZ, and SC did not recognize MLK day as a state holiday. I know one southern state did or still does give state employees a choice between MLK day and a Confederate holiday.

Does anyone have the complete lowdown on this?

Any state without a MLK Jr. slimeball day would be the focus of a well-covered NAACP boycott.
