Nah. As ever, I am convinced that so deep is the brainwashing that not even physical encounters with the burrheads can shake the determined. Even for one as presumably intelligent as a Supreme Court justice.

Notice the difference between this news report and the ones coming out in the mainstream American press and media. The main difference is: You guessed it. No mention of the race of the attackers.

I suspect that Souter is a crypto-homo. Have you noticed how he was jogging at in DC? he is not as stupid as to think that DC is safe. Notice he was NOT robbed. Notice there was non of his security with him. the reports in the main stream press were brief without any details. They would not say how many assailants there were What race the assailants were Where exactly this incident took place No inkling on which police precinct it was reported too
I think he was out at night( as usual) soliciting some inner city male love :afro: , and things went wrong and he bought himself a 'can of whoop-ass'.

Could be. He has never been married. He's not a man with a moral backbone. In the park without security. Wasn't robbed.
Or, even smart people do dumb things. As he's not an NBA star, he may have felt anonymous and safe.

I don't wish muggings on people, however I do wonder what that baby killer Souter was doing in that part of DC at night.
