BERLIN, April 28 - Delegates from the 55 member states of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, meeting at a conference on Wednesday in this former Nazi capital, expressed their determination to combat anti-Semitism, which has been widely reported to have shown a sharp increase in some European countries.

Many delegates said they saw the conference as historic, some because it was held in the very city where the Holocaust originated and some because it marked the end of what they called a period of denial that anti-Semitism was on the rise.

"Whatever happens after this, the fact that the European community has come together saying that we need plans and strategies to prevent anti-Semitism is itself very important," Abraham H. Foxman, executive director of the Anti-Defamation League, said in an interview at the end of the first day of the two-day conference.

Mr. Foxman said the conference had also broken a taboo, namely the labeling of certain criticisms of Israel as anti-Semitic.

"In Vienna, nobody talked about the Israel issue," he said, referring to the organization's first conference on anti-Semitism a year ago. "This time, we didn't develop criteria or identify where you cross the line from legitimate criticism to anti-Semitism, but at least it was an open issue."

The meeting points to what promises to become an annual effort by the group to address the reported rise of anti-Semitic incidents in Europe.

"Berlin is a fitting backdrop for our conference," Secretary of State Colin L. Powell said at a conference session, alluding not just to the German origins of the Holocaust but to the emergence after World War II of a democratic Germany.

"Now in the opening decade of the 21st century,'' he continued, "55 democratic nations of Europe, Eurasia and America have come to Berlin to stamp out the fires of anti-Semitism within our societies."

The conference follows by a few weeks the release of a European Union report comparing 2001 and 2002 that concluded that attacks on Jews were increasing in several countries - most notably France, where anti-Semitic incidents increased sixfold.

But subsequent studies, including one released recently by the Anti-Defamation League, show that anti-Semitism may have peaked and is showing a modest decline, especially in France, where the government has taken strong measures to combat it.

"For a time, fanatics used to deny the Holocaust," Elie Wiesel, the writer and commentator, said at the conference. "Now they move in a different direction, with a different objective. They say Jews are now doing to Palestinians what the Nazis have done to them. The Jew in me finds this repulsive and outrageous."

At the end of the conference, the member states are expected to approve a working paper that will call on all members to collect information about anti-Semitic crimes and make their findings publicly available.

Some delegates were critical of the expected final declaration, however, saying it was vague and failed to lay out concrete, enforceable measures.

French Official Ignites Furor

PARIS, April 28 (Agence France-Presse) - Nicolas Sarkozy, the outspoken finance minister, touched off a furor on Wednesday over anti-Semitism in France, saying the former Socialist government of Prime Minister Lionel Jospin was responsible for stoking American perceptions of anti-Jewish attitudes here.

"After five years of Jospin's government, we managed to make people in the United States think that France was an anti-Semitic country," Mr. Sarkozy said during a parliamentary debate.

Opposition Socialists stormed out of their seats and surrounded Mr. Sarkozy on the podium, shouting "Apologies! Apologies!" The party leader sent a protest to President Jacques Chirac over the incident.

Mr. Sarkozy also lashed out against his Socialist predecessor, Daniel Vaillant. Thanks from Jewish groups for fighting anti-Semitism were "not likely to be given to Mr. Vaillant," he said.

Mr. Vaillant told journalists afterward that Mr. Sarkozy's comments had "put France's honor at stake."

The White Englishman in me finds this repulsive and outrageous.

I think Weasel and his running buddies are shooting themselves in the foot. Human nature being what it is, the forbidden fruit inevitably becomes the thing most desired.

Since most of these "anti-Semitic" acts are committed by Muslim immigrants in Europe, I sure the first recommendation of this task force will be an immediate halt to all Muslim immigration.

The Muslims are genuinely still hoping that the sun of Islam will rise in the west. They are as intent as ever on demographically occupying Europe and enslaving Christian Europeans under there tyrannical yoke.

The Zionist Jews are attempting to undermine the Europeans relations with other groups of peoples, by forging false economic alliances with the likes of India and Turkey. However Europe's saving grace is that it is a large and secure breadbasket.

Israel is intent on expansion and not peace. A fact that the Arabs are only to aware of. The Arabs realise that Zionist Jews control America and much of Europe and only refer to us as there co-conspirators for political purposes. Indeed if it wasn’t of the chicanery of certain Jews and there so called Christian lackeys we would undoubtedly be on far more amical terms with the Islamic world.

The Europeans may have issues with the Asians and North Africans but are not on quite such poor terms with the Arabs or Turks. The Zionist real fear is a geo-political alignment against there interests involving a wider economic configuration between Europeans, Russians, Arabs and Turks.

The US and China both of whom are seemingly intent via the creation of regional proxies and on asserting some form control of central Asia's untapped energy reserves, maybe driven to great lengths to subvert and further polarise regional relations to prevent such an alliance ever taking place.

Equality among the citizen in the eye's of justice is in no small part a Hellenic/Anglo Saxon construction. Religious Jews believe that God uses gentiles as an instrument to punish the transgressions of Jews. They believe that gentiles are quantitatively and fundamentally different to Jews and view gentiles as being animals, empty shells, soulless beings devoid of the inherently virtuous essence of the Jews.

Whilst every culture demonise's others out side their own fold, none have come close to matching the zealotry and xenophobia exhibited so consistently by the Eastern European Zionist Jew.

However our own people are also not with out their own failings. We must move not only against these subversive aliens but also the anti-Christian traitors within are ranks. All of whom consistently seek to undermined our doctrine, societies norms and ethical standards.

Zionism is a Jewish biblical transgression and a Hellenist form of Jewish racial nationalism. The Jew has breached his covenant with God by founding Israel before the second coming of the HALLOWED ONE by the use of force and guile. The Zionist is not a Jew in a true religious sence but a self-worshiping, godless, secular humanist, heretic. Are we Christians so wrong to continue to attack the Zionists values and his ill contrived idiotic policies. Nay for he is cursed and has invoked our wrath.

In his diary, Sharett quotes a conversation with Army Chief of Staff Moshe Dayan in May 1955:

"We face no danger at all of an Arab advantage of force for the next 8-10 years...Reprisal actions which we couldn't carry out if we were tied to a security pact are our vital lymph...they make it possible for us to maintain a high level of tension in our population and in the army. Without these actions we would have ceased to be a combative people... "

Sharett concludes: "The state.... must see the sword as the main if not the only, instrument with which to keep its morale high and to retain its moral tension. Toward this end it may invent dangers, and to do this it must adopt the method of provocation and revenge.... And above all, let us hope for a new war with the Arab countries so that we may finally get rid of our troubles and acquire our space."

Judaism is itself a racist ideology -- the world's oldest racist ideology. So anti-Semitism is, in reality, anti-racism.
