Uh huh...sure. Lets have all our research & development, medical record keeping and software work done in india or china. that makes cents, eerrr sense to me, how about you ? My last job was for a medical software company and of the 4 programmers including myself, i was the only american. also, being on the inside of the health care industry, i was always hearing about how so-and-so hospital was now sending their medical records to india or pakistan to be processed. that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy to know that some kooly is getting their hands all over my medical records and personal information!

Be careful of all those "bright" Indian and Paki doctors. In 2002, they made up 2/3's of the all the doctors hung out to dry by the state of CA for malpractice (you know, minor things like maiming or killing patients) and billing fraud. You should also take a look around the net regarding Indian programmers and engineers and their "perfection blindness" as it's called. Apparently, the majority of them seem to be incapable of seeing their own mistakes, or admitting that they've even made a mistake. It's causing some amusing headaches for the folks who've decided that $36 K for 6 engineers in India will help increase the profit margin. Although, if even Wired magazine is saying these "overseas" folks lack creativity, the spark of invention, one wonders what else people who rely totally on rote memorization are lacking. At least they're more productive than boolies and beandogs.
