Make sure to check out this particular article in which "Spengler" informs a Jewish writer concerned about anti-Semitism that all peoples must face cultural extinction someday, and that the Jews won't remain an exception to this rule forever.

Considering that these articles are printed in the Asia Times, don't expect them to conform to closely with your viewpoint. Just look at this article you linked to: it distills down to this - the reason everybody hates Jews is because we're all *jealous[/I] of them. They're the eternal people with the original religion and the rest of us, being the weak, inferior specimens we are, just can't deal with it.
Hitler's determination to destroy the Jews stemmed from his belief that Germany could not really be the Chosen People as long as the Jews remained in existence. The more vulnerable become the fading peoples of Western Europe, the hotter burns their wrath against the Eternal People.
As I said, utter crap.
